My wife and I just came back from a 13 Day Italy Switzerland France + 2 Day Dubai. We started our package tour on 3 May 2018. Our tour manager is Sabestian Mak. Prior to the trip, Sabestian held a pre-departure briefing. In the briefing, he shared with us very useful information like weather condition, travelling wifi, meeting time, seat preference on our flight, dietary requirement etc. These useful information help us a lot during the trip.Sabestian is a helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable tour manger. He is also a very cheerful person with a great sense of humour. The information that he shared with us shows that he is a very experience tour manger that is committed to his work and also to meet the requirements of his customers. All this effort that he made ensures that my wife and I really enjoyed ourselves.There was a day whereby we had our catered dinner in a hotel in Switzerland, the dinner was fish in curry sauce. As my wife do not take curry, we informed Sabestian accordingly and he made the necessary changes so that my wife could enjoy her dinner. He made an effort to come by our table to ensure that the changes he made suits the taste bud of my wife. Thank you Sabestian.One thing about Sabestian that impresses me is his sound knowledge of history of the different places of interest that we visited. He even shared with us more information and how all these link up with each other. His revelation of certain topic is very unique and this makes his tour interesting. The things he shares are unlike normal history where we can Google in the internet, what he shares seems more like a revelation to us.Another thing that Sabestian impresses me is his good command of English. The way he sounds is very convincing and charismatic. I also came to know that he knows Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay and Thai. These language skills will come in handy when leading tour groups.Overall, I like the way Sabestian lead the tour. He is strict and firm about timing but yet conducts the tour in a pleasant and humorous manner. He even went the extra mile by arranging a collective birthday celebration with 5 cakes for all those who has their birthday during the trip. My wife and I really enjoyed the trip and both of us are looking forward to having more travels with EU holidays and hopefully Sabestian will be assign to be our tour manager.

My first time holiday trip with EU HolidayTour recommended by my daughter.Sebestian Mak is a helpful n responsible Tour Manager n some more he is humour. He always made sure everyone were informed the coming day schedule, nearby shopping center n various good places for lunch n dinner.He care for everyone n even surprised several tour members with BIRTHDAY CAKES. Kudos to Sabestian who made our trip with our toddler an awesome and worry free! A good tour manager who orientated us on what to anticipate which includes the "things" to look out for and not forgetting "The Best" gelato, hotel, beef noodles etc. He's knowledgeable and takes his work with pride! My wife and I followed EU tour to Balkans to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. A big thank you to our tour manager Huiqing. She is so caring and has informed the airline. We seated at seat 45 row and the plane staff help us to celebrate our 45th Anniversary with photo taking and flower bouquet and Ice creams. This is the first time we have such a memorable experience. The places we visited are all the places we never been. Last year we are with EU to Hungary few places also.I dare to say Our Tour Manager is the best leader we ever met.Big thank you to Huiqing and EU. We will follow EU tour again and hopes to leaf by Huiqing.

Great tour manager who took great care of us (esp a big group of 34) the whole trip. The trip went well as she ensures all our needs are met. She also brght alot of joy and laughter to us. Will highly recommend her to lead groups or join tour group lead by her in future.

It has been 2 days since I had returned from my trip, Switzerland, Italy and France, with EU, led by Sabestian. I thought I should give some credits to Sabestian for planning the everyday itinerary and accommodating to the needs and wants of every one of us.He put us first during the trip by ensuring that we enjoyed ourselves e.g. enough shopping time, told us where the best deals were. The tour places EU organization selected was not duplicate as last year I was with them to Hungary, part of Eastern Europe and this time is the second part. The places we been are very well organized, the important part is we have a caring and knowledgeable EU tour leader Huiqing. We will follow the tour lead by her again.

He is a professional, excellent and caring tour manager. Well planned and efficiently time management that make us can visit so many places �He is also very humorous and share a lot of jokes with us �I hope we can join his leader tour in our next trip!

This trip is a refreshing change from the usual coach tour as the mode of transport is by public trains all throughout. Had to do lots of walking as most hotels were located at least 10 mins away from the train stations. But we were blessed with fine weather, beautiful sceneries and a competent tour manager Jiafu. With his thoughtfulness and attention to details, the trip proceeded smoothly. Thanks to Jiafu and fellow tourmates, we had a wonderful holiday!

Departed for a 13D Italy Swiss & Paris + 2N Dubai on 3rd May 2018 and returned on 18 May 2018.Having had bad experiences with group tours with other agencies, I had second thoughts about putting my honeymoon at risk with another group tour. However, I decided to go with a leap of faith and never regretted it this time.Sabestian took good of the tour group, sharing with us the dangers of each city/country and constantly nagged at us like my Ah Ma. Thanks to that, our tour mates also constantly kept a looked out for each other and the tour went smoothly.Sabestian is also very knowledgable, constantly sharing about the local food and the history. The BEST gelato, the BEST pasta, the BEST chinese food... the BEST.... and the list goes on and on. He also responded promptly to our queries during the tour.Good job and Thank you EUholidays and the BEST tour manager Sabestian Mak for the well planned and executed tour.I had a great 2 weeks in Europe and Dubai!

My first trip with EU Holidays, a very memorable and wonderful one!Our tour manager is a caring and fun-loving guy. He is knowledgeable on the places we visited and always plan well ahead so that we do not waste time on waiting for trains from one place to another. Good recommendations on what and worth to buy. Helpful and detailed in taking care of the group members. Overall I m satisfied with the service provided. Thanks once again, Jiafu!

The tour package included 2 nights Dubai and since we were not interested in Dubai, we opted for the land tour to Switzerland. We had a great time! Thanks to the wonderful tour mates & our Tour Manager Jiafu. Jiafu is humourous, helpful & professional. He is caring and took good care of everyone during the trip. Thanks to his well planning, everything went smoothly throughout the trip. He would always check out the routes so that we would not make unnecessary detours.Before we left the group n departed for SG, Jiafu went an extra mile to brief us on the arrangement for the transfer to airport and how and where to get our tax refund at the airport. He even messaged us to check if we got our refund n if everything went on well on our departure day. We were really touched.The itinerary was planned quite nicely and we had ample time at each location to shop or roam around. The hotels that we stayed were generally good but some of them were located quite far from the train station . We only had 1 meal of Chinese food and the rest were local/western which we preferred.We had a memorable holiday with Jiafu & EU and look forward to travel again with Jiafu.

13D Swiss Italy & Paris with Sabestian MakInitially had my doubts on following a group tour on Europe Holiday. Now I have changed my view on group tour holiday. I had a awesome 2weeks and we really enjoyed ourselves. A big pat on the shoulder for our Tour Manager Sabestian, he is the best!Took great care of the group daily and constant reminder of our safety aspect during the tour. A very knowledgeable person providing great sharing of local food to amazing shopping locations. One night, I had forgotten to offload my hp charger from the coach after long day. Sabestian delivered to my room in 5mins, really impressed by his service. We strongly recommend Sabestian as your Tour Manager when you support EU Holidays! �

During the whole trip, our tour leader, Sabestian always shows a very friendly approach and with a smiley face to the group of 30 persons.He has been observant - taking care of the older folks by helping them to get down from the coach (steps are quite high). He makes himself easily available, flexible and is spontaneous to our needs and queries.I should also say that he is a very enthusiastic leader making sure that every morning without fail, is with a smiling face, and readily waiting for us at the hotel lobby to start the day. The whole group was fantastic too, always puantual.One of the nights, he even offered to bring us to the supermarket or the famous shopping centre "Gum" in Moscow. Upon reaching, he will reiterate the way back to the hotel - a very responsible leader. I would like to take this opportunity to thank EU Holidays for organising this good, relaxing trip and also, having Sabestian as our tour leader.Looking forward to the next trip with EU Holidays and Sabestian as our tour leader again.
