10D7N Amazing Turkey (8-17 June 2019)was truly an amazing and enriching experience. The itinerary was tight given that we had only 7 nights but was well planned and executed. The local guide was knowledgeable and the hotels and food were excellent. Everything went smoothly. The best was our tour manager, Kenneth Ng, who went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and safety. He made the tour enjoyable! We had a great time. Tnks EU Holidays for this tour.

Hi, EU Holidays,We would like to thank Mr Ronald Quek who has led the above tour.  We just came back from this trip.Ronald was very efficient thoughtful, kind, efficient and professional in leading the group. Ronald shows patience and care while I climbed up and down the stairs of the coach with my walking stick.  A couple of times, my movement was not very steady, but he gave a helping to me.He was always reminding us of our passports and money, especially in big cities and crowded areas.  But such reminders are good for me, who may tend to be forgetful.   Otherwise, I would be very fearful of the pickpocketing incidents that I have heard from many of my friends who have been to Spain and Portugal. My husband also suffered some tummy upset and so was late for the coach; but upon knowing the reason, Ronald gave us some Po Chai pills and that help my husband. I also noticed that he will always to quietly taking attendance when the group is supposed to gather at a certain place at a certain time.  When the group is not complete, he will go around to look for them.  That shows that Ronald takes his job seriously.  Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.   RegardsMrs Wong KS (Mdm Tong)

Tour: 10D Turkey (8 Jun to 17 Jun 2019), Tour Manager: Kenneth Ng. It is my 3rd trip with EU. It is a wonderful trip. I love Turkish food, the hotel buffet dinner is fantastic and the desserts are so good. In Cappadocia the view from the hotel is unforgettable. The local guide is patient, friendly and the driver is so reliable. Our tour manager Kenneth Ng is caring, helpful and efficient. During our 4-wheel drive trip, he bought us cups of hot tea as it was very windy and also raining heavily, thank you so much… And I have a surprise birthday cake for my birthday too… The hotel dinner compensated the long hours of traveling between city to city, anyway, Turkey is beyond my expectation. Tour name : 13D9N USA East Coast + Canada, 17 -29 May 2019 Tour manager : Andy Yuan Recommendation by tour member, Cheryl Tan The trip was very well organised and great fun; tour members warmed up rapidly to one another thanks to the friendly atmosphere initiated by our easy-going, humourous, unflappable, very capable and efficient tour manager, Andy Yuan. What stood out for me in particular were the stay at Niagara Falls (our rooms were facing the Falls!), Boston (wish I could have stayed longer..), learning how to eat a whole lobster for myself!, and the retail therapy at Woodbury Common! Undoubtedly, the visits to other historical spots were also very memorable with lots of photo-taking. Having Andy as our tour manager was one of the best things ever! He has excellent communication skills : very fluent in English and Mandarin, gives clear concise instructions and repeats when necessary without being "lor sor", and is gifted naturally with a very good voice :-). Andy has high EQ as he easily and confidently engaged us with humour, patience, anticipating our needs before we articulated them. For example, he arranged a dinner birthday surprise one day before the actual day for a tour member at the French restaurant because on the actual birthday our dinner was at a Chinese restaurant, and we all know the French are more creative with celebrations. So, it was a wonderful birthday moment which everyone enjoyed! Andy took the initiative to re- arrange our airline seats so family / friends can be seated together. It takes time and effort to sort out the seats for 34 pax (using our boarding pass) so Andy went the extra mile which demonstrates his excellent customer service. Had second tour with EU holidays two weeks ago, East USA+ canada 13 days with Tour Manager Andy, we had so much fun and laughter throughout the trip. His professionalism, friendliness and tender love and care to each of us made us feel like a family, which foster much bond between everyone. It was not boring at all with the coach ride that sometimes range from 1-3hours as he share with us some of his stories, jokes and experience. He’s also proactive in every approach, such as heads up to us with a bad weather forecast on a upcoming day which he have been monitoring for the past few days to prepare us of what to wear and bring and to expect. Also, give us information on the upcoming attraction on what to look out for, what’s plan for next day etc. Definitely recommending Andy as your next Tour Manager!:)

Our group of eight (8) friends and their family returned few days ago from the 11D8N Balkans Delight (EESJJS) tour package with 28 tour members led by tour manageress, Anna Ang, and we departed on 1 Jun 2019 (Sat) evening. Throughout the whole itinerary, I realized that Anna knows her job nature well and carries out her duties diligently. She is knowledgeable and has a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring that all members were well taken care of. She set up a “group chat” for the tour members who were volunteering to join it via Whatspp to keep us well informed the programe for the following day including time to wake up, morning call, breakfast, weather forecast, things to bring .. etc. During the trip, Anna was very friendly and mingled well with all members, making us feel at home like family members. She gave us chocolate and preserved tidbits, which brightened our mood for the day. She highlighted to us the importance of places and to beware of pickpockets and safety precautions both in English and Chinese. She has also tried her best to keep up the Chinese language. Though we have few coach captains from various countries, they have excellent driving skills and always ensure that our journey went well smoothly and safely in all roads conditions. These coach captains were very helpful in loading and uploading our heavy luggage’s every day into their coaches. Our tour members appreciated it very much that the coaches provided us with free WiFi internet services during the journey. Please convey our appreciation and complimentary remarks to these coaches operators. As for accommodations provided this trip, tour members are happy and found upmost satisfaction especially with Hotel Croatia Cavtat@ Dubrovnik, Sheraton hotel @ Zagreb and Park Hotel @ Slovenia. As an Asian, majority of us might not be able to appreciate the western food except Cesarsko Mesto （皇城酒家）@Slovenia. This Chinese restaurant located at Slovenia has given our tour members a very good impression in providing tasty Chinese food. It is our pleasure to meet many tour members from all walks of life in this tour group. At the end of the day for a group tour, we have the opportunity to know and understand each other better except a few members who seem to be reluctant to mingle around which might due to personality or nature. On the whole, we are impressed by the dedicated services and care rendered by Anna Ang. Our trip was made memorable by your tour manageress, Anna and EU Holidays. We have no hesitation in recommending the tour to our friends or having another trip with EU Holidays. Cheer!

He ensured that everything was well taken care of. I would say he planned everything really well. He gave good suggestions and recommendations. He is really humorous and we were constantly entertained by his jokes. He is good with kids too. My fussy boy did not make any fuss throughout the trip and had enjoyed himself. Andy has really done a great job and we appreciate his hard work. It was our first experience with EU Holidays and we would definitely be back for more! Thank you!

my mum and myself just came back from USA + Canada Trip from 31/5 to 12/6, led by tour manager Andy.we were very well taken off whether it was the city tours, historical information as well as daily administration such as what to prepare for each day's journey. (e.g if it is going to rain, to bring extra change of clothes and ample stops at super markets to buy water etc.)my mum and myself enjoyed ourself alot through the itinerary planned.will strongly recommend EU holidays and Tour Manager Andy for everyone looking for a holiday at very competitive prices.thank you.

Tour: 13D10N HIGHLIGHTS OF EASTERN EUROPEDate: 29 May to 10 June 2019Tour Manager: Joe TehJoe is definitely one of the best, if not the best tour managers I've encountered so far. He is genuine, personable and has this positive and calm demeanour that put one at ease. He is also very knowledgable and volunteers information about the history of the countries/ places of interest. Best thing about Joe - he has great initiative and always goes the extra mile. Every night, he will provide an update about the following day's weather. If we have free and easy time, he will recommend places to go and will send us information (google map images, tram directions etc.) to guide us. Under his leadership, all 30 of us were all very punctual and got along very well. Thank you Joe, hope to travel with you again!
