13D Highlights of Eastern Europe 12th -24th Jun 2019 Tour Manager: Jeremiah Tan We have just concluded our tour with EU Holidays and were blessed to have Jeremiah as our Tour Manager. He kept us very well entertained with his jokes, life stories, anecdotes. He also shared a lot of useful tips and experiences with us to make our long trips on the coach feels shorter. Sincere thanks to him, who helped to make sure my young girl (the youngest in the group) was well taken care of in terms of food selection. He also kept her very entertained with his games and tricks. Tour: 13D10N Italy Switzerland France + 2N Dubai Tour date: 1 - 16 June 2019 Tour manager : Jiafu Definitely a wise choice choosing EU Holidays for our first trip together to Europe with my husband. Had the best tour manager who gel so well with all of us and also amazing tour mates which made this such a fun and enjoyable trip! I really feel that tour manager makes a lot of difference in our level of enjoyment. As Jiafu has mentioned, he is there to take away all our troubles and leave all arrangements to him, while we just sit back relax & enjoy. And that is really just what we need. We are really lucky to have him. Someone who is caring, passionate, responsible and is really experienced with the tour itinerary. Going the extra mile to swap activities around to ensure we get the best experience and provide us extra information on the places we were heading to and what to look out for. Appreciate it!! A few suggestions for improvement would be on the meals provided and more tour options for Dubai F&E stay. Looking forward to travel with EU & Jiafu again!!

13D10N ITALY SWITZERLAND FRANCE + 2N DUBAI (01 June 2019 - 16 June 2019) was truly an amazing trip. Our tour guide Jia Fu has great experience and knowledge of the places that we visited and shared with us lots of information and the culture of each individual location. Throughout the trip, he took care of every member’s needs, always reminding us to take care of our belongings and even make arrangements for the elderly as well as sick personnel. Moreover, he did some minor adjustment here and there on the itinerary so that we are able to visit and complete all the attractions. He is also very flexible and resourceful which improved our tour experience with EU Holidays. He made the tour very enjoyable and relaxing as there wasn’t much things for us to worry about as he is always engaging, checking on our well being and putting our safety as top priority. The tour covered amazing places such as the Colosseum and Tower of Pisa. I was happy to be back to Switzerland and go up Jungfrau again. The long distance coach provided throughout the journey was spacious and comfortable. Hotels provided were above average, and to be able to stay halfway up Mt. Titlis at Alpine Lodge hotel was truly an exclusive experience for one. The sceneries there were breathtaking and magnificent. Food provided during the tour had up and downs but overall it is okay. Tour guide Jia Fu also recommended local delicacies that we should try out and it did not disappoint us. The local guides who showed us the places of interest were also very knowledgeable and friendly. The best part of the tour is the traveling tour members. Everyone had fun, enjoyed and amazing. We help each other in taking photos, sharing life experiences and being on time for all the activities. It made the tour more energetic, comfortable and memorable. Looking forward to more tours with EU Holidays and Jia Fu as our tour guide again.

Tour: 13D10N Italy Switzerland France Tour date: 1 - 13 June 2019 Tour manager : Wang Jiafu It was my first trip to Europe! Having a knowlegeable, friendly and resourceful tour manager has indeed made our trip a fun and memorable one for my mom and me. Before our trip, useful information was sent by tour manager and he made it a point to highlight important things for us to take note. He was mindful and we felt safe with him looking out for our group for pickpockets. While we had long coach ride traveling around, it was informative and interesting on useful tips on shopping and culture in Italy, Switzerland and France shared by jiafu. Our group members were very friendly and approachable as well and at times they volunteered to help photos in attractive destinations. Food wise thought perhaps it would be useful to have more choices. :). Overall the experience was a happy and positive one.

13D10N Italy/Switzerland/France (Jun 01-16) We chose EU Holidays for our honeymoon due to recommendations from our friends. Our assigned tour manager was Jiafu. Two words to describe him - meticulous and responsible. From Day 1, he took great care of us, never failing to remind us to take care of our belongings due to the large number of pickpockets in Europe. He always ensures that our appointments (hotels, buses, restaurant meals) are well prepared in advance so that our tour always kept to the schedule. One thing I appreciated about Jiafu was the amount of knowledge he shared with us about the history of the places we visited, taking the time and effort to share this information with us during long distance trips on the coach (even when half of us were probably sleeping lol). He also shared with us recommendations on what are the best buys in each country, and where to get the cheapest souvenirs (so that we do not get cheated by unscrupulous vendors). Although the trip was tiring, but most importantly, it went smoothly and my wife and I had a lot of fun - many thanks to Jiafu for making sure everything went well. We hope that we'll have the chance to travel with EU Holidays and with Jiafu as our tour manager again one day. Areas for improvement: - Time allocated for visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa was too short (25 minutes) - for such an important landmark of Italy, the time spent there could be longer. - Less Asian food, more local European food please! The only exception was the Chinese food on our first day in Paris, it was awesome. - Some hotels could be located nearer to amenities - it was difficult to find eateries and supermarkets nearby sometimes when we wanted to find dinner - most of the time our only option was the hotel restaurants.
