It gives me great pleasure to feedback to your organisation on our recent above trip. This is our second European trip with EU Holidays and we must say it was indeed a great joy and comfort to know that both our trips were indeed made without any regrets and mistakes.Notwithstanding the scenic and historical environments of the Scandinavian countries, the entire tour was certainly very enthusing and fulfilling throughout. She was so conversant and fluent in her languages in explaining the various landmarks so much so everyone in the tour was so pleased and comfortable with. 11D8N Scenic Scandinavia 20-30Jun19, led by Alyce Shieh. My recent trip has been a very enjoyable and i like the attractions that were arranged in the itinerary, which consisted of different aspects including visiting UNESCO sites, palaces, scenic fjords, magnificent waterfalls, mountains and main attractions in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Our tour manager, Alyce Shieh provide us with information relating places we visit...she is very candid and made sure we ate well and settled down during meals time and rest well despite jet lag for some people, she share her personal tips to overcome jetlag! She took the initiative, out of her own pocket, to buy individual packed delicious “bak Gua” and biscuits from Singapore for our tour group to temporary cure homesickness. During the trip, my finger nails cracked due to dry weather, Alyce sent nail clipper to my hotel room, very sweet of her! She made sure logistics are well arranged with the local driver and other stakeholders, ensure smooth schedule to fully cover planned itineraries. All these collective efforts and nice gestures are appreciated! Alyce is sincere, responsible, knowledge and understanding. She provide very good advice, be it meals, shopping (local popular brand’s here In Scandinavia), our safety etc. She is very jovial, positive and full of energy that made the journey enjoyable. Scenic Scandinavia 20 - 30 Jun 2019 led by Alyce Shieh. The places are very beautiful and mesmerising especially Norway’s spectacular fjords, glaciers and waterfalls and mountains. When the water is still, the mirror image is so amazing that you can really tell at one instance which side is real and virtual. We usually wooing to wake the rest in the coach not to miss the chance to admire great scenery. I made a few great friends with similar interest in this trip. Alyce is a steady and cautious tour leader to ensure the trip is smooth and in time. She mingled with the groups well and share her travelling experiences. Though i kept complaining the photo stops is too little and short but i must respect the tight schedule and Alyce and driver required adequate rest and tight traffic rules. All these made a lasting impressions on me. Keep it up! EU and Alyce! Please continue to bring us good trip at affordable price!!!!

13D10N HIGHLIGHTS OF EASTERN EUROPE from 12/6/2019 to 24/6/2019 Trip itineraries were extensive and interesting though they were ‘touch’ and ‘go’. The entire tour was well managed by our experienced TM Jeremiah Tan and everything ran smoothly like a clockwork. The meals catered were acceptable. However we ran into problems with our hotel room in Krakow, Poland. Initially, we were assigned a flooded bathroom which was subsequently changed to another room rejected by one of our families in our travel group due to faulty door lock. Unknowingly, we accepted the swap and experienced a break in on the second night of our stay. Fortunately the ironing board left at the door entrance ironically saved us as the commotion woke us up and the assailants fled after we shouted at them! On the subsequent nights in other hotels, some families used the room furniture as well as their luggage to reinforce the room security. In view of what had occurred, we hope that EU Holidays will seriously consider the replacement of that particular hotel in Krakow as it had certainly compromised with the safety of our fellow EU travellers. In this way, everyone can embark on the tour with a peace of mind and greater sense of security!

I would like thank EU holidays for the family holiday to Europe & Dubai around June holidays. I would like to extend my special thanks to Philip (Tour Leader), who not only made our trip wonderful, but amazing too. He is very knowledgeable and absolutely to good to be true. His passion towards his profession was commendable, very caring and instrumental in handling every single request or issues of the passengers with left no stone unturned. His gesture of goodwill and the way he cautioned us, I doubt we couldn't have done any better than him. Truly from bottom of my heart and on behalf of my wife & kids, would like to take a moment to appreciate Philip for all his guidance throughout our holiday. We have a really wonderful and memorable EU Eastern USA and Canada trip from 14-26 Jun 19 under a very professional, interactive and caring tour guide and manager . Not only we have delightful experiences , scenery and itinerary visiting cities NY, Boston , Washington DC, Quebec, Montreal and Toronto , we enjoyed the camaraderie among tour members who became friends and clear and humorous story-telling and narratives of places and its history under very experienced and capable Tour guide Andy. We particularly admire his “going the extra mile” for one of the tour members to arrange for her return to Spore due to a urgent family matter and his steadiness in managing urgency. Overall , my wife and myself will strongly recommend EU Holidays for a group tour as all the cares of Hotels, travel , itinerary , food and enjoyment will be well taken care of . Gideon and Judith

15D14N Europe discovery tour, departed 14 - 28 Jun 2019. John Foo our tour guide has shown himself to be a very passionate and true veteran in his industry. He was caring, shared tonnes of knowledge of each countries we went (7 total we went), he ensured we all were safe (constantly), took care and went beyond expectations in looking into our needs. He took every initiative possible in ensuring each individual needs were his priority and attended to (sometimes I wonder how he does that!). He shared his jokes and humour in trying to engage us and was an excellent guide to trust and follow. It was my first time in Europe and it will definitely be a special memory I’ll keep for the rest of my life. Thank you John!

Our tour manager, Donovan Ong, brought us on 11D8N Balkan Delight to Southeastern Europe and he treated all of us exceptionally well. He is patient, helpful and polite to everyone of us. We love the way he joins in as our family, and other families as well. He brought Singapore snacks, chilli, and other goodies which he bought when he went for his own holiday. We are extremely well-fed and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Glad to be in Singapore safe and sound, and also made a whole new bunch of friends:)

I have just come back from the 11 days 8 nights Europe + 2 N in Dubai from 12 June 2019 to 24 June 2019. This have been a very interesting and enjoyable trip.
