Food and accommodations are satisfactory with only 1/2 hotel rooms were warm due to the aircon not turned up sufficiently for hot European summer time. The highlight is having a good and patient tour leader. Mr Sebestian Mak ensured that the group are together before moving off to another tour destination. I noted that he will walk from the front to the back of the tour bus to ensure all have boarded before we set off to another place. Unfailingly, Mr Mak will watsapp the night before, a reminder of the next day's itinerary, weather, specific notes, etc. Reliable and constantly in touch as he has promptly answered some of my queries via watsapp. During the long bus journeys, he entertained us with destination's facts/info, jokes and even sang for us!Will definitely look for EU Holidays for our future holiday trips! We will drop by EU to visit these wonderful tour managers, Sebestian Mak and also not forgetting Alicia Pang who explained the itinerary so in detail and enthusiasm when we booked this tour !!RegardsA&V

Tour: 11N Europe Highlights + 2N DubaiTour Manager: Michael YapDate: 01 Jun to 14 Jun 18This itinerary offers a glimpse of 6 European cities over a span of 11 days, topped with an Arabian experience in Dubai for 3 days. I would recommend it to first-timers to Europe. Hotels, albeit small, were very clean and cosy. Coach was spacious and clean as well. Food could have been better though.Our tour manager, Michael, was detailed and responsible. He would converse in both English and Mandarin to accomodate to the multi-racial group, take initiatives to swap flight seats and hotel rooms just to ensure that family members are being grouped together and would offer his photo-taking services without much being said. For the long journey between cities, he would sing and crack jokes to keep us entertained. His constant reminders to check for personal belongings have helped keep the group alert and free of theft throughout the trip. Helpful guy as well as I have seen him take initiative to carry the luggage and stroller for the family with small kids.Overall, he took great care of the group throughout the entire trip and we are pleased with his service. Would recommend him to friends and families.

He ensured our itinerary went smoothly with no/minimise wait at every hotel check in, restaurant and place of interest or even washroom stops.He is approachable and well interact with every group members.We also benefit his sharing of photography spots with us.Our coach driver, Duje is a safe, helpful and friendly. He made sure we have our power nap during road journey with unnecessary engine brake.PS: Don’t ignore repeated warnings from your Tour Manager about pick-pocket during the tour ;-)

Alicia's dedication and passion towards her role were commendable. After a long flight and tiring city tour at Copenhagen, we were looking forward to a good dinner upon checking in to Hotel. To our surprise, the portion served was just too unreasonable and Alicia took the initiative to provide feedback to your company. Thank you, EU for the wonderful Swedish Meatball lunch to make up for the dinner. From the flights, train, cruise and ferry rides, a smooth transition would not be possible without Alicia's great planning. For long bus rides, she took the extra mile to share as much site information to us instead of the usual dead silence from my previous tour. Her site knowledge was well explained and I do inherit a lot from it. That's what I call a "Well Done Tour". I could see that Alicia take customer satisfaction level very seriously. Firstly, during our flight, she will walk around and check on us. When the hygiene level of the lavatory was not up to satisfaction, she took the initiative to feedback to the cabin crew even though this was beyond her job scope. Secondly, the elder on this trip was well taken care of under Alicia's hand. Lastly, she puts in an effort to meet our needs and requests for this 11 days tour. Well done Alicia! Although our baggage was delayed upon arrival in Singapore, Alicia directed us to the Lost and Found office. This is what I call professionalism.  It was a pleasant tour experience. We enjoyed the tour alot and would like to commend Sabestian, our tour manager for being such a kind, caring and professional person throughout the trip. Even though he was not very familiar with the places we went, he was honest about it and still put in his best efforts to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. Every night he would also consolidate the important info regarding next day's wake up, breakfast and departure time and whatsapp us to remind us abt it. This is very useful for us as the timing is different everyday and we might forget it. He is also very patient with us. During the last day when we needed to do the tax refund, it went smoothly as he constantly reminded and explained to us how to do it. When we expericed issues contacting the reception at some hotels, he would help us to contact them and ensured that the issues were resolved. Overall we had a good experience with the trip and tour manager and would definitely travel with EU Holidays again.

13D10N Highlights of Eastern EuropeDates: 6 - 18 Jun 2018Tour Manager: Mr Sebastian Mak Customer: Mr Jeffery Hooi and FamilyFirst and foremost, I would wish to commend on our caring, humorous and knowledgeable Tour Manager, Sebastian, for his tour professionalism throughout the entire trip. He was very patient and prompt in addressing our queries and doubts especially during our luggage delay experience in Munich. He lend his phone to us to make calls to the airline to enquire on the status of our luggage and also update us as and when there is any new update. In addition, he made an effort to watsapp the whole tour group (not as a group but to individual member) on the pointers to take note for the following day itinerary (eg, what time to gather, morning call timing, weather forecast etc). This move is definitely a plus point as not all tour mates paid attention listening to him when he briefed us on the coach before we reached our next hotel / after collection of room keys, As some of our tour mates are elderly, he made an additional effort to translate the pertinent points in Mandarin. He also briefed us on the Tax Refund procedures accurately and reminded us umpteen times to have all the necessary refund forms to be filled up properly. He even went to the extra miles to go down personally to the hotel reception to address our request when the numerous calls to the Reception Counter went unanswered (eg Hotel Abacus). The tour itineraries were generally well-planned with sufficient time to shop especially in Wroclaw and Prague and most of the hotels and breakfast were pretty ok except for Hotel Abacus in Budapest which was located in a secluded location and the service staff at the reception was really unprofessional. Nevertheless we truly enjoyed the trip and Sebastian really set a high benchmark on the quality of a Tour Manager assigned to our future trip with EU Holidays.Lastly, to Mr Sebastian (Sebas), Gut gemacht!

我是和朋友一起旅行，朋友在旅游展选择了EU holiday。在出发前的一个星期领队Russell Tan和大家联系，询问大家的饮食方面有什么食物可以吃或者什么有大家不能吃。第一次“接触”感觉很好接着就和我们更新要准备的东西和天气气温。其实我们看了他的WhatsApp照片很年轻，有些担心哈。正式开始旅程我们一团20个人(6个家庭)，担心Russell可以照顾到这团人吗。原来一切担心都是多余，他年纪虽年轻但是很有责任感稳重的处理事情。每天应付我们团人的问题要帮我们处理。还有一个家庭太太第一天扭伤脚他会很镇定和土耳其导游一起处理。每天慰问这太太脚伤有没有好一些。是个温暖的人。在土耳其他也会解说历史每一个景点他会"看着"每一个人怕大家走失。虽然每天换酒店但是Russell安排妥当没有给大家不方便或者要等很久。我们这家比较爱玩爱说，他也会配合我们。总结这次的旅程，团员的和谐，开心每天不停说笑话。旅程最后一天团员在WhatsApp 群留言，大家感激Russell的照顾，有机会希望和Russell再一次旅程。也谢谢EU Holiday完美安排。一切尽在不言中谢谢你Russell.

Tour: 10D7N Amazing Turkey(8 Jun 2018 - 17 Jun 2018)Tour Manager: Russell TanI need to express my sincerely thanks to the Tour Manager, Russell Tan. I injured my ankle on 9 Jun 2018 after lunch in Istanbul due to misstep. Russell helped to ask the tour guide to look for the private hospital for me to see doctor and also take the x-ray. I still enjoyed my trip after ensuring there was no major injury in my ankle. His extra help and care made our trip went smoothly. He also helped to take photos for our group members. My husband commented, “whenever we need his help, he is there”. He is really one of the best tour managers I ever have for all my trips. I will join EU again if the time of the tour suitable for us as the itinerary is good and the tour manager is helpful, caring, cheerful and make sure everything go smoothly.

Some of the travel distance between cities may be long, but Jeremiah will help you to kill off half of the time with plenty of jokes and experience sharing. These definitely help to make the journey more joyful (less painful).

He made an effort to check our rooms whenever we checked into a new hotel to ensure that everything is in place. He also took care of us during meal times ensuring that we were well fed. He brought us around to show and recommend the different places to have meals and shop, giving us a lot of helpful advices such as where to look for what products and the types of tax refund schemes. It was a thoughtful gesture. Prior to visiting the various attractions, he will provide interesting nuggets of information for our benefit. Travelling to the destination can be monotonous but he will exchange light hearted banter with the group but at the same time, he also respect that some may want to snooze.We also like to specially mention his efforts in helping us to go through the tax refund process at the airport, which we were not very familiar. Tour : 10D7N Italy Fiesta + 2N DubaiTour Manager : Michael YapDate : 18-29 May 2018It was our first time travelling with a tour agency as we wanted to save time planning the logistics for the trip and we wanted to have a high level sense of the cities in Italy before returning a second time on our own. We enjoyed following the itinerary including the optional tours/activities. Our tour manager, Michael, did an excellent job in taking care of all of us. He constantly reminded us about being careful with our personal belongings and not to fall prey to pickpockets. He's witty, caring, considerate and very helpful in offering to take photos for us. I noticed that he was also very understanding in catering for some tour members needs to take more frequent restroom breaks than what was planned for during the coach ride from town to town. He also proactively provided tips for us before we get off the bus at each location, which I am sure everyone appreciated fully.When we arrived in Dubai after completing the Italy trip, my husband's luggage bag could not be found with the rest of the passengers'. Michael accompanied and helped my husband to get the airline/airport staff to hunt it down, and was able to locate the bag within an hour. Kudos for his amazing efficiency and effectiveness !I would recommend this itinerary to those who are visiting Italy for the first time and wants to cover as many beautiful cities/places in Italy as possible within a short period. The hotels were not impressive, though, and I have given feedback to EU Holidays to revise the hotel selections so that they are closer to town and have cleaner bathrooms (for a couple of the hotels, not all).Besides Italy being a beautiful country, being led by a professional, efficient, fun and understanding tour manager like Michael and being with a friendly tour group members made our vacation absolutely sweet and memorable!
