He is thoughtful & generous in sharing his experience, stories & tips with us, a truly person. This is the first time I have a different experience from other travel agencies, I felt like a family trip after get to know each other & is an awesome tour mates of all. I was surprised to receive a piece of birthday cake on my actual birthday date from him & same for the other 3 tour mates who also have the same birthday day/month. Such a nice & thoughtful tour manager to brighten up our day! He is also entertained us by singing different languages song in Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese & etc. We sure will join EU again in our next holiday – well done Sebestian, thumbs up for U!

We had a tour manager, an expert guide & a good leader and a local guide to take us round & show us the places. The hotel was good, quiet & secluded. Tour: 11 Days Europe Highlights + 2 Nights Dubai Dep Date: 08 Aug 2019 Tour Manager: Sabestian Mak The itinerary was a good introduction to Central Europe, we visited about 6 cities, including Milan, Lucerne, Paris and Amsterdam. Sabestian is very knowledgeable and savvy, he shared on history and information of the places of interests, and was able to navigate around the streets easily. He also entertained us during long coach rides, and constantly reminded us to be careful of pickpockets in Paris and Brussels. Logistically, he ensured smooth hotel check-in after a long day, and would whatsapp us on the breakfast and reporting time the night before. Personally, I would recommend to join those optional tours to Mt Titlis, Jungfrau, and factory outlet in Milan. It will be wonderful if quality local cuisine can be served in the itinerary. The additional 2 nights in Dubai was a good transition period before returning to Singapore - helped to cope with jetlag and able to experience the safari desert tour. Lastly, thanks Stephanie Tang for responding to our queries (even when she is on leave) during booking!

We joined for the 13 days 10 nights Eastern Europe trip on 06/08/19 to 18/08/19. Experience was great. TM Tevin was friendly and helpful. Always take care of all of us and remind to take care of our belonging to prevent the pick pockets. He was patiently to wait for the elderly and especially those people who are more interested to take photos and shopping like us. The accommodation along the tour was good and the meals was great too. We will definitely join EU again for our next trip.
