13D10N #Italy #Switzerland #France + 2N #Dubai Departure Date : 25 Apr 2017 Tour Manager : Tan Jiang Xin Tammy My mum and myself took up this package with EU after many comparison between other tour agencies as the itinerary and price is much more attractive and it covers most of the places we wanted to visit. I was skeptical on joining a package tour because of all the factories visiting but for this package there is none. 15 days are long when we are stuck with strangers but Tammy's bubbly character makes everyone feels like home and we got warmed up quickly. She treats us like family and took great care of us especially our tummy and to the uncle we have walking . We had fun, good laugh, good stay, good food, great tourmates, great tour manger. What else could you expect? Tammy gave great shopping tips and her rapport with the local guides and the restaurants' staffs are duper good. We learnt history of each city not just all about the shopping. Even on our free day during paris, Dubai she gave us advise on where to go and what to eat. She even make time to follow us around on our free day. I would like to give a shout out to Tammy our Doraemon! *GOOD JOB* your versatility surprised me everyday! Thanks EU for having great tour manager and itinerary and competitive price. *psst; 4 stars hotel in Europe is just above average. Don't expect much so you won't be disappointed. Overall the we are satisfied with the hotels arrangement.

Tour package: 11D8N Adventure to Balkans + optional day tour to Venice Travel date: 27 April to 7 May 2017 Tour manager: Elvin Mok Our trip to the Balkans was eye-opening and rejuvenating. The itinerary was well-planned and we often had enough time to explore a place. The balanced pace of this trip makes it suitable for both elderly and youngsters. Special commendations for Elvin too. He was a steady tour manager who remained calm despite a series of hiccups. When you have a damn zai tour manager, you remain zai as well! His comedic personality often livened up the atmosphere on the bus. Would recommend this trip to anyone who wish to visit the Balkans!

Our tour leader, Elvin Mok is also very entertaining, and calm and steady in handling unexpected situations which our group faced during the trip. His ability to converse in various dialects also creates a livelier atmosphere and makes it friendly for seniors in our group. Thanks to Elvin, we are able to have a good time. Also thanks to our tour group members - most of us were very accommodating and looked out for each other during the trip. :)

Tour Package: 13D10N in Italy, Switzerland & Paris + 2N in Dubai   Departure Date: 21 April 2017 Tour Manager: Sebestian Mak Firstly we would like to thank EU holidays and Sebestian for making our honeymoon a memorable one.  Our tour manager was very accommodating and sensitive of what food menu the group can take. We heard lots of stories in difficulty getting halal food in Europe. Being Muslims, he will always ensure that food served to us does not contain pork and will always try his best to get separate table if the food menu has pork. We do not have to worry of food choices-all was taken good care of! From logistics to accommodations to food and journey; everything was well planned. Our tour manager will always remind us to take care of our valuables and be extra alert at places with higher risk of pickpockets. We feel safe when our group is united and take good care of one another. Sebestian always suggests the best things to buy or nicest food to try and where to visit in each city that we visited. During long bus rides, at the right time, he will entertain us with jokes, stories and even sing(yes he has a great voice!); such a good entertainer! Once again, thank you for making this trip AWESOME! We hope to have our next trip with EU holidays soon and will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Most importantly we have a great Tour Manager Alicia Pang who have make a lot of good arrangements during the trip. She also gave us good advices regardless of shopping or tour. Both EU holiday and Alicia Pang are excellent. Will look for EU HOLIDAY for my next Europe trip and recommend to my friends and families.

10D Eastern Europe....flight cancelled due to technical fault...ShiQin..the tour guide make all the effort ensure the entire group back home by the earliest flight...and the transit at dubai was fast..... Always keep the group update for delay... Very responsible tour guide..

At every provided meals, he would ensure everyone were properly served n settled down happily before he starts his meal. Sebestian has been observance, polite & caring thoughout the entire trip. He often reminds us to be careful of our belongings. He is well versed in many languages & knowledgeable too. On the coach, he often entertained us with jokes n songs at suitable moments. Although this tour encountered some minor problems ..... bus break down ''(x_x) The surprise is that our travel manager Kevin Cheng did not cancel our trip because of the bus down, he re-arrange our trip so that we would not miss our trip. Our group of a member, wallet and passport was stolen, lucky got our travel manager Kevin Cheng to help, so that the unlucky man can be a smooth return to country, but the money .... >.< But anyway, this trip is very pleasant, if got next trip, I will choose EU holidays again !!!

It was my family’s first time in Europe and this particular package/itinerary suited our purpose very well. We wanted to get a taste of key European countries and we definitely got that (and more than expected).I always thought that one’s first visit to a country is very important.
