This was the first time my family and I engaged a tour agency to go on a group tour and we weren’t exactly sure on what to expect. Right from the beginning at Changi Airport, Sebastian gave us detailed instructions of what we should do and how about we should go.Though the whole trip, our kind tour manager was very considerate about our preferences. He always ensure that our dietary requirements were met as my family didn’t consume beef or pork. Also, he always ensured that my family and I stayed as close as possible in the hotels to the best of his ability. One good example was when we stayed in Rome, he exchanged his room with my parents’ room to ensure the five of us stayed on the same level at least. It was such a kind gesture that warmed our hearts right from the start. He displayed his professionalism at all point of time, giving us detailed explanations about the places we were going to. Sebastian was so knowledgable, always making our long bus rides interesting by giving us so much of information on the history of the countries we visited. My favourite part of the bus rides were the little questions he asked us before giving us valuable information. He always took the extra step to constantly remind us to take care of our belongings and be aware of the surroundings. Even though, as an individual, we should always be careful, the constant reminders kept us more alert. Sebastian also has one of the best taste buds I’ve known, every shop he recommended my family to dine in, they served delicious food. Through the entire trip, he has become a good friend who constantly looks out for every one in the group.The trip was through and through enjoyable. Even though there were times that the trip felt rushed, my family and I do not regret going on this trip. It was well spent family time. Everyone who came in the tour together with us were so friendly and thoughtful, looking out for one another. The trip was made such a bliss cause of the rest of the travel mates and of course, thanks to Sebastian.I’d definitely recommend EU Holidays and tour manager Sebastian to my friends and family!!

Really enjoyed the trip as everything was smoothly planned, almost no delays for each sights or stops. Great time management by Sebestian as he would inform everyone about the whole day plan with specific time, so we could prepare ourself of what is expected of the day trip. He will also inform in details like how much money to prepare for the toilet, what to prepare before going down the bus and beware of safety during the trip.There was 1 day where our schedule for the day was quite packed and Sebestian was very flexible in changing the day plan in order for us to enjoy more and not rush the sights. P.S My first time seeing a tour manager dressing so smart everyday.Overall, this package travelling around Europe was wonderful, it allows me to have a feel of the different places. So the next time I could know which place in Europe I would want to explore more. Also the bonus 2N in Dubai was great experience too.

His immense knowledge on Europe made our long bus rides more entertaining. While ensuring that the tour had fun, he constantly reminded us of the safety precautions that we must take to make full use of the trip. Simple reminders like " Please make sure your valuables passport everything is with you " really helps to make sure that we are accountable for what we have and we do not make our trip to Europe a bad one. He catered to everyone's personal needs as much as he could so that we still stay comfortable in a different continent. He shared past experiences, stories and interacted with us alot through this trip, making the bus rides shorter than they really are. Most importantly, he became a good friend that we could always rely on in a foreign land. I had an excellent experience in Europe thanks to a very experienced, excellent tour manager. We are truly satisfied and impressed with Mr. Roger Koh's service. He is alway ready to assist the group tour for the above. He is very responsive, answering calls and messages. What impressed me most was his professionalism. He took great photos during the tour groups, and always updates his daily events and goods schedule for our daily meals. He explains clearly what are the regulations and process. He is very experience, humble, patient, has great confidence and very efficient. He never complains, and provides great advice.Once we reached the hotel and booking has done, he will update us the weather forecast on the next day trip so we will prepare what to wear for the outing. He also assist to take photographer for each and everyone. As I was limbing left leg and inconvenient to climb the step he is alway there to assist and keep watch during the journey to make sure for safety measure is number one.During the long journey we have problem like toilet break, he would help us to resolve it and minmize our anxiety.I truly appreciate his amazing and Efficient, Trustworthy Excellent Professionalism Service and commitment to us as a Tour Manager who did extra miles in his career path.Last but no least, I want to thank the bus captain Mr Boban for all his help during the trip. I had an amazing experience and loved every minute of the 2 weeks Europe + Dubai tour with EU. My tour manager, Hui qing is caring, helpful and fun. She has tremendous knowledge of places we visited, tips for good food and best shopping places. She kept us informed every step of the journey, delivered the tour in the most efficient and enjoyable way.Hotels were good, attitude are great, I hope to travel with EU again in near future. A big thank you to my tour manager and my fellow teammates for making this trip a wonderful and memorable journey.

I don't usually travel with a tour agency and prefer free and easy as I felt that following a tour means I have very limited time at the attractions, provided meals are probably yucky and the whole trip will be nothing but long bus rides.However after this trip with Kevin, he has successfully converted me to believe that following a tour can be fun and enjoyable too.My worry about having limited time at those attractions was almost non existent during this trip. Kevin has planned it so nicely that we have sufficient time at each location, not too long or too short. Kevin would also help take nice photos for us. Regardless of how challenging his body posture needs to be in order to capture a nice photo for all of us, he would do it and in fact he would volunteer to help without us asking.Food was okay too and when the meals were not provided, Kevin would give us recommendation. Love the calamaris I ate at Venice which was recommended by Kevin. In our group, there were a few with special dietary request and Kevin has always ensure that the restaurant prepares their food correctly.Kevin, thank you for putting your heart and 100% effort to ensure we all can have a smooth trip so that we can enjoy our holiday. Would definitely consider travelling with EU holidays and Kevin again.

My family just came back from our vacation with EU Holidays and we really enjoyed our time. It was all thanks to our fantastic tour manager Kevin! He is always very well-prepared before we went for our day trip each day and will adopt all the necessary precautions which ensures that our trip can goes on smoothly during each day. Sometimes, when our tour is ahead of schedule, he will arrange the driver to bring us to additional sightseeing places which are actually not part of the itinerary and we really appreciate this extra initiative. At the start of each day, he will also give us a detailed briefing which allows us to have a clearer picture of the places that we will be visiting. Sometimes, we also do have tour mates raising special request to visit some sightseeing spots and he will try his best to accommodate to their request while at the same time ensuring that our original itinerary will not be affected. This is what really impressed our family as this really shows how passionate he is in serving his customers making sure that everyone really enjoys the trip. Overall, my family feels that he is really a very responsible and committed tour manager and I will highly recommend him to my friends who are interested to sign up for European tours with EU Holiday.

We loved this tour, the 15 days discovery coverage of Central Europe. The most interesting part is everyone in this tour are like one family with our caring Tour Manager, Sabestian who is very knowledgeable about the history and information of the various countries that we have visited. Although it is quite tiring due to the tight itineraries but we really enjoy every body's company and the beautiful sceneries. I felt the most important requirement to achieve an enjoyable trip is to have a good itinerary with schedule to enable enough rest and play. Of course, it needs a good Tour Manager to manage the local guides and the entire arrangement. Thanks to Sabestian for his care and concern to us.

It's a fun and enjoyable honeymoon trip for my wife and I.Sabestian had been a great help by sharing all his knowledge and information for all the places we are Traveling to.Since the first day we touch down Europe, Sabestian had been taking care of our meal, safety and accommodation. This is my first time travelling with EU holidays and it has been a good experience. He is knowledgeable, funny and caring! I had followed lots of tours with different agencies and ALWAYS fall asleep in the bus. Surprisingly, i didnt fall asleep during this tour because of his jokes and fantastic stories about Scandinavia.Beside these, he also brought us to some attractions which are NOT INCLUDED in the itinerary. This is our 1 st Europe trip with Eu Holidays and it is a cost saver package. I assumed the whole trip should be just average, yet it was beyond my expectations. Especially the land tour arrangements.The tour manager, Veronica Lee, arranged the group to cover places beyond the ordinary. In Pisa, she showed us the old town beside the Miracle square and even the Marina di Pisa, it is a beach town not far from the Leaning Tower.In Florence, we had dinner in the old town which you really enjoyed the atmosphere of this renaissance historical sight and with a feeling of travel back in time.As this is not a full board package, she showed us to local Italian restaurants which serve authentic Italian meals with a reasonable price. I enjoyed my tiramisu in Venice; pasta with pesto sauce, baked anchovy and mozzarella in Cinque Terre.Not to forget, on the first night, the dinner at the restaurant beside the hotel is so wonderful and the portion is overwhelming.Anyway Veron, thank you for being a responsible, caring and fun loving tour manager.You are actually on par with our very first Europe tour manager back in 2005. We had just returned from a 11Days Europe +2 nights Dubai and we had a WONDERFUL time spent with lovely HUIQING, our tour Manager. She was accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable and FUN!!! We had so much laughter... and must praised on her photo taking skills too, everyone looked fabulous in all pictures taken by her. His 3 BIG rules : Punctual, Punctual & Punctual is key for everyone of us to enjoy our trip hassle-free. We never miss any spot. wherever we go, there's always a good recommendation from Rick, be it food &/or scenery, good photo spot, etc. Trust me, its always a "thumbs up"! All well-arranged - enough water, coffees, including toilet breaks, rest for the couch captain, etc.....is all his priorities!Surprises - A couple of us plus a 2yr old baby Girl, were all born in September.
