Just came back from the Eastern Europe tour 18th - 25th Sept. The Eu tour manager Jeremiah was a very funny guy, entertaining us all the way from Prague to Budapest, Hungary. The tour from Prague to Budapest was filled with many memorable scenery, beautiful old towns, fun event and great camaderie among all the tour members. 2 Thumbs up for Jeremiah and Eu Holidays !!

Just reliving this tour brought many happy memories for us. The awesome scenery, exhilarating walk in the freezing sub zero temperature in a bid to catch a glimpse of the elusive Matterhorn and not forgetting the camaraderie among the tour members and our caring tour manager, Jiafu. One thing we must mention is the care and concern of Jiafu for all of us, especially towards our safety and well-being. Throughout the entire trip, at the beginning of a new day, he would "nag" us everyday as to whether we have brought along our passports, Swiss pass, outer jackets and all the necessary clothings to keep ourselves warm. We remembered specifically our overnight stay in Wengen. The room was pretty cold as it had been a wet day. We called Jiafu in his room to check how to use the heating element in our room. He told us that it's a central heating system and the hotel would only switch it on in winter. A while later, we were really surprised to see a portable heater delivered to our room by a hotel staff. Thank you so much, Jiafu, for your thoughtfulness. We were really touched that you went an extra mile to ensure our comfort. We also noticed how Jiafu went out of his way to offer "porter services" to the seniors in the group. He would recommend places to buy cheaper souvenirs and useful items to buy for our friends/families back home. We did encounter a rather rude local railway staff but Jiafu was very composed and kept his cool. As a result, nothing unpleasant happened and we were able to proceed with our train journey. We really appreciate that Jiafu would always go check out a route first before asking all of us to proceed, so that we would not need to make unnecessary detours. We would prefer to fly SQ(our original choice when we first booked the tour) direct to Zurich instead of taking Ethihad. We felt that ideally this tour can be extended to another 2 more days to make it more comprehensive and even more country focused Do keep the number of pax at 15 as it makes travelling in a group a breeze. Perhaps EU can give feedback to Glacier Express about the pathetic water pressure we experienced in the toilets.....water is literally coming out drop by drop from the tap when one needs to wash hands. We have just came back from Europe Tour Sept 7 to 22 , 2017. Our tour manager Connie Hay is very experienced and efficient. My husband and I have an enjoyable time. Connie is the best tour manager that I have ever come across. She has good knowledge of Europe and with her being small built never fail to help with the luggage. Thumbs up Connie.

This was a great, educational & enriching trip to us because of our responsible, knowledgeble & caring Tour Manager, RickyWoo. Lynn & I are very thankful to Ricky for taking good care of us throughout the journey. He has done a very detailed daily itinerary which is very clear & precise. He told us a lot of information in English & Chinese regarding a new place that we would visit each time. He even showed us very good & informative videos on some places that we would be visiting so that we had a better understanding of the history of that place. He even paid attention to the birthdays of members of the group & organised birthday celebraions for them. We had an enjoyable 10D7N Turkey Trip from 1-10 September 2017 with EU Holidays and would like to thanks our tour manager, Ms Kek Ooi Leng. Ms Kek was very dedicated and vigilant, and made sure group members were accounted for. She always look out for them. She did an excellent job despite our different requirements and last-minute changes. Throughout the trip, she was very attentive, patient and organised.We have a great trip and will definitely consider EU Holidays for our next trip.

Couldn't comprehend the management of group size when first informed of merger of 2 groups for this trip, but kudos to tour manager for keeping all parties happy and even created an environment for all to know each other mid tour. Trip experience was further enhanced with quiz of destinations covered during the long road journey in between 2 points of interest. With prizes added as enticement that encouraged enthusiastic participation, well done, Ricky!All hotel arrangements were done well, and hotels given in Prague, Krakow & Vienna were really a nice surprise for group size as big as 37!To top it all, the real surprise was cakes for birthdays celebrated by unsuspecting group members during the entire duration of the journey. Nice!

My Sister in law and I just came back from our Holiday and we had the most fantastic time. We made a lot of new friends and Rick the tour manager was the best! He kept reminding us throughout the trip to look out for our passports and wallets. As a lot of us brought a lot of branded stuff from Italy , Switzerland and France, he made a lot of effort to explain to us how to fill in the tax rebate forms and even checked through all the forms for those of us who brought. Without his help the process if claiming the tax rebate would have been so stressful. As there were young children, elderly and also single ladies on the trip he made sure that we were well taken care of. By the 3rd day of the trip Rick was more of our Friend rather than our tour manager. On long drive he would tell stories and jokes so that we were not so bored. During our free time at certain destinations he would share with us where the best local food. In Florence he brought us to this little pop up store where we had stewed beef tripe which was delicious. As some of us had became close friends on this trip we have even made plans to gather a group to go on a Eastern Europe trip which we definitely want Rick to be our tour manager again! I would definitely recommend EU Holidays to all my friends because of its tour packages and it's professional tour manager. Well done and thank you Rick for the wonderful 15 days. This will be one of our most precious memories,

It is a very interesting and relaxing tour. Even though we have a huge group of 37 people, the tour was well-organised and enjoyable. We are thankful to Ricky for being caring throughout the journey and reminding us to take care of our belongings. He prepared a detailed itinerary for the group, which made it clear where we would expect to go every day. This document would take quite some time and effort to prepare. He explained to us on the bus, in both English and Mandarin, what we would see next. He made long bus rides fun by telling stories, giving out prizes for quizzes and screening movies. He went the extra mile to organise birthday celebrations for the group during the tour and was quick and responsive in helping to solve issues that cropped up.From KF and J

This is the best tour I have been to till date thanks to our experienced and professional tour manager, Jeremiah. On top of being approachable and sincere, his candid and fun loving disposition brightens the mood and adds joy to the entire tour. He was also able to help us kill time during the arduous coach journeys to our destinations with his interesting stories.His experience and professionalism ensured the whole tour ran smoothly and he attended to all our needs with a personal touch, which is very commendable, even till we touched down at Singapore Changi Airport, collecting our luggage.I hope the next tour we sign up with EU holidays will be led by him, for I can ensure I would be in good hands. A big thank you to Mr John Foo for guiding us delicately during our Europe trip. Mr Foo's responsible attitude definitely enhanced the experience of the whole trip. Not only that he also took the initiative to celebrate some of the group members' birthday. A big thumb up for him!

I signed my 79-year-old mom & myself up for this tour, and we had a blast! Since we also had several millennials on the tour, it felt like a multi-generational family vacation!As a tour mgr, Ricardo is knowledgeable, considerate, resourceful & patient. Our long-distance travels on the coach were peppered with great humour, memorable history lessons pertinent to the cities we were approaching. We often arrived at a tourist spot armed with JIT info to appreciate its history, culture, people, cuisine, fashion, shopping (!), etc. It helped that Ricardo worked well with our coach captain. They made a great team, and that enhanced our experience.Ricardo took great care of my mom. It also helped that we had great tour mates, and everyone looked out for her. At Mt Titlis in Switzerland, amid strong winds, he held her by his hand to cross the Cliff Walk. She was able to admire the grandeur of the Swiss Alps via different angles from 10,000 ft. We also appreciated Ricardo's excellent time mgt. On most occasions, he steered us away from waiting in long lines, and crowded places amid scorching heat. But we were still able to visit iconic places during Europe's high travel season. We crossed multiple countries, cities & borders in the comfort of our well-maintained coach, whilst admiring a picturesque Europe. We also survived cities notorious for pick-pocketing, and returned home safe and sound!Special thanks to Ng Huiqing for being a professional & patient tour consultant. She was the main reason we signed up with EU. I highly recommend EU Holidays, and hope they continue to thrive in this cut throat industry.
