We heard lots of stories in difficulty getting halal food in Europe. Being Muslims, he will always ensure that food served to us does not contain pork and will always try his best to get separate table if the food menu has pork. We do not have to worry of food choices-all was taken good care of! From logistics to accommodations to food and journey; everything was well planned. Our tour manager will always remind us to take care of our valuables and be extra alert at places with higher risk of pickpockets. We feel safe when our group is united and take good care of one another. Sebestian always suggests the best things to buy or nicest food to try and where to visit in each city that we visited. During long bus rides, at the right time, he will entertain us with jokes, stories and even sing(yes he has a great voice!); such a good entertainer! Once again, thank you for making this trip AWESOME! We hope to have our next trip with EU holidays soon and will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

If I didn't join the tour, I would not visit countries like Bosnia & Slovenia on my own. This had changed my perspective of joining tour group, I had enjoyed myself in this trip and would consider EU for future trips. Thanks Elvin !

Adventure to Balkans tour - Elvin Mok as tour leader is great ��� - helpful and friendly and approachable - speaks English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew ��� so this will be helpful to older generations tour members  - hotels are safe and comfortable

Most importantly we have a great Tour Manager Alicia Pang who have make a lot of good arrangements during the trip. She also gave us good advices regardless of shopping or tour. Both EU holiday and Alicia Pang are excellent. Will look for EU HOLIDAY for my next Europe trip and recommend to my friends and families.

10D Eastern Europe....flight cancelled due to technical fault...ShiQin..the tour guide make all the effort ensure the entire group back home by the earliest flight...and the transit at dubai was fast..... Always keep the group update for delay... Very responsible tour guide..

At every provided meals, he would ensure everyone were properly served n settled down happily before he starts his meal. Sebestian has been observance, polite & caring thoughout the entire trip. He often reminds us to be careful of our belongings. He is well versed in many languages & knowledgeable too. On the coach, he often entertained us with jokes n songs at suitable moments. His gesture makes us feel at ease. I would say this was one of the most memorable trip I ever had & shall recommend EU Holidays to my all friends. For me...I would definitely come back to EU for my next trip with my family.�

Although this tour encountered some minor problems ..... bus break down ''(x_x) The surprise is that our travel manager Kevin Cheng did not cancel our trip because of the bus down, he re-arrange our trip so that we would not miss our trip. Our group of a member, wallet and passport was stolen, lucky got our travel manager Kevin Cheng to help, so that the unlucky man can be a smooth return to country, but the money .... >.< But anyway, this trip is very pleasant, if got next trip, I will choose EU holidays again !!!

Thanks to our Tour Manager, Kevin Cheng, everything went rather smoothly despite a couple of unexpected challenges along the road. He managed those glitches quite well, earning the trust and confidence of the group that we are well taken care of. It was my family’s first time in Europe and this particular package/itinerary suited our purpose very well. We wanted to get a taste of key European countries and we definitely got that (and more than expected).I always thought that one’s first visit to a country is very important. Everything must work out fine in order to leave a good impression of the country and, thus, make you want more of it. Well, thanks to EU Holidays and Kevin and their superb customer service, we definitely plan to revisit and explore more of Europe in the future. The itinerary was well planned and we truly enjoy the trip. It was a well balance with some free time/days for you to spend with your loved ones.  RICKY Passion, funny personality and humbleness really makes the long bus ride felt like a short one. Always there to facilitate and make sure every tiny detail is not missed. Truly a Pro in what he is doing and thanks to his aurora song, we finally got to see the Northern lights. Tour package: 10D7N Winter Adventure In Finland + Norway King Crab Safari  Travel date: 03 - 12 Mar 2017 Tour manager: Ricky Woo This is my first trip with EU holidays and I have to say this trip is out of my expectation. Even though we did not get to see the Aurora Lights 4 nights in a row, we saw it on the night after Ricky taught us to sing the Aurora song in the coach. It is such a thrill to chase the Northern Lights via Snow Mobile at -21 degrees. The itinerary is generally well organised and thoughtfully planned. It is truly once for a lifetime trip to be able to catch the King Crab and enjoyed the King Crab Meal afterwards. So cool to be able to stay in the igloo house with individual sauna facility. My friends thought that I have paid much more for this trip than I actually have. My hubby and I had so much fun and we truly appreciate Ricky's effort to look after us during the trip. He is friendly and cheerful and always making sure we are well taken care of. We will definitely join EU Holidays again!

Especially after the night that we stay in igloos hotel ,that morning after the hasky ride we are supposed go south to Innari but you worry that we may cannot find a good lunch during halfway stop, insisting the driver to go north to the holiday hotel (although that the driver is not happy about that but you insist) which we had stay before to let us have a good lunch there, than proceed to south to Santas hotel  We are really very appreciated that you had make a very good decision for us even that every hotel we stay you also make sure that we can had our meals Thank you Ricky look forward to joint you for another trip to Europe again

Went on a 13D Italy Switzerland France trip with hubby @[1050950528:Taylor Eng] as our honeymoon! Was guided by Connie Hay and she made our trip memorable! Honestly, without her ever ready to help spirit, we will not be able to handle when I fell sick and needed a Dr. Her friendliness and forthcoming attitude gave me a 'big jie jie' feel and with her presence, we know we will be in safe hands. Connie is responsible, gave clear instructions and went extra mile for our group needs and requests. She made sure we get the best and did a lot of backend admins and adjustments. 你的努力有被看到!!!!加油!!! Overall, enjoyed our trip but not the long hour bus ride with bad traffic. �
