First timing coming to such a far place from home , was worried about the pickpockets in Europe but going this tour with Sebas , me and my girlfriend feel super safe. Everyday he will whatsapp us on all the important details , during bus rides he will share with us his experiences and what to beware off.During the tour to many places he always put us first always accommodating to our needs , helping us take photo , bringing us to eat good food etc.Having him around was a blessing as we really dont have to worry about anything and thats the reason why decided to go with a tour.First experience with a tour company and such a good tour manager, in the future all my tour vaccinations i will ring Sebas up ! 5 Star Customer Service is hard to find but sebas really did it ! This is our 2nd tour with EU Holidays. Our TM did an excellent job in ensuring that my wife and my dietary needs are met in the best possible way. Even during our Chinese dinner, our TM was attentive and realized that we are consuming minimally. He made a special arrangement that we were then served with a seafood pasta instead. We were very appreciative of his act.Our TM also gave clear information and he followed up with WA to ensure that we received all the schedule for the day. He was very concerned with our safety and well-being throughout our tour. And that all our queries were clarified without delay. A BIG 2 thumbs up to TM Mr Sebastian Mak!! Thank You.

I would like to commend on the good services of Shirley Wang. I have not yet been on a tour with EU holidays though I heard very positive reviews of them. I think while the tour managers are important in each tour group, your first touch point in a company is very critical too. I am lucky to have met Shirley as she helped me with loads of questions, my plan changes etc. She is so patient and professional and always comes back promptly with good and sound advice. I am not sure if my next trip will materialise (due to my personal reasons) but EU will definitely be my choice because of the good services from Shirley!

Had an amazing 2 weeks holiday in Finland with my family, friendly tour group and best tour guide ( Jeremiah Tan ) me and my family never had any dull moment during our entire trip because we had a lot of helped from our fellow tour group mates that make every activity extremely fun and our tour guide that never fails to keep all of us laughing with his jokes and stories! Always giving us the best locations for our meals and activities! Will totally recommend him to my friends and family members! Hopefully my next trip he will be my tour guide again x

During our free day, he will take his own initiative to introduce some of the optional activities to live up to our experience in Finland.In terms of personality, he is a fun, cool and approachable young man. He never fails to answer all of our doubts and queries during the trip. Thumbs up for this.It's bittersweet to be back in Singapore but through this tour, I hope to have Sabestian to be my tour manager in near future with EU holidays.

Sabestian was a great tour guide, providing us with prompt replies and great recommendations. Through his recommendations, we rode the ice breaking cruise which is definitely a unique experience!The hotels and activities were great as well. The schedule was not too packed, nor was it too relaxed. The free days were just nice as it gave us the time to do what we choose to do, be it relaxing or going out for more activities.

The tour provided ample time to enjoy the cold in Finland. Sabestian also gave us other ideas on the various activities and optional itineraries like, ice-karting, ice-breaker cruise we could engage in to expand our experiences.Sabestian was also a detailed tour manager and great photographer. He took the effort to send us messages to summarise the key things to note every day and sent the photos he took for us.It was a wonderful trip with EU Holidays and Sabestian.
