Today is our last day in Finland. This is our first trip joining tour agency for our holidays due to Covid-19. We enjoyed the trip very much especially the husky sledge! It was fun! It was a breathtaking experience with slush snowfall, magnificent snowy mountains, steering sledge, scrumptious meals and comfortable beds. We are blessed to have a gentle and cautious bus captain who keeps us safe. Of course not forgetting our Tour Manager, Jiafu. He is simply awesome. Before the trip he helps us with application of PCR, ART, QR code etc. During the trip, he looks into minute details every day and night; ensure our safety; most importantly he is so well versed about Switzerland and can just talk non stop about it. I want to make a mention here that in order for my elderly mum to board and alight the tour bus with ease, Jiafu had arranged a wooden stool for her to step on. This was really heartwarming. Thank you Jiafu for making this a memorable holiday for both my mum and I. We had a great time! Tour: 12D9N SpainDep Date: 22Dec2021Tour Manager: Sabestian MakThis is our first time traveling with EU holidays and I must say, YES, they made a great impact to my travel experience as our tour manager is knowledgeable (esp. in Europe history) and the professionalism of his service. He is accommodating and flexible always in meeting to everyone request to his best ability without jeopardizing on the planned tour itinerary. As we travel during the Covid period, he will always remind us to take safety precautions and suggest recommendations to our dinning plans to avoid crowded places and this is important during current covid situation. This is my 1st time to Spain and before that I am skeptical about this country but with the well planned itinerary from EU holidays and the engagement with their local tour guides, it opened up my eyes to the immersed historical sites and enriched history and cultures in Spain. Additionally the good quality accommodations arranged by them had also contributed to this great experience.Well done EU holiday, we will see you soon.

Went to Switzerland with Jiafu as my tour manager. The before, during and after trip service from Jiafu had been excellent as he made sure to notify and remind us whatever necessary. Approachable and friendly, Jiafu did his best to answer our queries throughout. He professionally managed the tour and provided a high standard of service.

Had an action packed trip to Finland with EU Holiday's Jermiah over the Winter Holidays. The tour was great for enjoying the country while a professional managed the snowy roads, holiday business closures, and reservations for popular attractions, hotels, and everything else. Everywhere we went we had an idea of what to expect and tips on how to have the best experience.

Jeremiah was our tour guide for our Finland trip. He's very attentive to details, prompt response whenever there was any question from any tour member. Activities were well-planned and there was no dull moment at all. Make sure you look for him to take your picture as he's also a good photographer

tour: 10d ski adventuredeparture date: 6th Dectour manager: Emelinehad much fun snowboarding after almost two years being stuck in singapore. emeline and park was super helpful. even thou the group was quite big and with different skill levels of snowboarders and skiers, they did their best to level up everyone.would definitely recommend
