I have not had joined a tour group for a long time but Shirley’s tour changed my impression totally. She took great care of us during the trip and ensured everyone enjoyed themselves. At the end of the trip, we felt a sense of connection with each other. She also made extra effort to arrange our rooms to be close to each other as we had 6 friends travelling tog. Her updates and daily information is also given fast and clear. Not to forget she is a great photographer helping me take nice pictures!Thanks Shirley for the amazing turkey memories!

Had an awesome time with our recent Grand Train Tour Switzerland (5-15/10/22). While we had kind weather and good tour mates, it was most of all, a dedicated and efficient tour manager who made the difference. Darien Tang is totally professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. His exceptional service started even before our tour did with his Watsapp contact. It was definitely not easy to lead a group of 31pax through public transport such as bus, boat and trains but Darien did it all well. Appreciate the verbal and Watsapp reminders on the tour, weather as well as places of interest and makan places nearby. Appreciate that he’s always contactable and his taking the extra mile for us. As a solo traveller, Jimmy has been very helpful in the way that he doesn't make me feels very odd out. Travelled on a group tour of 34 pax with Ricky Woo from 9th Nov to 18th Nov 2022. Trip was well planned without much hiccups and he has been extremely patient to cater to the needs of everyone as much as possible from Helsinki all the way to Norway and back. Been great having him leading the group, and we hope to see him again.

I joined eu for Morocco on 22 Oct departure and Luke Soh our accompanying guide is informative and clear in his instructions. Together with our local guide we manage to make a smooth trip and had loads of fun in the desert and camel ride. Luke is also very helpful by being our unofficial photographer with his patience and upbeat demeanour. This review is to recommend and commend our tour manager Sabestian Mak for being one of the best tour managers we have had. He was proactive in sending out reminders and messages, reaching out and checking with us pre-departure regarding trip matters. During the trip, he helped keep things light and entertaining with his stories and also did his best to ensure our safety and could answer all our doubts and queries patiently. He is also quite a well-rounder, proving himself to be knowledgeable in many areas, providing more info than expected regarding monuments and some historical sites. If you get him for your trip, you’ll be in good hands.

Sing Wen provided great service and would always be there to help us without hesitation even during our free time outside. She is thoughtful, reliable, and professional, which made the tour smooth. Excellent. Had my best European tour experience, especially with guide Ms Ng Huay Cheng, who was passionate, informative and attentive to all members on the tour group, patient and never reject us; even with small request. She also ensure that all of us are safe during the entire trip, and plan our itinerary well. Personally, I would grade her in A plus category.
