We initially wanted to take another package. But Dior, the counter staff is a very nice lady who answered all our questions genuinely and honestly, recommending us this package. After much hesitation, we took it. However, the trip turned up to be a memorable experience for everyone! The group was a friendly and fun bunch and the tour guide Jia Fu was such a great person.Along the trip Jia Fu, shared his experiences, tips, Dos and Donts that helped our trip to be much easier and pleasant. He went beyond his job scope, by ensuring everyone was involved in the activities and was constantly looking out for all, in terms of safety and taking care of our respective needs. He was always contactable, approachable and a really fun person around to be with. Even when there had to be a little change due to the Bastilles Day, Jia Fu pre-planned an alternative to ensure that we get to see most of the places of interest and that was nothing short of awesomeness. He took care of us really well.This is an experience my wife and I will never forget. Dior is a very knowledgeable and experienced lady who has good customer service. Jia Fu is a HIGHLY recommended tour guide.I’d definitely recommend EU Holidays for all.

It was an amazing trip because of the people that were present and also a well-planned itinerary. But what is a trip without its manager (for the case of Europe), it wouldn’t have been a success without the manager. I boldly say that this particular trip was a very successful because of my tour manager Jia Fu. I fractured my ankle on the first day in Rome at the Colosseum. One would think that I would not enjoy the trip, but instead i came back smiling and being satisfied.I could have been told to stay on the bus for most of the itinerary for the subsequent days of the tour but Jia Fu was like a shepherd, not leaving any sheep behind (Figuratively speaking). Instead of going through the normal routes which the other would take, he used his years of experience to bring me into the medieval village of Siena using the pathways which are much more manageable for someone like me who is on crutches. This shows how much dedication and care he has for each and every member in the tour. He continued to show he caringness by offering so much help within the trip to get a wheelchair for me. Basically, without a wheelchair, I was almost impossible for me to carry on with the trip as there is so much walking in Europe.After getting a wheelchair, I was still constantly greeted with a smile and not a disappointed face as I was a burden on the tour. His smiles and jokes cheer me up every single day. Not only does he have to pay attention to me cos I was slower, he also pays careful attention to every other member counting and asking if everyone was feeling alright and good. I see what he does everyday cos I was not able to freely roam around myself instead I was often close beside him. He even accompanied me to the hospital the second time in France as the first cast made in Rome was too tight and it was affecting my health.We all know that bus rides can be annoying boring and long. But Jia Fu makes the bus trips enjoyable. If a bus ride was 4 hrs, he could literally go on for 4 hours. The worst kind of trip would be a silent one but our bus rides were filled with laughter, guessing games, history lessons, cultural talks, movies and singing sessions. Also, he is considerate and knows when to stop talking and when to talk, this gave us sufficient sleep and sufficient entertainment on the bus ride. Where else can you find this kind of bus rides? Amazing, job well done.Jia Fu is a strict and punctual tour manager, he doesn’t like repetition and he is a task-oriented person. Jiafu has this very special tone when speaking that one might not agree with at the start, but as time goes by, you feel as if its home cos he is Singaporean and you miss it after a long trip like this. He just makes the atmosphere of the trip feel homely. You could say that this way of handling is ruthless but I beg to differ, Jia Fu has his own way to make thing fun and enjoyable. Join him and you will understand why. He is clear in his instructions and always concerned with the schedule of the trip just to fulfil our demands. He has delivered excellent results on this trip, providing punctual services to the hotel/meals/attractions/well-being. He also goes the extra mile to always give the tour a happy ending whenever there is a cancellation of attractions due to the country’s regulations. Many others may just sit back and relax telling the tour members to settle their own itinerary, Jia Fu was different. Due to his hard work and efforts, we got to see fireworks at 11.30pm on the national day of France. A session that i will never forget.Last but not least, Jia Fu made efforts to bond with every member and he created opportunities for members to bond with one another. It really fostered a good environment in the tour group where everyone was comfortable with one another by the 2nd/3rd day. A good environment promotes a more enjoyable trip.I will definitely look for Jia Fu again for my next group tour. A friendly and homely tour guide that should not be missed.

The tour members and our tour leader Jia Fu made the trip memorable and fun. Jia Fu is an extremely caring and attentive leader who takes care of every need and wants. He ensured everything runs smoothly and even made the effort to call the hotel to get the keys ready so that we could go straight to our room after a long day. Additionally, despite being out the whole day, Jia Fu also made extra effort to take us to see the fireworks in Paris as it was their independence day.Other then the exciting itinerary planned, Jia Fu takes the initiative to bond the tour members together and treats us like family. We really enjoyed ourselves with one another and of course the interesting places of interest visited, with ample time given for shopping as well.Thank you Jia Fu and EU holidays for this memorable vacation experience! Will definitely book with EU again for my future travel endeavous.

Our 1st time Europe Trip this 5 to 16 July 2018 was a “Very Memorable Journey”�Me and my Wife have had a wonderful experienced with a great places of Italy, Switzerland, France and a glimpsed of Germany. Although we weren’t able to join them on the Dubai itinerary because of our Berlin Convention, but, still the vacation was a successful and an amazing one.��Thanks to our fellow Tour members that we were able to build a great camaraderie among each others and became friends along the way.��Last but definitely not the least, Our heartfelt Big Thank you to our Tour Manager: JIA FU for a very well organised and great execution of the trip, his 14th years of experienced in the industry gave him the complete edge in terms of handling the most memorable journey of your life. We are really grateful & fortunate to have him as our Tour Manager. He was amazing, fun, expert on his chosen field, friendly, exciting, accommodating and a very considerate type of person�We highly recommend JIA FU and will definitely look after him in EU Holidays for our next Travel overseas! Jia Fu is our tour manager during the Europe trip. He is informative, interesting, and funny! You can't get bored on this tour! He put things in perspective and kept things entertaining as well as informative! Always ready to help and has great facts about each place we visited which was great, highly recommended! :)

Tour: 11D8N Europe Highlights + 2N DubaiDate: 04 July 2018 - 17 July 2018Tour Manager: Hui QingWe went on the trip as a family of 4 and had a wonderful and relaxing time in Europe and Dubai. Thanks to our tour manager Hui Qing who ensured that the group tour went very smoothly. She gave us very clear directions and suggested us the souvenirs that we could buy in each city.She was also very thoughtful to bring along small packets of sambal chilli and bak kwa for all the tour mates. We were having western meals every day, hence a touch of local flavour really delighted us. Thanks to Hui Qing and her gesture!Hui Qing made the effort to screen singapore-made movies in the tour bus when we had long journeys and kept us entertained. She also constantly reminded us on the safety precautions that we should take and we can see that she is definitely an experienced tour manager.When the air-con did not work at one of the hotels, Hui Qing also took the initiative to request for a fan to be provided instead, which also met our needs, as the weather was still quite cold.

Tour: 13D Italy Swiss Paris +2N Dubai tour manager tammy Date 06/06-20/06-18 this is my first trip to Europe and I fill that I chose the right tour agency Eu holidays tour manager cumming tammy did an excellent job in taking care of all of us. She do a head count before the bus move constantly reminded us about being careful with our personal belongings and beware of pickpockets. she is caring, responsible and very helpful in offering to take photos for us. I noticed that she was also very good in provided tips for us before we get off the bus at each location, which I am sure everyone appreciated fully.She made an effort to watsapp the whole group on the following day itinerary (eg what time to gather, morning call timing, weather forecast and umbrella she planned ahead of time to avoid traffic jam and not hesitate to adjust the itinerary based on weather conditions before we reached our next hotel / after collection of room keys, she also briefed us on the Tax Refund times to have all the necessary refund forms to be filled up properly. She even went with tour members to get the refundShe also well prepared and learned person now the need of the tour mate lot of items she brought example can opener. Tree pin plug. Medicine. Power point. Power band. Gloves. Sambal,you name it she have itTammy treated us all a free breakfast in dubai, and that night we also have pot luck at her room and it's really enjoyedThis is definitely one of my best guided tours! I'm looking forward to my next Europe holiday with EU, likely to the Greece

Went on this tour with my mom and I'm glad to say that it was a memorable experience for the both of us. From the beautiful architecture to the delicious food and the wonderful culture, everything felt like a dream come true for me personally. Our tour leader was meticulous in planning out everything and ensuring everyone was ok. He also gave us ample time to walk around and take photos. In general, everything was planned out nicely and instructions were clear. As such, even though this was our first trip to Europe, we didn't feel lost at all. Also, our group members were really friendly too, glad that we made friends on this trip!:) Personally, I find that the pace of this trip is just right, and unlike most tours, it isn't as tiring and thus, I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Europe, it will definitely be an eyeopening and wonderful experience.

Me and my husband had an awesome holiday. We felt that we had chosen the correct agent - EU holidays for this trip. Not forgetting our tour manager, Ricky Woo. He is exceptionally professional, had very good patience and did a very good job. Taking care of our well being and constantly reminding us of our safety. He make sure that we really enjoy each placeof interest by helping to explain in Chinese for us when the tour guide can only speaks English. Our food was also taken care cautiously making sure that the restaurants served our correct orders. He also make sure that all of us are comfortable in our allowed hotel rooms. He also managed to work well with the coach driver. We are all like travelling in one big family. He deserves more than 5 

I’m Glad that my girlfriends and I actually signed up for this tour package. The fun experiences and new friends (from all walks of life and ages) made throughout this trip was memorable and amazing!Giving a shoutout to our tour manager, Mr Ricky Woo! I would think that his ice breaking introductory during the bus ride at the beginning of the trip was indeed crucial. This enabled interactive and enjoyable bonds with each and everyone, making our trip a lot more close-knitted.He was also patient with all questions and requests raised up by our members during the trip. He also found time to mingle with each group which makes him more approachable and friendly. He would speak about the places of interests and also make constant reminders in both English and Chinese to ensure all members are cared for. His attentiveness and attitude also stood out as he ensures everyone have a balance of everything, be it sightseeing, shopping, no shopping, affordable and nice eateries etc.Food taken care by EU hols was good too! The places of interests and pace of travelling were also to my liking.So I would sincerely highly recommend EU Hols and Ricky on embarking your next holidays with a group tour!

It's been awhile since I joined a tour group for a holiday and I must say it's a pretty awesome experience with well planned itinerary. My girlfriends and I really enjoyed ourselves.The tour members and our tour leader , Ricky Woo, had been awesome throughout the trip. Ricky is a remarkable tour leader who made sure everything was in place for the trip , from the places of interest, to our meals, accommodations and the traveling time, to avoid any delay in the schedule.He made it a point to cater to any demands and made everyone in the group feel comfortable throughout the trip, despite having a back to back tour group to lead. It was his ice breaking games that brought everyone in the group closer.From being strangers to friends, I am really glad that I signed up for this awesome Europe trip. He ensured that the needs and demands of each tour member is attended to, with much patience. Ricky managed each hiccup and issue with care. Very happy to make new friends from the tour group, though we were first strangers, we've come to help out and care for each other throughout the trip.I will always remember the beautiful sights and experiences through this 2 weeks journey. Through our numerous travels with other tour agencies, we were very much impressed by the service and performance of Ricky - humourous, energetic (who must be very tired after a 10 odd hours of train-ride from Swiss to Rome to pick us up at the airport), caring and helpful (he helped us in carrying luggages up stairways/coaches and also whenever he saw the need or got special requests from other tour members); communicative and engaging, flexible, personable and outgoing (through his 2 sessions of ice-breaking and tours Quiz, he got everyone one of us feel comfortable talking to and sharing with each other and to him!) He is punctual and directive, too! Throughout the travel, we feel the group bond in getting along very well and enjoying shared experiences, every moment of every sightseeing!
