Tour: 13D10N Italy , Switzerland & Paris + 2N DubaiDate: 6 - 20 Sep 2018 Tour Manager: Awesome Kevin ChengThis is my first tour experience with EU Holidays though it is not the 1st time I traveled with tour agencies.The tour itinerary was well organised with transports (coach, cruise, train rides), hotels, meals, admission tickets, etc. all nicely planned out for us. Nothing to worry about, we just need to be there and enjoy ourselves.Initially, when I realised our group has 37 members, I was a bit concerned if it’s manageable. Luckily, for all of us, our group were made up of wonderful folks that helped and looked out for one another.I credited it to our tour manager, Kevin who put a good starting note to gel the people together. He told us on day one, we are all here to have a wonderful holiday together, and in order to do so, we all play a part in it. We should remember faces of our group, stay together, look out for each other, follow the timing to gather, etc. etc. His communication style is one for the most sincere and down to earth tour manager I have seen, we know he meant well and he is right. So, we have a fantastic big group with no bad sheep among us and that of cos lead to a wonderful journey for the coming days!Kevin’s preparation work for the tour actually started before we depart. He tried to get us admission tickets to Eiffel Tower. He was more excited than any one of us when he could finally get us the guarantee admission.This is the passion he has for his job. Not forgetting, he bought a cake and a bottle wine for a birthday ‘boy’. He bought all of us ice cream in Italy. When our table ordered an extra dish in a restaurant, he placed the order for all the rest knowing that we are all hungry and greedy people who love to travel and eat! Lol.Lots of fond memories created. A big Thank You to Kevin. You are awesome!

13D10N Europe footprint tour 9-sep to 21-sep感谢

My wife and I just returned from the 13 Days Eastern Europe Tour package. It was a wonderful holidays with joys and memories of the places that we visited. Kudos to Ricky Woo for his ice-breaking game which bring everyone in the group closer to each others. I remember one incident, after leading us to our dinning restaurant, Ricky has forgo his dinner, but instead he went around the streets searching for batteries for our "whisper" audioset.. Thank you Ricky for leading us and everyone from F1 to F10 for making this fantastic holidays together.

Our family joined EU Holiday for 13D Eastern Europe Tour in Sep ‘18 led by Tour Manager, Ricky WooRicky planned the tour well and executed per plan. He always prepared an alternate plan when there are unforeseen circumstances. He is very knowledgeable about the place of interest, very approachable and polite. He never failed to meet the needs of all tour members, regardless of age. Did a good job by leading the group home safely.

Just returned from the 13 Day Eastern Europe Package. Had an amazing and memorable time with my family. Kudos to Ricky Woo for being an excellent tour manager, always going the extra mile for the tour group and providing good recommendations for meal choices and souvenir ideas.

What a wonderful and memorable experience , all thanks to our reliable & responsible tour leader, John Foo! He is knowledgeable, caring and very helpful in catering to the differing dietary needs of our traveling buddies.I see the compassion in him when he shared his past experience during our coach ride. He never fail to remind us to be cautious of pickpockets and kept a close watch over us, and very patient with our repeated queries on the tax refund. I highly recommend EU holidays to others as it’s gonna be my first choice for my future traveling overseas.
