My family and I went for the Grand Train Tour of Switzerland from the 1st to 12 October. Our tour manager was Wang Jia Fu. He was very witty, caring and knowledgeable. He would constantly tell us interesting stories about the country, get souvenirs for us, making sure we get the most out of the trip. He would also always remind us on the following day’s weather to make sure that we are in the right attire. In addition to normal tour manager responsibilities, he went an extra mile to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. For example, arranging a birthday cake for my mum which took us by surprise, buying us beer and wine to accompany our meals, and personally booking a coach for us from Zurich Airport to the train station so that we did not have to go through the trouble of handling our luggage (not part of the original tour package). This was our first tour with EU Holidays and I will definitely join EU Holidays for another tour again if it is led by Jia Fu.

Dear Sir/Mdm, I would like to compliment Jason Ang who was my tour guide for the recent Austria trip 01 -13 Oct 2019. He was very knowledgeable and very well organised in his planning. Apart from that, he tried his best to assist tour mates and resolve various issues faced by them. He has made my trip very enjoyable and I am pleased with his professionalism and service. My wife and I went on the 12D9N Adventure to Balkans from 2 Oct and thought that it was really an enjoyable experience that packed more than what we had expected. The itinerary was well planned and most of the hotel stays were great, especially during our stays in Zagreb and Dubrovnik. For sure, our tour manager, Ann Soo, also made a positive difference to this trip (coincidentally, Ann was also our tour manager for our Italy trip with EU last year!) Always going the extra mile in her duties, I must say Ann took care of us very well this trip, as usual. I remember that during our hotel stay in Slovenia, we were allocated an attic room, which we knocked against the roof ceiling above our bed and the toilet seat from time to time, due to space constraints, and the room wasn't well ventilated. We informed Ann of this and she immediately arranged for a change to a better room the next day when it was available. In the meantime, she got us a table fan, which helped to better ventilate the attic room during our first night stay. That speaks a lot about her dedication to work, we believe! On meal arrangements, however, we find that EU's meal selections for this trip probably needs some improvement, especially the lunch provided after the Pltivice Lakes National Park tour (pork main course) and one of the lunches provided in Dubrovnik (fish main course).

9D/7N Best of Russia 6 oct to 14 oct Tour Manager : Russell TanWe all had a good time though its only a short trip. Itinerary was well planned.Tour group was nice and friendly. Tour manager, young Russell , is experienced and professional. He is very helpful, patient and really took care of the groups needs. This is my first tour with EU (with 3 other companies before) and Russell is by far the best tour manager i have.... caring, helpful, patient, obliging and always there for us (at our beck and call)Will definitely recommend EU Travel to my friends.5 stars for Russell Tan!

Just completed our 10d grand train swiss tour with our wonderful tour leader (Ong Jia Fu aka Michael). He is definitely one of the most experienced and well- thought tour guide i ever seen. As we only joined the land tour and flew in earlier, he made the effort to contact us prior to our flight to answer any qns that we may have. Its not easy for a tour guide to plan everything beforehand esp with all the train rides and timing to make the whole trip smooth. This trip do not include any coaches or any other local guides. He self-handedly brief us on all the local attractions and history! At all times assuring us not to worry on the train timing and gave us ample time to take pictures/shopping/makan. Definitely will want to join tours guided by Jia Fu in the future and im sure the rest of the tour members share the same thoughts too. Will be sharing this good experience with friends! Well Done and thumbs up Jiafu!! Great selection of hotels/resorts by EU holidays (Rooms were quality, clean and comfortable). Unique train tour organised by EU holidays which is different from other group tours. It will be even better if theres additional stopover/ overnight in Bern for future itinerary.

My 1st tour experience and i have no regrets about it. My tour manager Connie Hay had made sure all our itinerary, accomodation, food etc etc was 100%. We felt so safe with her & not forgetting her good sense of humor! very lively n lovely person. Tq Eu Travels. I would say ur price is reasonable.
