When I first heard total 38 people in this trip, I like: Gosh…..huge group and how they going to manage, big problem if anyone of passenger missed the train. But this was no happen during this trip as with good guardian by experience tour manager- Jia Fu, everything is on the schedule, of course I must said, using the whisper is a good ideal, no one missed with the clear instruction given before and after, his also done well in the seating arrangement, regardless in train or meal. A BIG thank you –Jia Fu, it’s so enjoyable. p.s. Assigned an experience tour manager for such a big group is necessary.

Went on a Switzerland trip from 6 to 15 Oct 18 led by tour manager, Jiafu. A very good trip. Jiafu planned the trip very smoothly, with clear instructions, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was with us all the way throughout the trip, from the assembly at Changi airport, transit at Dubai, all the train and bus trips in Switzerland till we came back which he waited till everyone has collected their luggages before he left. The best tour manager I ever had.

11D8N Great Caucasus (09MCGYDA26/18QR) - 26 Sep 2018 to 6 Oct 2018The feedback form limits our words. My husband and I would like to thank Ms Kim Ng for her recommendations for this package tour. The sceneries are truly beautiful, people are friendly and warm and food are good too. It would be regrettable if we did not go to Caucasus. Kim listened to our concerns and interests. She made suggestions and recommendations that aligned appropriately to my and my husband’s needs. After we booked and paid for the package tour, she still stayed in contact with us by providing timely information on the tour (e.g weather, things to bring, etc) and assuring us that Caucasus is a worthy place to visit. I sincerely appreciate the excellent quality customer services provided by Kim. To Kim, we would like to say a big THANK YOU.We would also like to commend our tour manager, Mr H.M. Chong. He has gone the extra mile to help all the passengers on the tour. He has initiative and was always there when the passengers were in need. Other than the local tour guides, he has good knowledge of the history of Caucasus and other countries to share with us. He is experienced, patient, helpful, caring and attentive. He helped those aged passengers with their luggages, and helped them board and alight from coaches, held and walked with these needy passengers up and down slopes, steps and stony roads. In Baku, the main course during the dinner were delayed for a long time. It was late and most of the passengers were tired. Eventually, we decided to leave the restaurant without eating the main course. He took remedy actions immediately and assured everyone that all would be fine. To make good the situation, we had trout fish for dinner at a fine restaurant with good ambience and service on the next day. The food and service at that restaurant were indeed very good. Throughout the tour, he provided excellent services, exhibited great passion and responsibility as our tour manager. He took the initiative to take photos and videos for all of us and made sure that everyone were safe and satisfied while having a great time. We were impressed by his outstanding professional services.Good tour managers and guides are hard to come by these days. We were really very lucky to have Chong as our tour manager for this tour. Thanks to Chong’s warm personality, we became friends with many of the passengers quickly. As far as we know, most of the passengers were very satisfied with his services and happy to have him on our tour. He has shown his professionalism by being attentive and meticulous in daily planning and working together with the local guides and drivers. He deserved to be recognized for his hard work, good attitude and passion.The local tour guides were:1) Mr Farman in Azerbaijan2) Ms Darejan in Georgia3) Mr Tigran in ArmeniaMr Farman spoke English with a strong local accent which can be difficult to apprehend at times. Nonetheless, he is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and shared a lot about Azerbaijan with us on the coach ride as well as at the places that we visited.Ms Darejan spoke well in English. She is knowledgeable and shared her country, Georgia and places of interests with us on the coach ride without any eye contact with us. She is friendly although she seemed to be more concerned on the pace of the tour.Mr Tigran is warm, friendly and knowledgeable with all the places we visited. In particular, we would like to commend Mr Tigran for his every effort taken to assist many of us on our queries and needs. He took the initiative to help us to take photos, entertained and brought lots of fun to all of us. He listened and addressed our concerns and helped everyone as much as he can. Be it toilet needs, shopping, food, etc., he tried his best to meet our requirements. To let us understand Armenia and warm up the relationship with passengers, he bought local food, e.g breads, ice cream for us to try. We sincerely appreciate the generosity, gracious and professional services provided by Mr Tigran. We were indeed impressed by his attitude in making sure we are all well taken care of.It was indeed an enjoyable and memorable tour. We had a great time and lots of fun! Thank you, Chong. New experience on having tour using Whisper. The time for the tour is too short. Should have more experience to old towns will be great! But see beautiful mountains. Great time overall!

We found this EU holidays tour agency at Chinatown and it perfectly suits our budget and the places that we want to visit.The itinerary that was planned for our trip was all covered. The weather was nice, the places we’ve been, the food, and the people are so amazing. The coach that was provided for our journey was spacious, the driver, Mr. Dancho knows well about the places that we need to go to. We did not encounter any problems in the hotels and the morning breakfast in each hotel was awesome.Our tour leader was Ms. Huiqing Ng, she was very accommodating to us and never failed to update us on what to expect on our trip. She is a responsible leader and catered our needs well. We did not face any problem with her. She did a great job!We manage to meet new friends with in the group during the tour. They were very nice and cool people and we did not encounter difficulties with them. 13D Europe footprint Tour manager : Sabestian MakDate of departure: 5 Oct 2018-17 Oct 2018Pricing of the whole packaged is really affordable. Brought my mother for this tour , and we both really enjoy our self, it wasn't as what others say that we would be rushing from places to places , and also with the help of Sabestian which makes our trip fun and enjoyable , thou there was a little hindrance while trying to transit from Dubai to London, but we survived. Was really entertain by Sebastian throughout this trip with his singing and stories telling and history of the place. Really glad to have Sabestian as my tour manager. And definitely if i were to go onto any Europe countries again, Eu Holidays would be my first choice. Special thanks to Sabestian for taking good care of us.

Recently back from the Premium Balkans trip. The Tour Manager, Lubis is good and perform his duties well. Every day he will remind us abt the weather for the next day. There was no hiccup on this trip. The office staffs are friendly and they know their products well

Our group has been targetted by a few local (Europe) pickpockets (Gypsies) on several different occasions. However, Connie never fails to "Protect" us by positioning herself between the tour group and the pickpockets, spreading both her arms wide open to block the pickpockets away from us.Connie is also a very hilarious, knowledgeable and experienced tour manager as she knows everything about the places we're touring at, such as...Telling us the stories of the historical monuments we will be visiting.Running everywhere selflessly to help us take the best scenic and majestic Instagram-Worthy photographs!!Informing us the temperature and weather forecast update on every end of the day, so we will all have a better idea on what to wear tomorrow.Recommending several delicious and affordable restaurants and cafés that we can dine-in without needing to worry about the dual-charge. (A.K.A. 被砍菜头/Scam)Letting us know where we can use the toilets for free whenever available so that we don't have to spend too much money on nature calls. (Don't be surprised!! My Mum's friend spent approximately SGD$100/Pax just to use the toilets in Europe because her tour guide does not know any locations that provide free toilets!!)Helping us to check and manage the tax-refunds and tax-refund forms (Which are very complicated and confusing to me!!) so that we can continue to do our shopping hassle-free!!Sharing with us her very humorous stories such as her life as a tour manager and her experiences with different tour groups in different countries, and also her very interesting counter with the local (Europe) pickpockets.I'll definitely recommend Connie Hay and EU Holidays to anyone who is embarking to Europe!!Lastly, thank you very much to Connie Hay for making my first-ever Europe trip so enjoyable and memorable!! 

14D10N BEST OF EASTERN USA AND CANADA (AUTUMN EXCLUSIVE)5th Oct - 18th Oct 2018Tour manager: Andy YuanThis is our 3rd booking with EU holidays and first time to the US. Initially my mum and I were worried about the large size of 38 pax. However, we were very impressed with the way Andy conducted the tour. Andy paid attention to the details, ensuring each passenger got what they need, and did his best to accommodate each of us. He gave very clear and precise instructions and had good suggestions on what to do, eat and buy at each stop. The bus journey at certain points were long, but made more tolerable with his entertaining jokes. The first tour we've been on where there were absolutely no delays in the entire itinerary. Everyone bonded very well and we enjoyed the tour very much. If you're looking for a guide for the Eastern USA, Andy comes highly recommended!Itinerary was good and all the places visited were beautiful. Only suggestion would be to maybe extend the tour by 1 more day in Manhattan.

Tour: 14D10N Best of Eastern USA and Canada (Autumn Exclusive)Tour date: 5 Oct 18 - 18 Oct 18Tour manager: Andy YuanExcellent itinerary which allowed us to enjoy the best colours of the autumn foliage. The hotel with a direct view of the Niagara Falls and the stay at Mont Tremblant left deep impression. My family and I totally enjoyed the tour.The tour manager Andy is very familiar with USA and Canada and is very hands on. Constant updates on the journey and hotels and tourist spots as well as his familiarity with customs allowed us to enjoy the entire tour without any worry. His humour and PR skill also managed to get the entire tour group to forge a close ties through out the trip.Definitely worth going and glad to have Andy as the tour manager.

13D10N Central Europe footprint tour -5th oct to 17 oct 18.Tour manager: Sebastian MakThis is definitely one of the best tour I have ever joined and I want to thank our tour manager Sebastian for making it happen. Not only he is approachable, entertaining, alert (about the pickpockets) and informative. He is also well prepared and displayed much professionalism in unforeseeable incident. During the middle of the trip, his phone spoilt which I tot the trip might be ruin but not only has he brought a backup phone which ensure that the tour goes on smoothly, he also did not show a black face even though we could feel that his pain for his phone which really impressed me.The tour is well paced with a mix of Chinese and western cuisine and with additional food recommendations by Sebastian. There is sufficient time for shopping and he ensures that our tax refund can be done properly by repeating himself many times.I will recommend those who are considering go Europe to sign up for this tour. 

Tammy is a very experience and fun tour leader. Thanks a lot to Tammy and EU.
