11D8N Romantic Greece 21 September 2018 to 01 October 2018Tour Manager: Luke SohI’d like to express my gratitude and thanks to Luke Soh for his professionalism.We’ve met with the “Medicane” - cyclone in Greece during our stay at islands, Mykonos & Santorini. With that, all ferry providers are closed and we have to stay three nights at Mykonos & two nights at Santorini respectively.Luke is calm and has great crisis management skills. He diligently liaise with the local travel agency and contacted Singapore office and make necessary arrangements for all 27 tour mates. He kept us updated regularly via our group chat on the situation.With the disruption of our travel plans due to this natural disaster, he continued to plan our daily activities and make us feel at ease and enjoy ourselves thoroughly.Most importantly, it was with great relief that he had initially made changes to our itinerary, i.e, to have the Athens city tour done on the first day instead of having it at the last day (as stated in the itinerary). Otherwise, we would have miss to visit places of interest like The Acropolis, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Panathenaic Stadium, etc.In our group chat, it was shown that all of us were very grateful to Luke for his careful logistics and planning.All 28 of us, including Luke, made it back to Athens on 30/09/2018 when the ferry provider reopen the ferry service to have us transferred back from Santorini to Athens. With the rushing from sea port to airport, we finally manage to catch our two international flights back from Athens to Istanbul & Istanbul to Singapore.Luke had indeed made this Greece tour an exceptional memorable one for us!Would like to thank Luke once again for everything he has done for us and would like to congratulate EU Holidays for having an asset in having Luke as a staff!Would recommend both EU Holidays and Luke to all my friends and relatives!Well done Luke! He serves with heart and treats everyone sincerely.With Paul around, we know we are taken care of. There is no need to stress about what to bring, what time to wake up, where the toilet is, whether got pickpocket or not.Need to know more about the culture, history of Europe? Paul will share interesting facts with you.Need entertainment? Paul can sing, can tell jokes.Need beautiful photos? Paul take great photos, can use for pre-wedding shoots also Need mooncake? Paul brought that along with him. Need good weather? Paul... erm, will try his best to arrange activities best for the weather. For example, he noted that the weather is rainy, so he swapped that day's photo taking activity with the next day's shopping. As a result, we all managed to take great photos at the Nostro Dame the next day.I have to say at the end of the trip, all of us bonded well thanks to him.Definitely will recommend him, if anyone looking to book tours and need advice.Lastly, our driver, Mr Arthur, from Poland is also very wonderful! A steady man who looks younger than his age. Full of energy and make us feel safe with his good driving skills and friendly demure.

He has a good sense of humour that never fails to cheer the group up:)Halfway through the tour on the islands, unforeseen weather (strong winds and incoming cyclone) led to the cancellation of our ferry rides. Despite all of these delays and hiccups, we still managed to cover all the tourist attractions and managed to get back to Singapore without any delay. This is all thanks to the awesome efforts of Luke and the local guides from Mykonos and Santorini! Well done!Also really thankful that Luke took the initiative to rearrange the itinerary such that we go for our Athens city tour on the first day instead of the last day. If not we would have missed the city tour and our trip would not be complete!Thank you Luke for making this trip such an enjoyable one :) Highly recommend him!

With the unforeseen weather conditions cyclone, rains and floods we manage to get on to the ferry miraculously and this is all the hard work of Luke and the local tour guide effort in Santorini and Mykonos.Not forgetting the above, the professionalism by Luke in attending to all requests and accommodating all of us to the best that we can have in terms of comfort, food and knowledge of the places of interest was absolutely outstanding.Luke had even taken the initiative to switch the half day tour on the day we arrived in Athens instead of the last day which proved to be a smart choice as with the unexpected weather conditions that caused the trip to be chaotic trying to get on the ferry and flights as promised we did not manage to land in Athens earlier for the last day city tour. Thus kudos to Luke for such great service and effort to let us enjoy this Greece trip without fail!Highly recommended Luke for any of his future tour!

We are a group of six. Just came back Tanzania /Kenya. Though it was my 2nd trip, I enjoyed it tremendously especially with great enthusiasm and entertainment from our Tour Leader, Dior Tan. Her laughters and efforts are the very best when it is most needed in the remoteness and developing accomodations. Thank you, Dior.Looking forward for more tours with Dior. Well planned and very professionally executed by our tour manager Kevin.Every evening, without fail, Kevin briefed us with the next day's itineraries and timeline.I recall when my wife Mala, found difficult to breathe after reaching TOP of the Europe and Susan family offered my Wife some ointment and a plastic bag for her to breathe through. The tour manager Kevin gave her some sweets to reduce the dizziness. I am really thankful that they came forward to help. Within 15 minutes my wife was back to normal. After this short incident we had wonderful time in snow and took nearly hundred over photos which will be in our album forever.In another incident when we try to buy mineral water in vending machine the dollars got struck again Kevin helped getting mineral water on his own money from another vending machine and it really shows that how Kevin took care us throughout the trip.I also thank Dior Tan for introducing the best itineraries for our first Europe trip.Overall we had wonderful experience in this Europe trip and I don’t have any hesitation to recommend EU Tours for my friends & colleagues.Rajan & Mala

Whereby he brought mooncakes and lanterns from Singapore over.Thru this trip, we bond super well. His sincerity have touches, every single one of us.Look forward to our next trip with Paul.

Had an extremely memorable Italy Fiesta + Dubai trip. Tour manager Jiafu was very very good and he did his utmost best to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort were met.My wife & I are extremely grateful to him and the rest of our group who made our trip extremely pleasant and enjoyable despite us bringing along our toddler.We will definitely choose EU Holidays again without any hesitations for future trips.

13D10N Europe 9-21 Sep 2018First time travelling joined a tour group, it wasn't as what I thought, I enjoyed very much and had great time throughout the trip, very thankful & grateful to our tour leader John Foo for making trip smooth and fun, John is very funny, he has great sense of humour who always entertaining. He was very caring, passionate, explaining in details the tour schedules in multi languages, sometimes he needed to repeat as some of us very blur just to ensure everyone of us understand.John was very dedicated and caring tour leader, make sure everyone stays together in a group as some places can be chaotic where there were lots tourists around.He cared and concerned lots for our foods too, to ensure everyone happy with their food served. He cares even of small details like toilet breaks, as you know in Europe finding toilet could be a hassle.I am very happy to know and make new friends from tour group, though we were first strangers, we spent fun time together, help up and care for each other throughout the trip.I will always remember what wonderful time I had during the trip, shopping were good,so were the shopping's kakies.Thank you John for making the trip memorable.
