My husband and I were blessed to have Jeremiah Tan as our tour manager, whom is patient, knowledgeable, with lots of TLC. We also appreciate his humorous jokes which made us understand deeper insight in cherishing family members whenever we could. His ice-breaking session bonded all the 38 tour members with lots of laughter as a family. Jeremiah Tan is professional and carry himself well. He has constantly promoting highlights of other tour packages organized by EU Holidays. He is an asset to the company. The most touching part of the holiday was Jeremiah "gang-up" with my husband to give me a surprise on my 26th Wedding Anniversary which falls on 8 Nov 2018. During the bus journey, Jeremiah played my favourite song which has significant meaning to me. On his own accord, he unexpectedly bought both of us a gift. We were amazed by his heartwarming act. Our tour leader Kevin Cheng is a responsible and caring person. He make sure everything was in place for the trip. I truly enjoyed my 13 days Europe trip & 2 night stay in Dubai with some good friends. Their local guides, driver etc are superb. Thanks to our tour manager Mr Kevin Cheng. He care for everyone safety & comfortable . He is very responsible and patient to us .He even help out how to get the tax refund in the airport & also show us how to do it at shopping centre make us with no worry at all. You are awesome to handle such big group . we are looking forward to our next Norway trip with you in March 2020

A shoutout to Tour Manager: Jeremiah Tan. He is very professional in his work: by repeatedly informing all members of the group to be extra careful with our personal belongings, and also whatsapping us daily with regards to any information on the itinerary (13D10N highlights of eastern europe). additionally, he made the long bus rides enjoyable by making multiple jokes, and life stories. he had definitely made an excellent effort to make our holiday enjoyable and assured! thank you Jeremiah =)

It was very different from other tour group that I have followed as Jeremiah is very responsible thoughtful to all our 38 members need, regardless of old or young client. We are always been inform to be careful with our safety and care of our belonging. He is very knowledge and experience, there was no one day that you don't hear laughter during our route of traveling. He always offer to help us take photo and advice us which location is good to take nice pictureWe are very pleased with his service and would recommend him to family and friends!

I wasn't aware this was an EU trip as I went to WTS (Century Sq) and only realised its EU during the briefing.It's a 13d Eastern Europe Highlights and I must say the tour was well organised. Tour Manager - Jeremiah Tan really entertained us throughout the entire journey. He's organised, responsive and took care of the whole group. Coach driver deliver us on time, patient, friendly and careful on the move. On the whole in terms of meals food was good (never stingy on choice of restaurants/food and hotel was very chosen perhaps can improve stay in Poland - I think).Highly recommended!! This is our first time join a tour group. Very satisfied and highly recommended EU holiday to everyone who want to visit Europe for the first time. Trip is very organized, itinerary are well planned, hotel and food met our expectation, for the price we paid we find it worth every single dollar and cent. Our tour manger was Kevin and assistant Russell, very responsible and committed staffs ! Would love to travel with EU again next time soon ! Cheers :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our Highlights of Eastern Europe tour in Nov 2018. Itinerary were well plan and executed. A shout out to our tour manager Mr. Jeremiah Tan whom had made the long bus rides enjoyable with his humorous speeches and had always made it a point to remind and looked out for our safety throughout the trip. We joined 13D10N Eastern Europe tour from 16 Oct 18 to 28 Oct 18. Highly recommended as our tour guide, Ricky Woo, was fun and reliable. One of our tour members was strangled at Dubai airport due to torn passport. He took the ownership to contact different authorities and offices to assist them. With his help, our tour mates manage to join us one day later!

Very systematic during the whole tour. I was so impressed with our wonderful tour guide Mr Kevin Cheng who can handle 44 passengers. Special thanks to Kevin who is so helpful and patient during our trip.

We are very impressed with our Tour Manager, Rin Leow.She led us on the 12 Days 9 Nights Balkans Adventure from 31 Oct to 11 Nov 2018.May not be convenient for me to expressingly describe how a particular demand from fellow tour mate was being accomodated, but she definitely have a heart and gutts bigger than her petite size and young age.Its EU's great benefit to hv such a valuable staff.Keep it up Rin

Michael Yap is a responsible,helpful and patience tour leader. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every morning, he will explain in detail the tour schedule in both Mandarin and English to ensure everyone understand. He will also remind us to watch out for incidents including pickpockets.Micheal also volunteer to take pictures for all the tour members. I strongly recommend Michael Yap to be the tour leader.
