He also ensures we are informed of the next day schedule the night before and tells us things to watch out for including pickpockets.Overall, the trip is very good and I will be happy to recommend Sebastian and EU holidays to my friends

I joined a 13D10N All in Europe Footprints trip from 5-19 October with 2 nights stay in Dubai. Our tour manager was Sebastian Mak.I find Sebastian to be helpful and caring throughout the trip. He listens to our feedback and will try to accommodate our request whenever possible.I am happy with his service and will be glad to join future tours organised by EU holidays.

We were blessed with beautiful fall foliage in USA and Canada. Our best part though was we had a great Tour Manager in Andy Yuan.He was sreet smart, very helpful, extremely humorous, meticulous in planning such that our tour went smoothly. He took care of the group's needs and comfort very well. He was also very knowledgeable in pointing the places of interest where we visited.He has a way of getting cooperation from all 38 of us such that we were always punctual and in helping one another.Though the bus trips were long but they seemed short with his great story telling skill in entertaining us with his antics and adventures.Thank you EU and thank you Andy

Tour: 10D7N Grand Switzerland Train TourDate: 6 Oct 2018 - 15 Oct 2018Tour Manager: Wong Jia FuThis was our 2nd Europe trip with EU Holidays.I must say it was an awesome experience with well-planned itinerary. The tour group members and my family, total of 38, were really enjoyed ourselves.Jia Fu, the tour leader had been awesome throughout the trip. Jia Fu is a remarkable tour leader who made sure everything was in place for the trip, especially on the schedule of travelling time of trains to avoid any delay. He ensures the tour group, 38 members, to follow him on board and alight the trains safely.I salute to Jia Fu of his professionalism for the job he has led us. I felt we were lucky to have him to lead for 38 members with no coach or bus but train, train and train to see the beautiful scenery of Switzerland.A BIG thank you to EU Holidays and Jia Fu for the memorable experience.

We enjoyed this trip, thanks to the Tour Manager RICARDO who is so professionaland knowledgeable. He can deal with different age group of the participants and make them feel honored and happy throughout the whole journey. He managed the itinerary well and we are all happy with it. Meals not included in the itineraryhe voluntarily assisted everyone to order the food and make us comfortable withit.  He knows when to deliver the right message and when to make jobs and keepeveryone await in the bus.He devoted himself to his duties, even when he falls sickwhen the trip is coming to the end. The tour is good except that there is still room to improve for the hotel selecting. For the Tour Manager RICARDO, if I use the Diamond Grading Standard, he can scoreD VVS1, a rare gem stone, he is an asset of your firm. I am a repeated customer of your firm, will continue to be, especially your firm has the high standard Tour Leader like Ricardo. Many thanks and see you again soon!  Michael Chan & LIN Chorn Yu
