All group members are nice. helpful and friendly . My father who had trouble with his knees and thus couldn't walk fast distance. Highly recommend and a great thank you to Anne Ang is friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the trip. We will definitely join EU again for our next trip.

13D10N Italy/Switzerland/France + 2N Dubai - 3 to 18 Oct 19. Tour Manager : Ms Rin Leow (小 玲) 1st time package tour with EU Holidays with hubby for our honeymoon. This amazing lady is committed to ensure not only our safety, but puts much responsibility on herself so that we will enjoy ourselves. For all that she has done, i really need to compliment her initiative on having to help everyone in the tour group to re-arrange the seats as it was all messed up (to our horror type of messed up) during the 2 flights from Paris to Dubai and from Dubai back to Singapore. Our Journey with Rin and Driver Simon --- April 2019, signed package with Rin: Her forthcoming and truthfulness on how tiring this trip will be as it's 2 1/2 pace had us mentally prepared for the trip. She is knowledgeable and gave us great insights on what to expect during the tour. She is prompt on our WhatsApp inquiry even a few weeks after signing the package. Sept 2019, briefing done by Rin. Good initiative by EU Holidays so that we will know what to pack and lookout for during the trip. Oct 2019: Driver Simon, we are blessed as he is friendly and jovial, he drove us to all locations safely. Rin is pro-active to help us take photos and even short videos with narrations. Even in the cold at Mount Titles and Jungfrau she took off her gloves so that we have ample photos to keep as memories. She accompanied one of our tour members till the wee hours in the hospital due to injuries but still showed professionalism the following day without showing how tired she was. The demographics of this group is wide from 12 years old to retirees and she looks after each and everyone of us with great care which i appreciate. This includes defending for the tour group on many occasions.

A memorable trip, each day is never exactly the same as we travel from country to country, taking in the sights, listening to the stories; the history behind the various places shared by the local guides. Special thanks to our tour manager Rin Leow too, very responsible, she stayed with us throughout the trip and took care to ensure our safety, sharing with us good shopping tips and interesting facts about the different places and brands. Overall we had a lovely time. highly recommended both the tour manager Rin and the agency.

Our driver Simon in Italy and Switzerland is also very good and I would like to compliment him for ensuring our safety and helpfulness in taking care of our lugguage. Tour: 10D/7N Grand Train Tour Switzerland plus 2N Dubai Date: 1-12 October 2019 Tour Manager: Wang Jia Fu 2 years ago we travel with EU Tours to Norway and on the first day 10 of us were lost by the irresponsible tour guide. We are glad that we decided to give EU a second chance and met with a totally different experience and in spite of having my luggage broken on the first move by the train porters and in spite of the unappetizing food we had been given and despite the sun-tanned Glacier Express (aka Sunshine Express to us now).... we applaud the efforts and dedication of Wang Jiafu who really made the big difference and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We will like to have other opportunities to join Jiafu's led tours again. We truly believe that the tour manager really makes a huge impact on the success of the tour.

10D7N GRAND TRAIN TOUR OF SWITZERLAND (02 Oct 2019) Joined EU for the first time n I’m glad that I signed up for it! It was really memorable n amazing with all the lovely experiences n friendships forged from this trip. Special mention to our tour leader, Jia Fu who was very patient n understanding with our concerns, ensuring that our needs n wants were well-catered n taken care of. Would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a fuss-free n enjoyable trip.

Went on a 13D 8-20 Oct Highlights of Eastern Europe with EU Holidays. Ricky Tiang our Tour Manager has made this trip the most memorable group holiday for us! Worry free, Idiot proof and extremely responsive with an excellent sense of humour! If we ever travel in a group again we will ask for him to lead us!

Went for 13D Europe trip. My guide was Connie. She is a very responsible tour guide who makes sure all of us are safe and sound. She is also very humorous and her speeches on the bus were never boring. I would recommend EU for Europe trip as the price is reasonable.

Tour: 14D10N BEST OF EASTERN USA AND CANADA Departure: 04/OCT/2019 to 17/OCT/2019 Tour manager: Andy Yuan It's a great trip and everything went smoothly. Tour manager Andy was very professional and entertaining and we had a lot of fun. He also took care of every tour member and sometimes acted as a waiter for the food and wine tasting. Andy, thanks for your great job. This was the second time that my husband Mr.Ye and I traveled with EU Holiday. We really like it and now planning for the third trip with EU.

EU Holidays’ package was actually a few hundred dollars more expensive, but I chose to go with them because of previous good tour experiences with EU. (I also had just a so-so trip with Super to Greece recently, where there were a couple of hits and misses (See my review on Super’s Facebook page).) And I’m glad I went with EU!The delightful experience started even before the trip when Andy gave a very detailed pre-trip briefing about a month before departure. (Yes, a month! That gave us plenty of time to prepare.) Never had I attended a pre-trip briefing that lasted more than an hour – but it was a good thing, because Andy gave very precise advice on what to pack for the trip and step-by-step guidance on making an ESTA application and patiently answered all of the group members’ questions.The trip itself was a pleasant experience. What I like about it are:1) The trip was comfortably-paced, with sufficient time to explore each attraction. In fact, there were times when we were done before the gathering time and could leave earlier for the next attraction.2) The hotel at Niagara Falls was awesome! It is centrally located just next to the entertainment street, and the room was big and looked out directly at the Falls! It felt magical falling asleep to the sight of the Falls changing colours under blue, green, red, and white floodlights!3) Save for a brief period of showers enroute to Washington DC, we were blessed with good weather throughout the trip. The cool temperatures (10-20 degrees) were just nice to coax the trees into shedding their leaves, so we saw thick autumn foliage pretty much everywhere we went. The autumn views at Mont Tremblant in Canada especially were breathtaking.4) We never reached the hotel later than 11pm and there was no crazy check-out times like 6 or 7am. This meant we could get a good rest every night, eat our breakfast comfortably at the hotel before setting off, and even squeeze in an exercise workout or a trip to a nearby supermarket.5) Andy is very knowledgeable about the local areas – especially about where the toilets are (!!). That aside, he shared much info about the places we visited or simply passed by, and that helped us appreciate the sights more. Andy also gave many recommendations on what to buy and eat – but after trying out some of them, we found his recommendations could be a mix of hits and misses. Like, the Chinese restaurant in Mont Tremblant that he said was horrible did not turn out that bad actually.6) Andy is absolutely hilarious! Throughout the trip – and especially on the long coach rides – he entertained us with jokes and stories from his other travels. (Just don’t do anything silly – lest you want to end up in his archives of stories.)7) With the group members’ consent, Andy created a Whatsapp group for all of us, and it really helped us bond together as a group. Through the groupchat, we shared pictures and videos, alerted one another on places to eat and shop, and made jokes along the way.8) The lobster roll in Quincy Market in Boston, which was a provided lunch in the itinerary. Good thing our lunch was pre-ordered, so we did not need to queue for it. The dish was plain delicious!!Overall, the trip is a good and memorable one. There’s a good mix of city sightseeing, nature and shopping to please everyone. Also, Andy is an experienced and fun tour manager to travel with. I will definitely consider EU Holidays and Andy in my future travel plans.

Went on the 10D7N Tour to Spain and Portugal on 2 October. I would like to express my appreciation to our Tour Manager, Ms Judy He. Through all her work she did throughout the trip, it showed her passion and enthusiasm in her job. She would play a small game in the coach so the journey to the next destination would not be so bored and seemed so long. She also provide goody bag with some candies and crackers when she played a movie in the coach. Though these were just some small little things, the afford really impressed me. All in all, she really made my trip a very memorable and enjoyable one.

Tour : 10D7N Grand Train Tour of Switzerland + 2N Dubai Date : 01 - 12 Oct 2019 Tour Manager : Jia Fu My husband and I went on this tour and we had a wonderful time in Switzerland. Commuting was by train and sometimes by bus. We had to walk between hotel and train stations and walk to all the sightseeing locations. Although we did not have a tour coach to ferry us around, travelling on the Swiss trains was a comfortable and pleasant experience nonetheless. Our tour manager Jia Fu did a very good job in leading all 36 of us. He made sure that we were on time for all the train rides. He would diligently go round the cabins to make sure that everyone was ok. All the itineraries were carried out smoothly and at a relaxed pace. Hotel accommodation was good. But with regards to the meal plan (lunch and dinner) it would be good if guests were given the option to choose their preferred choice of meat for the main course. Nevertheless we did have an enjoyable vacation. All thanks to our very responsible tour manager Jia Fu who had put in a lot of hard work to make this trip a memorable and delightful experience for us. We will definitely choose EU Holidays for our future vacations.

Judy created good idea examples like playing Bingo game to pass time while traveling long hours in the bus and bring her own vcd regarding about church in Spain for us to see pass time and buying titbits for us to eat .An outstanding tour manager for us. Cheer!!!
