Insightful select central/western tour at a comfortable pace for the family with great personalized attention to the tour members - Eu Holidays / John FooMy family travelled with John Foo (Europe Tour) for the duration of 29th Nov 2019 to 9th Dec 2019.I enjoyed the itinerary of the tour - it was sufficiently comprehensive for a tour of the central/western Europe region, yet at the same time, it was logistically convenient. It would be a logistical nightmare to self-book a similar itinerary that covers these European regions, especially with the transport connections.Although it wasn't my first time visiting some of these cities, I enjoyed it thoroughly, to revisit the breathtaking sites with a fresh narration by the tour manager - John.John was very pleasant as our tour manager, had good local knowledge and gave us good tips i.e. where/how best to do shopping, get good local buys and bites.For the family of old and young, it can be quite delightful with the needs attentively taken care of i.e. the walking pace was okay.A useful tip for future travellers is to get a good travel data plan and use it to search up on details on the local destination to supplement your discovery experience. Also, consider using food apps like Deliveroo, Uber Eats which allows you to try local cuisine which can be delivered to your hotel especially during the late-night hours. This is useful when you are tired and just want a bite without walking out and not be restricted by the limited selection (if so) at the hotel restaurant.Will recommend.

A big thank you to my tour manager, Darien Tang, for a great job done, especially in dealing with my cancelled returning flight and missed connecting flight. Kudos to the team and I look forward to more holiday trips with EU Holidays!

The locations selected are breathtaking and give us a great insight into the various countries in the itinerary. Most of the hotel selected afforded us spectacular views or gave us an opportunity to get some shopping done. We were very impressed with the hotel at Dubrovnik as we heard from Kenneth that it was not easy to book it. This hotel at Dubrovnik offered us a great view of Dubrovnik Old Town next to the sea, along with spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. The bus ride for the tour is smooth overall with little to no discomfort, which shows the driver’s professionalism.Kenneth, our tour manager, has been very helpful and attentive to our needs from start to finish. He went all out to ensure everyone’s comfort when it comes to food, such as the provision of condiments such as chili sauce and mayonnaise as he knew that some of the food served there might not suit our taste buds and even offered some snacks on the bus. Furthermore, he would send every family a message on the daily check out timing and the itinerary for the day to make sure that we were prepared for any weather or last minute changes. He constantly looks out for the safety of all the members, especially the elderly, when we had to walk on paths that were steep or wet.One of the great experiences from the tour leader I would like to highlight is when we were at Dubrovnik. My father was not feeling well after the bus trip, and Kenneth came to our table to ask if my father was fine and if he needed anything. He went out of his way to make some porridge for my father as he was unwell. We are very grateful for his professionalism and attention to the comfort of everyone in the tour.Overall, we would like to thank Kenneth for the good service and doing his utmost best to provide quality service to customers and families under his care. It reflects positively on the company, showing that the EU Holidays will go the extra mile to give customers a positive experience. We would recommend EU holidays to our friends and family.

Just back fr. a 12D9N Adventure to Balkans fr 27 Nov to 7 Dec 19. It had been a fruitful and nice trip. Our tour manager, Kenneth Ng, had been very helpful and responsive with all the requests and he was pretty thoughtful too. The titbits and chili sauce he had provided during the trip added sparks to our meals. He would constantly look out for the members’ safety throughout the trip, thanks Kenneth. This was our first trip with EU and would join EU again, and would prefer to have Kenneth for our next trip.

We were on our honeymoon and this was our 1st time joining EU Holidays. Our tour mgr was Kenneth and he’s very informative about the places we will be going and provides us the info every day about our next destination and the temperature as well. He makes sure we are comfortable and had fun throughout the trip. He always helps us took beautiful photos. He’s always so helpful and recommended the different restaurants we can try for those days where meals are not included and souvenirs we can buy.In every new place, Kenneth always make sure to remind us to be careful about our belongings and to stay safe.Even though this was our 1st time joining EU holidays, we had such a great experience with the tour and tour mgr. Steve Loh our tour manager is wonderful! Caring, funny and he knows his way around. He made much effort to stay up to check on possible aurora sightings. Everything went smoothly. On days when meals were not included, he has great recommendations. Great itinerary. Thank you EU. Thank you Steve.

I used to hate tour groups but this 10D7N WINTER FINLAND + KING CRAB SAFARI tour changed my perspective completely! Our tour leader, Steve (Xiao Loh), is very good at managing the group. He is very knowledgeable, giving us good advice, be it for food, places to see, where to buy stuff and which local tours to sign up for. I think he did a fabulous job managing our expectations of seeing the Aurora Borealis. Although we didn’t get to see it, he is right to say that the trip isn’t just about seeing the lights.He is also very responsible and catered to all our needs. On our free day, he was prompt in responding to our queries on whatsapp and waited around the hotel lobby to see what we needed. With the younger members of the group, Steve is firm yet patient. He is great with kids.I think this tour provided us with unique experiences at affordable prices. The pace was great and the accommodation was superb, perfect for seeing the lights. The kelp-glass igloo just blew us away.Overall, this tour with EU is value for money, enjoyable and made more memorable because of our awesome tour leader, Steve. Thanks for the great experience!

We were on a 12day/9night Adventure of Balkans tour between 26Nov to 6Dec 2019 under the Tour Manager of Kenneth Ng. I would like to commend Kenneth for his professionalism and care of the entire group throughout the trip. Kenneth made advance preparation and ensured that the programmes on the itinerary were smoothly enjoyed by the group. The only issue (shock) we had was to find out there was a $600/- per pax difference in pricing between us and the rest of the group who had booked earlier. We felt we overpaid and the price difference was not justifiable despite the timing difference in booking.

He took care of elderly in the group every step of the way. So far I find the differentiating factor of EU Holidays compared with other agencies are the tour managers who have made all the difference . Kudos to Kenneth for a job well done!

Good and reliable services. Our tour guide Kenneth Ng was always alert and helpful. Our group have a mix of young n old people he always look out for us to make sure are safe and take care of our needs.

10D7N Spain & Portugal 21-30 Nov 2019. We had a wonderful experienced. Our tour manager Darien Tang, was great, he never left us idle, he gave us optional tours to explore more of the cities/ countries we are into, which is what touring is all about- exploring. Our first experience with EU Holidays was in 2018 when we went on the Spain & Portugal trip. The tour manager then was Ben Lam. My family was very happy with the travel itinerary and especially Ben who gave us such good impression. Because of Ben's excellent service, we booked our tour to Balkans this year again with EU holidays. We just came back on 30 Nov and this time round, our tour manager was Ann Soo. Wow! Seems like EU Holidays has the right strategy to engage good tour managers to lead the group. It was also another great experience with Ann. Kudos to both Ann and Ben! Good job and we'll definitely engage EU Holidays for our next trip!
