We really had a wonderful time in our Finland Tour and we are so thankful to our Tour Manager Jeremiah for making it more fun and being so helpful with us. He made sure that everything is captured especially when the Northern Lights appeared on our first night of chasing. Hopefully, he will be our Tour Manager again in our next trip!

The trip was totally amazing. We just finished our Finland tour and the whole adventure was full of beautiful scenery and full of active adventures! Our tour manager Jeremiah was fun and he made sure that everyone is comfortable and is well taken care of!

Tour ALL IN EUROPE FOOTPRINT TOUR (October)Tour Manager: SYAFII LUBISI'm not one to write reviews but our tour guide did such an amazing job, I just had to applaud him. Although we are a big group, he never once left anyone behind. All of us were always well informed on what to prepare and what to look out for every time before we alight the tour bus, that's how experienced and meticulous he is. Although for most of us, it's our first time in Europe, we were never caught off guard by situations we were not familiar with. For example all of us did a lot of shopping and were clueless and worried about tax refund procedures in Rome airport, he took the initiative to let explain to us clearly, step by step on what to do before we arrive at the airport, and helped us one by one to do tax refund successfully.Even when I met with un-ideal situation in the plane, he kept coming over to make sure that I was comfortable in the plane.Knowing the situation in some parts of Europe, all of us were worried about pick pockets as we've heard so many unpleasant experiences, however Lubis was so experienced, he always help us look out for suspicious characters around us, make sure that they know we are a big group, and kept looking after us in his own small actions which we really appreciate. It is largely due to him that all of us got to enjoy Europe and stayed safe. He is a tour manager with lots of experience and I am surprised by the amount of patience he holds.This is the first trip to Europe for me and my mum and I'm extremely thankful and lucky to have Lubis as our tour guide. Thanks to him we had a very pleasant and memorable trip. Hope we can join his tour to other parts of the world again next time! USA/Canada: 18 - 31 Oct 2019 Our trip to US & Canada was lead by Tour Manager, Andy Yuan. Andy made extra effort to ensure that our needs were met and we're pleased with his thoughtfulness, especially in details like ensuring we have the right type of food in the restaurants we went to. His advice on security matters through customs was excellent and this allowed our clearance to go without any issues. We thank Andy for his excellent service.

We had a wonderful trip to ltaly inOct 19. This wouldn't be possible if not for a bunch of nice and fun tour mates and our excellent tour manager , Simmon Lee. Simmon is professional, friendly and is always there to ensure things run smooth for us. He is responsible and takes good care of us. He is always there to see to our needs. Tour Name: 13 Days Italy Swiss France Tour Manager: Sebastian Mak Departure Date: 22 Oct 2019 My wife and i enjoyed the tour and we had a pleasant experience although the food included can be improved in quality. However, Tour manager was fabulous. he is very friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. Sebastian took the initiative to introduce and recommend us restaurants, shops and things to do during our free and easy time. He also used his own free time to bring guests to try recommended food and gelato. We had the best gelato in Milan and it was well worth it. Instructions given by tour manager was always very clear. His daily messages at night ensure all members know the temperature and what to expect and prepare for the next day. Furthermore. he will always make sure all his group members are well taken care of. He will always walk at the back of the group during city tours and be on a look out for suspicious people. Sebastian also shared many stories, jokes and entertain us during long bus rides. A knowledgeable and humorous man. We are very appreciative of our tour manager and we know he will always be there to help us and answer our questions at any time. Thank you Sabestian for the fun and pleasant trip. Cheers
