He has all it takes to be a top TM, energetic, positive, helpful, patience and most of all, humorous. 12D9N Adventures to Balkans (Dept date: 14Nov) trip was a memorable one. We are glad to have a caring, attentive, well experienced, with good sense of humor and thoughtful tour manager, Mr Jeremiah Tan. This makes the trip filled with laughter and fun. All the information and arrangement were well managed, organized and prepared. Food, accommodation and excursions were great too.

11 days 8 nights Europe highlights + 2 days Dubai (7 to 20 Nov 18) / Tour Manager: JiafuAs far as I know, he is the only tour manager that is willing to spend time and effort to arrange transport for us to explore the City of Light Paris night tour for sightseeing.Not just that, he is very responsible and helpful such as ensuring our safety throughout the trip, constantly reminding us to be vigilant and guiding us on tax refunds.Overall he is definitely the person you can trust if you are traveling with him and I have lots of fun joining this trip.

11 days 8 nights Europe highlights + 2 days Dubai (7 to 20 Nov 18) / Tour Manager: Ong Kah HooServiced by Huay Cheng and Alicia at the counter. Both are very friendly and patient staff who provided good insights and advices to us. They provided us with options on the dates, itineraries, airlines and the cost breakdown on every tour we enquired.Professional & well organised tour manager, Jiafu (Ong Kah Hoo) who has been on top of everything including our safety, allocation of hotel room and seating arrangement in all restaurants to ensure the comfort of all travellers. Jiafu managed the timing so well that non of our meals are delayed and coach captain’s driving hours are not extended. He takes good care of the everybody’s well being. He also engaged professional local guides for our trip. He has been guiding us on tax refunds throughout the trip and helped us at the airport although he has no obligation to do so.Jiafu makes an effort to text us everyday on next day schedule (morning call time, breakfast time and location and coach departure time) even though he has briefed us in the coach at the end of each day. He also sent us pictures on complimentary items and reminded us on the chargeable items in the hotel rooms after we checked in and sent us information on where we can find restaurants on days where dinner are not provided.As a tour manager, he has good knowledge on every places of interest we went including their history. On the other hand, he also provided us with very insightful information on the countries we went so that we can have better understanding of those countries.Prior to the trip, Jiafu was constantly feeding us with a lot of information via WhatsApp and answered all questions that we sent him. He did a good briefing before the trip.He also ensured that our group is well taken care off during our free and easy days in Dubai in his absence until the day we touched down in Singapore.Jiafu is a very knowledgeable and informative tour manager who can be rely on if you are traveling with him.Itineraries are based on individual likings. The places are well covered, however we are mostly taking photos from the outside. No chance to view any art piece and didn’t go near the Eiffel Tower to have a closer look. Remember to check if you wish to visit any factory outlet for shopping as this tour did not cover.

Had great company throughout the journey with the likes of the Ho, Kwan & Shah family. Mr Chin & wife, Francis & Esther, Vivien & Prakash. 12D9N Adventure to BalkansDate: 10 Nov to 21 Nov 2018Tour Manager: Ms Ann SooWe would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent and professional services rendered to us by your Tour Manger, Ms Ann Soo during our Balkans tour.During the trip, Ann came across as a very experienced, responsible and dedicated tour guide who took good care of everyone in the group. Despite the fact that there were 33 people to manage in the group (including a handful of the elderly), Ann had done a superb job in time management and in interacting and co-ordinating well with all of us as well as with the coach driver so much so that there is not a single hiccup during the entire tour. The whole trip has been a safe, smooth and comfortable one for everyone.Ann was also very vigilant and watchful over us. She would walk with us in every city tour and visit to places of interest to ensure that no one was left behind in the group. While in Ljubljana, Slovenia, one of members in the group was pickpocketed while walking in the street (this had happened despite the fact that Ann had earlier on constantly reminded us to be careful with our money and belongings wherever we go). Luckily, Ann had been watchful over us and acted fast enough to stop the culprits from running away with the stolen wallet. As a result, our group member managed to get back his stolen wallet without losing a single cent! Well done Ann! We were really impressed upon witnessing the whole incident.For the four of us in the family, this is the very first time we joined EU for a tour and I must say that the qualities of the Balkans tour package and the tour guide have completely won over us. We are planning for our next trip and looking forward to the same wonderful tour experience with EU!

There were 44 passengers in total including 10 who joined us from Kuala Lumpur.The challenge of managing such a large group was further exacerbated by a few difficult passengers who were incessantly and unreasonably complaining and unhappy.However, our tour manager was unfazed and handled the entire tour with patience, professionalism, cheerfulness and even managed to remain upbeat. He did a great job addressing all the requests and did his best to accommodate everyone. We were glad to have had him as our tour manager.All the best to you, Steve! God bless!
