We went for the 12D 9N Balkans adventure from 27 Oct to 7 Nov 2019. It was a very enjoyable trip. Kenneth Ng, our tour manager is a star, took care of our every need, down to the little things. we are impressed by his professionalism and thoughtfulness. This being our first travel with EU holidays, we are happy with our decision to try out another agency.

Tour Name: 13D Italy/Switzerland/France Tour Manager: Sebastian Mak Departure date: 22nd Oct 2019 The Tour Manager Sebastian Mak was really excellent, he is really well versed in the entire trip places & provide very clear & precise communication, recommends good places for food & best places to shop. He gets a thumbs up from me & my hubby Joe as we were really impressed with his vast knowledge of the entire tour places , we have never come across such a great & excellent Tour Manager as good as Sebastian -He is definitely an asset to EU holidays. Overall the entire trip was great, enjoyable amidst the Long & lengthy walk & the frequent rain that hamper good photography, Food not that great but acceptable, hotel good except one or two which can be better. This trip is an eye opener for me even I have visited Europe before as it allows me to see many places, scenery etc I want to extend my appreciation to Sebastian for making my entire trip memorable, thanks Sebastian for a job well done Best Regards Mary & Joe

KEN YONG. Best tour manager we have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, witty, responsible and helpful! We had loads of fun and memory with him and the group. EU must clone more KEN YONG as tour manager we will definitely recommend to travel with EU holidays if all tour managers are like KEN YONG. We love his story and entertainment on coach too as it made the long ride bearable. His effort and passion were felt by the group and we appreciate his company and guide! 6 stars to KEN YONG! Suggest EU to provide tour managers with business class travel so they have more rest on plane.

【An exceptional tour guide May】 My wife and I joined EU Holiday during our recent tour to Balkans on 16 Oct to 27 Oct 2019. To be honest, this is our very 1st trip with EU Holiday. But we were pleasantly surprised that we have received fantastic services throughout, and was in fact extremely happy with the experience tour guide “Maybelle Phua, in short May” we had. On the day of departure morning, we have received from May that she has set up a chat group for our group and seeking our consent. We were impressed and thankful with her thoughtfulness. After which, we received a series of info with regards to the flight details, currency used, time and gate of departure, temperature of the destination when we arrived and etc. Among other things, to verify the correctness of our names in the E tickets. It is a comprehensive information we are needed. A big thank you to May. At the departure hall, after receiving the relevant documents, on the courtesy of EU, we were invited to the SATS premier lounge to enjoy a light meal and drinks before our departure. Wow! What a pleasant surprise for us. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by May and most of our names were called and mentioned (wonder how she can remember our names). We felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere. We had a good start! Throughout the tour, May speaks confidently and at ease, not stumbling over the words or stuttering every other second. She does not spew facts about the place of interests, attractions, for example, this cathedral or that castle. She is passionate about history and her excellent knowledge of Balkans history and culture was literally enlightening. One of the good example is that she leads us through the entire walking tour in Venice, Italy despite we have a local tour guide. Besides, she talks about some memorable stories with valuable lessons to learn, the lives of people who once lived in and the ones who still live on. In sum, she knows her stuff and answer all questions correctly. I could clearly tell that May really knew what she was doing. On top of that, she is very informative and kept everyone interested at all times. In terms of tour guide and tour members relationships, the bonding, atmosphere with one another is so special that traveling with her felt more like traveling with a friend and felt like home to all of us. Without doubt, May is our best tour guide so far. l respect for May who does a great job there; friendly, informative and professional - a true sample of excellent tour guide to make our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Oops....On meal and transportation arrangements and itineraries, my wife and I are very pleased with EU Holiday’s services. Well planned EU Holiday! The next time if I would like to book a tour, I would defintely book with EU Holiday again and above all to highly recommend May to everyone! Thank you so much May!

We took the Turkey tour in Aug.. The itinerary was good, with a variety of things to see and do, and no pushy sales at shopping areas. Most importantly, the tour guides, both local (Steven) and from Turkey (Servat), took very good care of me and my mum when we fell sick during the trip. They also accommodated a member's last min request to include balloon chasing tour, which was really nice although I was too sick to join that morning. Overall, enjoyed the tour despite falling sick. Would go with EU holiday again if I am looking for tours! Thanks Steven and Servat!

We were apprehensive at first for it was a long trip and with such a big tour group of 35 people! However our worries were uncalled for. We were accompanied by a very professional tour manager (Jia Fu) and our tour members were all so friendly, cheerful and caring. Jia Fu is by so far one of most experienced tour guide that my family has encountered. His dedication (we were kept engaged even before the trip), attentiveness, fun loving side and great sense of responsibility definitely made the trip more relaxing and enjoyable! The itinerary was good as we were able to visit the highlights of quite a few countries and the pace was just right as well. The coach and driver which EU engaged was clean and safe as too. What could be improved might be the hotels as some are quite dated and small, especially for my family of 3 that shared a room. Nonetheless, we enjoyed ourselves and it's a value for money trip!

Our Tour Manager Mr. Jia Fu was truly brilliant, outstanding, kind, patient, friendly, punctual, and he was very organized and insightful. As a solo and frequent traveler I tip my hat to him for giving such good attention on my seat preference and on my dietary requirement for Vegetarian Meals whether on flights or on the different pit stops we had and made sure everything was well taken cared of. There were so many highlights... We were welcomed with a light shower of snow in Mount Titlis, Engelberg, Switzerland and Mr.Jia Fu spoiled us with bottles of champagne to celebrate for the perfect weather and awesome trip ahead. Every pit stop led to new insights of discovering and exploring beautiful places and our brilliant Tour Manager was always ready with his narration of the history of the land and the people! He is a truly gifted Tour Manager, he had an encyclopedic knowledge of every country we visited and the other countries to discover, he was always attentive to the group and had us laughing always and it was such a bliss to enjoy his golden singing voice during day trips! The beautiful positive spirits of every group member made our trip so special and memorable as well and we’re so blessed for a lovely group we had! The trip was perfectly organized, the accommodations was great, the tour program was scheduled well and on time the food was good, although I’m vegetarian I had the chance to enjoy “ Mussels in Brussels “, and I was truly blessed and grateful to Mr. Jia Fu for giving me the privilege to go out after our day trips to catch up and meeting up with my dear friends in every country we’ve visited and of doing my own night itineraries as well! As I'm a photographer Mr. Jia Fu was very happy to morph the tour into exactly what I wanted, happily timing our trip perfectly so I could photograph every scenery from a perfect vantage point. Just amazing!!! All in all, our trip was well organized, educational, and most of all, full of love and fun! This tour made us feel like we hit the jackpot. Excellent!!! Thank you 谢谢 Mr. Jiafu!
