Our tour manager Kevin is very good and responsible person to lead the tour .

We had so much fun during our holiday to Europe. Kevin was our tour guide. He had great time management and ran our itinerary very well. He was very flexible in making arrangement to cater to the needs of our tour. we had a great time and if anyone is looking for a hassle free holiday, i would definitely recommend EU tour.

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Europe (departed on 3 December) with Kevin. Kevin was very helpful and well-prepared.

This is my first time join EU Travel for this 11 days Central Europe Trip 8.12.19 to 20.12.19. The tour guide, Jia Fu is very patience and knowledgeable. He can be a leader in this tour industry. He guided us all the way from Paris to Amsterdam. Unfortunately, he was told to go to Rome to lead another tour group. He need a thump up service. I feel that EU Travel should not half way through send him away as I think we should know before hand. We still prefer a tour guide follow us from day 1 to end of the trip. It is somehow disappointed as we have to go to Dubai ourself. The tour guide in Dubai is really disappointed and suck. I don't understand what he is talking about. I faced the problems of check in hotel and he is unable to help me. Even, the last day, he is not helpful. We went for the sand ride, he was not there to explain to us. Only Jia Fu keeping reminding us what to do. I appreciate it very much. I complained to Jiafu about the hotel in Dubai. I will definitely condemned this Hotel Ramada, (please check with JiaFu). Most of them are not happy with the hotel service.Overall, I feel that hotel stay need to improve especially the 3rd day stay at Nancy sometime.. It was small, isolated and nothing to eat in the evening.The overall trip could be improved further. Thanks JiaFu for his patience even he is not in Dubai guided us until we touch down Singapore. I will not recommend EU travel for Dubai trip as I face bad experience with the hotel and the tour guide.I will recommend EU Travel provided no transit to Dubai.

10 days Winter Adventure in Finland + Norway King Crab SafariThis was one of our more adventurous holidays. Pace was relaxing but we still managed to hit all the highlights. Having been on many group tours before, we’d rate Jeremiah among the best - helpful, knowledgeable and actually amusing. He went the extra mile and added a personal touch for us (as my birthday coincided with the tour) with cake, song and even a small gift. We are already considering our next holiday with EU Holidays.

We recently joined the 13D10N Spain and Portugal tour guided by our tour manager Sheue Jiuan from EU, departed on 11 dec 2019. We all really enjoyed the trip a lot, love the beautiful places, the food, the hotels excellent services and most important of all great thanks to our tour manager and EU for taking good care of us and making our trips memorable and fun. We enjoyed the stories and fun jokes shared by our lovely tour manager too. Hope will have chance to join EU tour again.

 on the tour with us and we saw that he always ensures that they are well taken care of. He also made our honeymoon extra special by taking videos for the both of us volunteerily and he remembers our first march in song after telling him for only one time - he played it several times and this brought back memories for us :) Appreciate it and thank you so much Jeremiah, we really hope we get you as our tour manager again and again if we ever decide to go on tour! thanks for Mr.Jeremiah, U have been introducing a lot of nice foods to us. you really take care of my stomach, i will never forget the muffin and roaster chicken. you managed to persuade my mum to drink the first coke of my life. i have a lot of fun with u and i hope to travel with u again.

I (Yip Ah Mooy) and my husband wanted to thanks Mr. Jeremiah because he really took care of us all the way from Malaysia to Talinn, Finland and Norway. He even borrowed us his adapter. Although the weather was very cool, he always keep our heart warm with his passion. Without his accompany and encouragement, we would not able to make it for the Frozen waterfall.
