She makes the effort to explain everything to us clearly and ensures that any of our doubts are cleared. She is able to calmly manage the demanding and different expectations of the different group of families, making sure that everyone is satisfied. She is very pleasant and informative and I am really happy and satisfied to have her as our tour manager.

Tour : 12D9N Adventure to Balkans Dates : 12 Nov to 23 Nov 2019 Tour Manager : Simmon Lee (KL branch) Glad that we have travelled with Simmon. Each day, he would tells us what to expect the next day i.e. weather, extra clothing, distance to next destination etc. Thereafter he would sent it to the whatsapp group. With many years of experience in this line, he is not only organised and is knowledgeable about the attractions and countries we are visiting. He is like our history teacher with sense of humour. Besides all these, he is also a great photographer! In order to keep us awake during the long rides, sweets and snacks like biscuits and pong bia were offered. No forgetting his effort to let us enjoy our food more, he would go round the tables with spicy garlic chilli and crispy prawn chilli. Overall, some food were a little salty, but we get to try different varieties. Accommodation were generally acceptable. The itinerary was well planned. We would highly recommend this tour package! Thanks Simmon Lee for the great trip. Not forgetting our very skillful driver who drives us through the mountainous areas. Hope to travel with EU Holidays again soon.

My husband and I went with 20 travellers to Norway and Finland for a 10 days vacation. It was a fun filled and exciting holidays with king crab hunting, husky safari, snowmobiles ride, reindeer sleight ride and most interesting was the arctic ice floating. We were very impressed with our Tour Manager, Jeremiah Tan's service. This was the 3rd time we travelled with EU Holidays . Few days before our trip, he started a chat group sending us information to prepare for the trip, telling us the temperature and how to dress for the cold weather. Through out the trip, he would whatsapp us giving us important info. He never failed to take photos of each individual on the rides when we were unable to. We highly recommend the Company and Jeremiah Tan. It was a great enjoyable trip

We all ( 18 of us ) felt entertained, guided and above all safe during our trip! He performed his fiduciary duties with passion. Trip: Italy Feista 7Nov to 16 Nov 2019 Tour Manager: Jia Fu Rating: 4.7 out of 5 Jia Fu is Professional, Stern But Firm especially when it comes to safety of the tour mbrs wellbeings and personal belongings , Timing Control of the trip schedule is good, hs selection of tour guides of the place of attractions are good as well, very organised, very interactive, humourous as well, we enjoyed the trip.. We loved Venice, the nx day after our Venice trip, we watched from news that Venice is flooded.. how blessed we are to be there one day before the flood... The breakfast arrangement in the hotels can b better and improved.. however overall, we enjoyed the trip.. thumbs up

He took the effort to remind us of the importance of warmth after he checked the weather condition. The trip throughout was well and smooth. Safety was an important element in our group and that was well taken care by Jai Fu. We highly recommend the company and Jia Fu . It was a great, memorable and enjoyable trip.

I am Helen. I. just returned from Italy last week. My second year to Europe with EU Holidays. I am impressed with Jia Fu's good service. He ensured the safety of all tour members throughout the trip. He took the effort to wait for us at the lobby after checking in to see if any team member needs help. This is something which I have never experienced with any other package tour. Portugal & Spain - One of the best trip I had and main highlight is we have a professional, knowledgeable tour guide, Mr Jason Ang. He is witty, humorous and making the tour very entertaining and smooth. Definitely like to use him for my next trip and also highly recommended him as tour leader.

We have traveled numerous times with EU Holidays and always found their tour managers to be professional, helpful and efficient. I am writing to specially commend Wang Jiafu, tour manager on our most recent trip to Italy (Nov 7-16). A few days before the start of the tour, Jiafu started sending us useful information in preparation for the trip including check in information, ideal size of luggage, hotel listing, weather forecast for Italy as well as tips on the hot spots for pickpockets and how best to avoid being a victim of theft. Throughout the trip, Jiafu constantly reminded us to ensure our valuable items are always with us prior to departure from hotels. We appreciate the efficient checking-in at each hotel as we were never kept waiting for more than a few minutes to get our keys. Information on breakfast and check out times was communicated with the group via WhatsApp. Every item on the itinerary was well covered and Jiafu ensured that we maximized the day with an early start as it got dark before 6pm each day. With the optional tours, there was never any pressure to join and Jiafu always arranged for those not in the optional tours to be safely transported back to the hotel. Throughout the trip, we felt well looked after and were even entertained on board the bus with songs as well as highlights of destinations (eg Balkans, India, train tour of Switzerland) that EU Holidays offer. Even towards the end of our trip, Jiafu tirelessly helped all those who needed to claim their tax refunds, taking pains to explain to us the procedures at Rome airport. Last but not least, the trip was made even more enjoyable by all the group members who were fun loving, always timely and considerate. We have another tour booked with EU to Caucasus departing Mar 2020 and we look forward to having a tour manager as capable, organised, knowledgeable and conscientious as Jiafu.

We had an enjoyable 12D 9N tour departs 9 Nov to the Balkans led by tour manager Xiao Loh. He's a very dedicated, responsible, caring, professional and competent tour manager. He's very experienced and knowledgeable of the scenic place and spot to capture nice photos. He also inform us of the weather forecast the following day and to bring along our rain coats and umbrella cos this is the rainy season. Besides the above the hotels and meals provided by EU are good too! I look forward to the next holidays with EU again!

During our trip, he ensured all our group members safety and always provided us with full attention and care. Moreover, he is very jovial and friendly. Our tour members are also very cooperative and friendly. All of us were having wonderful and enjoyable times with JiaFu. We greatly appreciated Jiafu good services and hope that JiaFu can be our tour manager again for our next trip.

We just returned from a short tour to Italy (7/11-16/11)led by Wang Jiafu.
