He took care of elderly in the group every step of the way. So far I find the differentiating factor of EU Holidays compared with other agencies are the tour managers who have made all the difference . Kudos to Kenneth for a job well done!

10D7N Spain & Portugal 21-30 Nov 2019. We had a wonderful experienced. Our tour manager Darien Tang, was great, he never left us idle, he gave us optional tours to explore more of the cities/ countries we are into, which is what touring is all about- exploring. Our first experience with EU Holidays was in 2018 when we went on the Spain & Portugal trip. The tour manager then was Ben Lam. My family was very happy with the travel itinerary and especially Ben who gave us such good impression. Because of Ben's excellent service, we booked our tour to Balkans this year again with EU holidays. We just came back on 30 Nov and this time round, our tour manager was Ann Soo. Wow! Seems like EU Holidays has the right strategy to engage good tour managers to lead the group. It was also another great experience with Ann. Kudos to both Ann and Ben! Good job and we'll definitely engage EU Holidays for our next trip!

Went with EU holidays for the Finland Norway King Crab Safaris with Luke as the tour manager. Would to thank Luke for his good service and constant reminders on the daily schedule, activities, etc in person as well as in group chat. Without fail, someone will ask the same questions again and he would patiently repeat them all over again. When questions or helps were posted, he responded promptly. He also would help and offer to take photos without being asked. He is polite and accommodating. He followed up with our group photos promptly. It was great to have him as our tour manager. On behalf of our group, my wife and myself, we would like to request you to post on your EU website our special compliment message of our tour manager, Mr. Jeffrey Hoh for his thoughtfulness, meticulousness, care, responsible, excellent, safety in priority and professional services rendered to our group tour from 26 October to 10 November 2019 covering Italy, Rome, Pisa, Siena, Tuscany, Venice's Islands, Milan, Switzerland: Interlaken, Lucerne, Engelberg, Germany: Lake Titisee in Black Forest, France, Paris and Dubai.  Jeffrey is a very low profile tour manager who does not show off but he is truly an expert in the travel industry.  We enjoyed our association with him as our tour manager, short it may be but very fulfilling journey throughout the 16 days tour.  Having observed Jeffrey throughout the 16 days, it is clear to us that he possesses the requisite skill and knowledge in his work.  In all aspects of his work, he has proven himself both on a professional and intellectual level.  We strongly recommend that he be commended with an award by your company which he long deserved it and he will be given more opportunities and first priority to lead more long haul tours as he has shown himself worthy of the high standards that the travel industry rightfully demands.  We have every faith that Jeffrey would show himself the first class standards in leading each tour.  We really look forward to have Jeffrey to lead the tour we will be joining in the near future with EU Holidays!

The tour arranged by EU Holidays Pte Ltd and managed by Lubis can be considered as a full success. Everything was arranged professionally and worked out well for our family as well as the other members of the tour group. All the local tour guides were professional and knowlegable. We would like to highlight that our tour manager, Mr Syafi'i Lubis had good knowledge about Europe and its history, acted very professionally as a tour manager with extraordinary service-minded and this is in our mind the most important part in his job, very excellent indeed! Thumbs up, Lubis! He has a good sense of humour, keeping the group lively and enjoyable from the start of the journey to the end. He even sang for us on our last day in Europe and it was really touching to say goodbye to all our new friends that we made on this wonderful trip. We will like to say Thank You once again to our tour manager Susan Tan for the winter scenic road trip. It is a memorable vacation for us. I feel so happy and moved to tears the moment we approached Switzerland. It was panorama view of snow mountains. Pine trees and cottages are covered with snow. It was a dream come true as we are living in a tropical climate country that we only experience sunny and rainy weather. Snow is something we wished to see and experience.

All-in-Europe Footprint with EU holidays My family and I had a enjoyable and memorable first Europe Trip under Tour Guide Mr Lubis !!! First off, big thank you to Ms Apple for helping me with the booking of the necessary flights allowing me to visit London prior to joining the Group. Next, our tour guide Mr Lubis was fantastic, he was a responsible and helpful guide throughout the entire journey in Europe . He ensured all of us were accounted for and covered all the itineraries allowing us to have a safe, fun and comprehensive trip !!
