I must say that the amount of money is well spent with so many exciting and, maybe, once in a life time activities lined up each day. Personally Jeremiah is one of the better tour manager I have encountered so far. He is a natural joker, humble, polite, helpful and most important he shows his commitment in ensuring everyone of us is well taken care. He took care of his customers not at the start of the trip but pre-trip preparation, answering all messages posted to him. As a customer I feel tired after the whole trip but as a tour manager he is constantly on the move and he got thing done swiftly and tirelessly. He is also a hands-on person helping all outsourced staff to execute all activities. Kudos to JT and for EU having such a dedicated staff. Thank you for making my 2019 so memorable!

Tour: 10D Italy+ 2 Night DubaiDate: 08 - 19 December 2019Tour Manager: John FooIt was a good trip! John is very dedicated, responsible, caring, professional and competent tour manager. He would ensure the tour ran on schedule and would always give his best to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. He never failed to remind us every single day to be alert with the pickpockets, especially in Italy.We also noticed that John was also a caring person towards all family members. I saw him bought a cup of ginger tea for one of the family member who fell sick. My Luini in Milan was closed and he gets one for me at Venice. So touched thanks John. And in Senia, it was a raining day and some of the tour members were feeling cold and got nose uncomfortable. John settled us for the lunch and he went out to get everyone a covered mask. Well done John for your kind and caring heart. The kids loved him as Uncle John too.We also enjoyed John’s sharing during our coach ride... he has many interesting stories and he is also a damn good entertainer. We love his laughter hahaha….John would always be the first and the last person to eat and rest... to ensure all members stay together and no one gone missing. Thankfully, everyone in our tour group took care of each other very well.This is my first time joining EU Holidays and the experience was positive and memorable.Thank you, John!

We visited Finland from 19 Dec to 27 Dec with 4 other families with good size of 18 pax. Lead by tour manager Jimmy Lau who is caring, helpful & good at kids' handling, we had experienced all splendid activities under his charge. Though we may had missed to see the wonders of Northern Light, then a little hiccups on Snow Mobil arrangement which was immediately remedial thereafter, but we were all very happy due to the friendly bonding we had. In conclusion, it was a great trip with much appreciated fruitfulness as we all are very sure that our new friendships shall continue from this trip. Awesome & kudos to Jimmy & staff of EU!!

My family and I joined the Finland tour recently led by - Ricky Woo on 20/12/2019 to 29/12/2019.We were greeted by Ricky warmly when we landed in the wee hours in Finland. He provided us timely updates throughout the trip and attended to our needs when required. Ricky is a humorous guy, entertaining us during the long bus ride. He maintained his positive spirit and we really did ended up seeing the Northern Lights that day :)Thank you Ricky!

It was Ricky that made my family holiday special and a memorable one. He was sincere, helpful and caring. He bought a box of chocolate for my daughter's birthday was a gesture that I would not forget.Ricky is hardworking and awesome. He has humorous and brought laughter to the group during the long bus rides. He provided as practical advices and what to do and buy during our trip.Thank you Ricky!
