My partner and I joined the 10D7N Finland Adventure and King Crab Safari tour departed on Feb 7, 2020. We enjoyed the trip. 4 plus points : 1. The itinerary was well planned and packed with interesting events . It had variety . Besides the city tour , we were fascinated by Husky and Reindeer rides, 12km Snow Mobile in pitched dark wilderness to hunt for Aurora. 2. Clean hotels in good locations 3. Efficient Tour Manager Nichole Lim . She was very immaculate , detailed , polite , helpful and punctual . Her local knowledge was a plus point to introduce economical but tasty local dishes eg salmon soup at Stockmann. She was aways ever ready to attend to our needs regardless of time and weather conditions . 4. Driver ‘ Ah Go ‘ , a man of few words always put our safety first with his careful driving . Kept the bus clean at all times. 2 negative points 1. The stay at the kelo Igloo was too short. We could have checked in earlier and out later. It was a pity that we did not have enough time to really enjoyed such a wonderfully designed and well equipped Igloo. 2. The beef dinner at Kelo Igloo can be improved. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful and a memorable trip. Thumbs up to EU and TM Nicole.

*7Feb2020 Finaland group* Have a great time with this trip and it cover a lot of places especially the king crab/igloo/snow mobile/husky ride experience, It was so fun and no words to describe. Our tour guide Nichole is a very patience person and she tried her best to accommodate everything despite our demanding request, especially catching the aurora, although we are not that lucky to see any aurora during the activities that is included in the package, Nichole decided to make additional arrangements with our driver to travel out places to catch the northern light on our last night in Finland and finally yes, we make it, we seen it, it was so touching and we had so much fun, it’s all about team work. It made my day and thanks EU to have a very professional guide tour during this tour, thanks Nichole �

Tour: 10D7N Italy Fiesta + 2N Dubai Tour Manager: Jerry Ong Date: 24 Jan 2020 to 4 Feb 2020 2nd time joining EU with my wife... we enjoyed very much. Our group members are nice and friendly too! Also, a big thank you to our tour manager Mr Jerry Ong for being kind and caring and even gave me his medicine when I was not well. As for the driver and local guides are also awesome as well. Overall, a great experience!

My family and I went for 10D7N WINTER ADVENTURE IN FINLAND + NORWAY KING CRAB SAFARI on Jan,24 to Feb 01, Tour Manager : Sebastian Mak. Sebastian is helpful and caring to all the members throughout the trip, especially my last minute request birthday cake for my mom. Appreciated. Also, he will constantly remind us on the safety of our belongings. Many of us enjoyed his entertainment session (occupied with jokes and well entertained) during long bus en-route. Nonetheless, most of the hotels we stayed were splendid especially a night in KAKSLAUTTANEN ARTIC RESORT!! I would like to take this opportunity thanks to Chris Teo and looking forward to travel with you!

I would like to compliment EU for an enjoyable and memorable trip we had in Finland (10D Winter Finland & King Crab Safari 1-10 February 2020). This being our 4th trip with EU (didn't have a fantastic one at The Balkans tour as we had an inexperienced tour manager), obviously we're so glad this time round to have assigned to a very experienced, cool-headed and pleasant tour manager - Darien Tang. During our tour, we see picturesque scenery as well as experienced many fun & exciting activities - king crab safari, huskies ride, hunting northern lights on snowmobiles, reindeer sleigh ride, arctic ice floating - truly an amazing tour like no other!

Tour: 10D7N Winter Finland & King Crab Safari Departure: Feb 1 - 10, 2020 Tour Manager: Darien Tang My wife and I have just completed the above mentioned tour with EU Holiday. Everything went well and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We were lucky to have a good tour manager Darien Tang. Yes, the quality of a tour manager is a make or break factor for a tour. Darien is a knowledgeable, pleasant, responsible and patient tour manager. From pre-departure chat-group formation till the actual tour, he has been constantly feeding us with valuable information and tips regarding the itinerary. He has always ensured everyone in the tour group are being taken care of. On the night where we went for Aurora hunting in Saariselkae, he helped everyone take photos where his hands were exposed to -17°c for a long period till he suffered from frostbite! He truly deserves our 5-star rating!

Tour: 10D7N Winter Finland + King Crab Safari Departure Date: 24th Jan 2020 Tour Manager: Sebastian This is my first trip to Finland and had an awesome and memorable experience thanks to Sebastian. I’m Glad that he used 2 languages to brief us along our journey. Really appreciate this. The whole trip was pleasant and we are able to experience the really chill weather. All the activities are well arranged too. Sufficient time was given for every activities and free and easy time, which I think is really good as we do not need to rush on anything. Overall is really nice trip and hope to go next destination tour with Sebastian again ☺️

We joined the 10D7N Finland + KingCrab Tour (27 Jan 2020 - 4 Feb 2020). Our Tour leader Judy He had done a great job. She's firm but flexible and caring. The Hotel Accommodation was located in convenience places and Judy will provides info on what to do and where to find good food whenever possible. The meals also comes with variety for us to experience the local dishes. I injured my left leg on day 4 of the trip due to a fall on icy surface. She's given advise based on her experience on how to minimize the pain. When we having activities like snowmobile, Husky ride, ice floating, etc. she's always encouraging and never worry about me being clumsy due to the injury. Thus, I ended up having great fun and enjoying the activities to the fullness. Oh, on the 1st night in Lapland, she encourages me to go and visit the SnowHotel in Kirkenes and my dream came true as we saw the Northern Lights and managed to capture nice photos and video for memory. We had 24 paxs in this tour group and due to the good coordination of the tour leader, all of us get along well and some of us are eventually friends and will continue to keep in touch. Back to SG, she sends messages to show concern about my injury and we sincerely appreciated that. Will look forward to joining EU holidays for another tour next year. I took the package for the 14D11N trip to Italy Swiss France for me and my husband and our 18 mths old. We arrived in Rome directly to meet the group as we are on free and easy in London 5 days before. Tammy is our tour manager and i am very impressed with her immaculate service standards and initiative to assist us. We have a baby stroller with us, and most of the time she offered to help me carry it up and down the bus even without me asking. Also, she knows that we are travelling to Belgium and Amsterdam after our last day in Paris for free and easy. She immediately offered me assistance to help me arrange for my transport and also give me advice on what are the things to take note of. This is the first time we have decided to join a tour group for travelling and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you tammy!! ��

Tour : 14D 11N Italy, Switzerland, Paris + 2N Dubai. Date : 25th - 9th Feb 2020 Tour Manager : Tammy This is 2nd time we join EU holiday. 2017 to Finland & Norway. Now we join them again. And out of all the trip that I have when to with other agencies so far. I can say Tammy is the best and good manager that I have met. She like doramon what u have forget to bring, she had it with her to share with u. So nice and sweet manager that we have met.
