Thumbs up to Jia Fu for my Europe + Dubai Trip in Dec 2019. A responsible tour manager who constantly gave clear instructions/ reminders and safety tips throughout the entire tour. Also appreciate his sharing which made the coach journey less tiring. In future, would definitely like to participate again in a tour group led by Jia Fu!On the other hand, thumbs down for the local tour guide/ manager for Dubai:- Poor communication skills (unclear/ too soft);- No sight of him on the 2nd day; and- No reminders on the timings for the departure day (only communicated to us once on the 1st day).

We had wonderful experience traveling with Kenneth EU Holidays for 10D7N Northern Light of Iceland. Unfortunately no aurora light were seen but magnificent view of Icalamd Landscape n Falls.. a flat land with lots of surprises. I will visit again Iceland for the miss of Aurora.

Tour code USGIGS : 20D 16N South America - Argentina, Brazil, Peru & ChileWe joined a tour group to South America (Oct to Nov 2019) led by Tour Manager Mei Wai Kuan. Prior to the tour, Mei provided a very briefing. She gave us very good information and advice such as the weight limit of our luggage, types of accommodation and weather conditions in the countries we were visiting.During our tour, we had to take many domestic flights and change hotels frequently. Despite having to take care of our logistics and the many arrangements before we arrived at the various destinations, Mei was always very systematic and professional. She ensured that we checked-in smoothly at the various airports and received our hotel keys as soon as we arrived at the hotels so that we could retire early. Due to her meticulous arrangement, we covered all our itineraries and always had our meals on time. Furthermore, she never failed to keep us updated on the things we would be doing the next day.Mei has a very good knowledge of the countries we visited and would merrily shared with us the culture and history of each place. She would explain in English and in Mandarin for the benefit of our Mandarin speaking tour members. We also observed Mei always going out of her way to assist tour members who had difficulties or have special request for meals. We are back from the Balkans (15 Dec to 24 Dec) and it has been an eye opener because this secluded area in Europe is stunning and the sceneries are comparable to the rest of Europe. It has been a memorable and bonding trip for our family of 5 as we had ample time to soak in the sights and sample the street food as well. The itinerary was well planned and it was just suffice for several Merdeka Generation participants in our tour. The hotels were comfortable except for one with a gorgeous view of the sea and the accommodation was TOP notch. Not forgetting the meals... oh yes , we had a sampling of the local food and snacks purchased as we went to all the sights.The entire trip would not have been smooth sailing if not for the careful planning of the day’s tours by the tour manager Nichole Lim. Her commentaries on the sights were entertaining and yet informative and keep us awake on the journey from one destination to the other. Ms Nichole also cared for the senior participants who had a challenging time climbing the steep slopes and was always at the rear end of the convoy to ensure that no one was left behind.And while some of us “lepak ” en route from one destination we felt comfortable to steal a nap every now and then because the pilot of the coach Mr Draco was a very skilful and experienced driver . Mr Draco informed me that he loved his job and also helped us with our luggage even though the weather was miserably cold.Watch out we will be back EuTours.

Tour: 14 Day 11 Nights Italy Swiss Paris + 2 Nights DubaiDeparture date: 7-22 DecTour manager: Steve BH LohIt was my first time to Central Europe and it has been a pleasant and enjoyable trip. With a trip this long (my longest), there's a possibility that many things could have gone wrong but all in all in this trip, everything went well despite threats of unfavourable weather conditions in Switzerland, flooding in Venice and strikes in Paris. Despite all of these, thank God we were able to sledge on Bussalp (very grateful that we were able to do it twice, much to my surprise and delight), went up to Kleine Scheidegg, went about our city tour in Venice (managed to see the spectacular St Mark's Basicilia- a must see in Venice. Fell in love with Byzantine mosaic after that) and also covered all the places we were supposed to see in Paris despite the traffic conditions caused by the strikes. Steve is an experienced and knowledgeable tour manager who takes delight in seeing his customers happy. He took the effort to give us an itinerary he has made, reminded us constantly to be careful of pickpockets and to use the restroom before we leave for our next destination. He really knows his way around Paris and he has helped in navigating the coach during traffic jams. The local guides in Europe were also professional and together with Steve, they gave me some background knowledge of the places we went to which I really appreciate. Tour members were also helpful and nice. All in all, it was a good and memorable trip for me.
