Firstly I would like to say BIG Thank you for our tour manager Mr Andy Yuan, He was simply the best guide we have met. His knowledge of every aspect of USA & Canada was amazing and his passion for nature and the environment really came through. He kept us entertained with fascinating facts about his career life. His humor and personality were exactly what was needed. He was constantly aware of the needs of each individual in the group and tailored his suggestions accordingly. We Really appreciate his hard work and I should say he done a very good job. I have Travelled with EU holiday since year 2016, they really Deliver what they promised, and more . Thank you very much for having arranged the magnificent trip we took and Yes, we will surely come back again to book our next holiday with EU holiday ! Frankly I’m a world traveler who does not like conducted tours at all! Surprisingly Hubby and I enjoyed this Baltic Tour ( 19 May to 28 May 2019) very much! Firstly it’s the group size : 19 is just nice! Secondly our Tour Leader, Luke Soh, does not rush us! We started off at 9 am most days!This is what I’ve to say about our Tour Leader... in a POEM using his name acronym :-L- Lively ( glad that he uses English to speak to us as we have 5 Filipinos in this tour! I’m monolingual and does not enjoy a tour in which the tour leader uses Mandarin just because the majority understands Chinese! )U -Understanding ( especially how the elderly behaves!)K- Kind ( even offering to pay the 30 cents for us to use non public toilets!)E- Enthusiastic ( thinking of getting us to join the next trip, eg Finland already!)S- Spontaneous( in using What’s App to send us the group photos taken on his Hp!)O -Obliging (he offers to do little favors for us)H- Helpful ( especially with our heavy luggage and offering to take photos for us so willingly!)At every scenic spot we’ll hear a cherry call from Luke: “Who wants to take photos? Come come I take!”

During the long bus journey, he shared with us the many tours organised by the company, from USA tour to Russia tour and to Western Europe tour.Every night back at the hotel, he would text us the details for the next day, like the morning call, breakfast time, departure time, temperature of the day etc.During meal time, he would make an effort for families to be seated together.He is also very helpful. Back in SG at the airport, he helped to take our large and heavy luggages from the conveyor belt.Thanks to Sabestian, our group was well taken care of and we had the most wonderful trip.We really hope that for our next tour, he could be our tour manager again.

For our current tour, there was a total of 30 pax.What impressed me the most was that from day one, Sabestian remembered our names and within a few days he was able to link the names to the faces.Our bus rides were never boring. Sabestian shared with us the itinerary of the day and how to keep ourselves safe from pickpockets.He gave us clear instructions on how to get our tax refund at the airport.Sabestian is by far the best tour manager we have come across. We hope that for our next tour, we could have him assigned to us.

11D Europe + 2N Dubai - a big thank to our r manager Rin Leow. Rin always keep all updated on the WhatApp grp chat on our daily morning call, checkout timing etc.She also ensured our safety and comfort thought-out our journey. My family and friends had an enjoyable trip with so much fun and laughter.Special thanks to Rin for giving us surprised bday treats and EU Holidays for this well planned itinerary.

Joint the beltic holiday covering estonia, euthonia, rega, Warsaw holiday during May 19 happy to lead by Luke, holiday was fun and memorable. Luke is young men and energetic.

13 Days Italy, Switzerland, France + 2 Nights Dubai free & easy (18 April – 3 May 2019)Many thanks to our tour leader – Kelvin for taking care of 32 of us during the 15 days trips. Apart from the constant nagging from him (ie. to take care of our belongings while we are in Europe), Kelvin did a lot of homework and he prepare them in a few pages of print out and handed to everyone of us in the group so that we could prepare ourselves prior the trip and a brief write out of the daily itinerary. I think this is very helpful for me especially when this is my first Europe trip. We really appreciate his contributions. I enjoyed the whole trip except the part on not being able to ascend Mount Titlis due to bad weather. EU Holidays - Thumbs up!!!

对于旅遊来讲，除了要选自己想去的地方、同去的玩伴、合理的价格、最重要的还是要有个好的领队，当然领队由不得我们去选择的。所以很庆幸的我们这次遇到了一个经验丰富又有责任心的领队。他就是Mr Gabriel Tang 。在观光时他不持劳苦的一路用双语讲解，同时还尽量带我们看更多的景点，对老人的照顾更是无微不至，而且在途中团友频频发生意外，甚至中途离队的，他都可以临危不乱一一排除万难的，在不影响其他队友的情况下 替离队者办好手续，让他们得已安心(很多时候都是用休息时间的，这是我们过后才知道的)。对于他的细心、尽业、负责任的行为是值得我们表扬的。• 其实去哪都一样，有个真正好的领队真的让你旅遊时安心、愉快。再次谢谢您Mr Gabriel Tang ，没有您, 我们不会有个难忘的旅程。您是最捧的。感恩。 Florence Lon Wai Ho Hp: 9761 9100

Tour: 13D10N Highlight of Eastern EuropeDate: 14 May-26 MayTour Manager: Sabastian MakMy friend and I decided to join this Eastern Europe under EU, reason being the place of attraction were what we always want to visit, especially the Hallstatt.The holiday was enjoyable , tour mates very cooperative, friendly and our tour manager Sabastian , responsible and attentive. He did a good job in taking care all of us. He shared his stories on europe pickpockets, his life story his recommendation on what to eat at every city and also,his great and clear explanation in tax refund procedures.Every night, he would send us a whatapps reminder of tomorrow schedule and weather forecast, which I think is a very good gesture.Thanks to him , my friend and I enjoyed his tour , and even asked him , would he lead our next holiday destination,Balkan. He said tour leading is under the arrangement of company.There is NO perfect holiday but there is always a memorable trip.Thank you , Sabestian.

And there is 1 hotel provide us lousy breakfast, he managed to fight for us an extra free lunch to compensate us.Well done Sabestian, he is a real asset to EU holidays!

EU Manager, Simmon Lee, is excellent in "WITCO" ie. Wit, Initiative, Time Management, Communications and Organisation. His great personality and enthusiasm enhanced our 11D candinavia tour in May 2019. Will be a tremendous pleasure to travel with Simmon again.

Very good itinerary. Visited Milan, Switzerland, Germany, Paris, Belgium, Netherlands and Dubai. Great food, interesting places that we visited, fun programme, well-paced, plus a very awesome Tour Manager, Rin, who’s very knowledgeable and helpful.
