13D Highlights of Eastern Europe 12th -24th Jun 2019 Tour Manager: Jeremiah Tan We have just concluded our tour with EU Holidays and were blessed to have Jeremiah as our Tour Manager. He kept us very well entertained with his jokes, life stories, anecdotes. He also shared a lot of useful tips and experiences with us to make our long trips on the coach feels shorter. Sincere thanks to him, who helped to make sure my young girl (the youngest in the group) was well taken care of in terms of food selection. He also kept her very entertained with his games and tricks. Thanks to Jeremiah for bringing much fun and laughter to the tour experience and we will remember his tagline ‘笑一笑十年少, laughter is the best medicine’. Keep up the great work!

Hi, EU Holidays,We would like to thank Mr Ronald Quek who has led the above tour.  We just came back from this trip.Ronald was very efficient thoughtful, kind, efficient and professional in leading the group. Ronald shows patience and care while I climbed up and down the stairs of the coach with my walking stick.  A couple of times, my movement was not very steady, but he gave a helping to me.He was always reminding us of our passports and money, especially in big cities and crowded areas.  But such reminders are good for me, who may tend to be forgetful.   Otherwise, I would be very fearful of the pickpocketing incidents that I have heard from many of my friends who have been to Spain and Portugal. My husband also suffered some tummy upset and so was late for the coach; but upon knowing the reason, Ronald gave us some Po Chai pills and that help my husband. I also noticed that he will always to quietly taking attendance when the group is supposed to gather at a certain place at a certain time.  When the group is not complete, he will go around to look for them.  That shows that Ronald takes his job seriously.  Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.   RegardsMrs Wong KS (Mdm Tong)

Were happy to be able to capture some beautiful memories though we have one or two issues with the air conditioning in the hotel. Overall it was a good holiday.A big heartfelt thanks to our tour manager Dylan Teoh who is friendly.. helping us esp in our tax refund at shopping center and airport.. attentive to all of us and constantly reminding us of our belongings, group with 31 pax.Overall we enjoyed our trip and will definitely consider EU Holidays for our next vacation.Cheers

Our first family trip with EU holidays was the 15D12N Europe Discovery with Dubai and we had an awesome and memorable time.  We were blessed to have Chong as our tour manager. He is truly a 5-Star Tour Manager. He is very knowledgeable about the places we visited and very organised in the way he managed the tour and the group. He is friendly, helpful, responsible, caring, kind and thoughtful and it made a big difference in us thoroughly enjoying our holidays.We had messaged him earlier without knowing he was in a midst of a tour in Europe but he replied to our enquiries promptly. He gave us lots of information about the places and we were kept well informed of what to expect and what to pack.Our bus journeys were filled with his fun-packed commentaries and we learnt a lot about the places we were going to. His stories were interesting and we enjoyed listening to the various experiences he shared. He would re-arrange our itinerary so that we could optimise our visits to avoid crowds and have more time. Our meals were all well taken care of. Wherever we stopped, he would show us the best photo spots and was always on hand to take very nice photos for us. He is very thoughtful and even arranged for a cake to celebrate Mothers’ Day for all the mothers in our group. He also remembered my son’s birthday, together with 2 other members and celebrated their birthdays too. We were surprised when he carried a bouquet of roses all the way up Jungfraujoch only to discover that it was actually for one of our tour members. He had planned to propose to his fiancée at the Top of Europe location. Chong also took care of all our tax refund documents and even helped with our heavy luggage from the bus and the airports.The optional tours recommended were very good and helped provide a more comprehensive coverage of the original itinerary we had. The meals provided were good and well balanced to ensure we had a chance to try different cuisines from the 8 countries we visited. The hotels we stayed were good but we would like to especially thank EU Holidays for upgrading our hotel at Interlaken to the 5-star Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel. We truly appreciated this upgrade and enjoyed our 2 nights stay there.A Big Thank You to Chong Hwee Min for a wonderful tour experience and EU holidays for providing excellent service. We look forward to more trips with EU Holidays and would recommend them to family and friends.

it's my first and would not be my last trip with EU Holidays. we went for 13 Days (Italy- Switzerland- France) tour with Connie Hay as the tour manager. She is a responsible, caring and approachable tour manager who makes sure that everyone are comfortable and feel safe throughout the trip. partly ofm her, my parents enjoyed the trip.
