I was initially hesitant to book at EU travels because of the mixed reviews but our tour guide Sebastian, made it very enjoyable for us. I really liked the way he handled the ugly hotel we've had. He was so calm when customers were complaining because of the unpleasant customer service in the hotel. He made sure that we will be compensated and at the end, he managed to arranged something for us.Sebastian was really very pleasant. He ensures that we'll have our food first before having his. He sent us daily reminder to ensure that we will be prepared the next day. He prepared different stories/sharing for us everyday.Overall, me and my friend was very satisfied and happy with the trip. All the tour members were very punctual and considerate on time.I highly recommend EU Travel Holidays. The fact that they have cheaper rates than the competitors with equal service, it's worth trying! Just hope that their customer service staff in their office will be nice and more approachable. He also planned for our family rooms to be side by side or close to each other. I always heard him called the hotels in the coach to check that everything is in order before we reached the hotels.Jia Fu is also very caring and reminded us many times of pick pockets in Europe. With his reminder, it makes us to be very mindful at all times.We will strongly recommend Jia Fu as your Tour Manager for Europe trip. We will definitely use him if we visit other parts of Europe again.Good job, Jia Fu. Keep it up.

His humor and personality were exactly what was needed. He was constantly aware of the needs of each individual in the group and tailored his suggestions accordingly. We Really appreciate his hard work and I should say he done a very good job. Frankly I’m a world traveler who does not like conducted tours at all! Surprisingly Hubby and I enjoyed this Baltic Tour ( 19 May to 28 May 2019) very much! Firstly it’s the group size : 19 is just nice! Secondly our Tour Leader, Luke Soh, does not rush us! We started off at 9 am most days!This is what I’ve to say about our Tour Leader... in a POEM using his name acronym :-L- Lively ( glad that he uses English to speak to us as we have 5 Filipinos in this tour! I’m monolingual and does not enjoy a tour in which the tour leader uses Mandarin just because the majority understands Chinese! )U -Understanding ( especially how the elderly behaves!)K- Kind ( even offering to pay the 30 cents for us to use non public toilets!)E- Enthusiastic ( thinking of getting us to join the next trip, eg Finland already!)S- Spontaneous( in using What’s App to send us the group photos taken on his Hp!)O -Obliging (he offers to do little favors for us)H- Helpful ( especially with our heavy luggage and offering to take photos for us so willingly!)At every scenic spot we’ll hear a cherry call from Luke: “Who wants to take photos? Come come I take!”

During the long bus journey, he shared with us the many tours organised by the company, from USA tour to Russia tour and to Western Europe tour.Every night back at the hotel, he would text us the details for the next day, like the morning call, breakfast time, departure time, temperature of the day etc.During meal time, he would make an effort for families to be seated together.He is also very helpful. Back in SG at the airport, he helped to take our large and heavy luggages from the conveyor belt.Thanks to Sabestian, our group was well taken care of and we had the most wonderful trip.We really hope that for our next tour, he could be our tour manager again.

For our current tour, there was a total of 30 pax.What impressed me the most was that from day one, Sabestian remembered our names and within a few days he was able to link the names to the faces.Our bus rides were never boring. Sabestian shared with us the itinerary of the day and how to keep ourselves safe from pickpockets.He gave us clear instructions on how to get our tax refund at the airport.Sabestian is by far the best tour manager we have come across. We hope that for our next tour, we could have him assigned to us.
