Tour - 10days8 nites winter Finland Departure - 24/1/20 - 2/2/20 Tour Manager - Sebastian Mak Had a wonderful time for tases 8 days. Sebastian is very responsible and look after all of us well. We all felt very relax and comfortable during the trip . The Hotels and Food for these 8 days met our expectations. I will consider joining EU in my future trips and will recommend my friends also .

We embarked on a 10D7N WINTER ADVENTURE IN FINLAND + NORWAY KING CRAB SAFARI on 3rd Jan with Darien as our tour manger. Despite the frezzing cold weather, Darien warmed our stomach with Asian condiments that he brought from home such as Ikan Billis chill (life saver as many of us were craving for spicy food), snacks, sweets, wasbi..etc. Throughout the journey, he took great care of us, giving his recommendation on where to eat on our F&E days, sharing nice photos and experience with us and of coz help us took so many beautiful memories…. “Don’t Move Don’t move”

This is our first trip to Europe. Joined my sister's family who has joined EU Holidays to Central Europe in 2018 and signed for Balkan Adventures trip this year. All of us including our 74 yrs Mum truly enjoyed this holiday. Weather has been super good and itinerary interesting. Thumbs up

Tour: 11D8N Europe Highlights Date:23/12/19-01/01/20 Tour Guide: Ng Huiqing My 1st time traveling with EU Holidays..Me and my wife really enjoy the whole tour and was able to visit so many nice places and stunning sites....Our lovely tour guide Huiqing was very friendly,super nice to talk to....Thou during the trip she lost her voice,but she keep on going and show us a really good times during the whole trip and show us lots of good lobang to buy back....Kudos to Huiqing...Keep it up!!! For sure i will look for EU Holidays again...Hopefully next round my tour guide will be our Lovely Huiqing again...Cheers..!

Good experience with EU Holidays tour during Europe tour and Dubai during 24 Nov to 06 Dec 19, Tour guide Huiqing was experienced in intro of all the Countries we travelled to and some good living on shopping. Overall is very good.

Tour name: 14 Day 11N Italy Switzerland and France + 2N Dubai Departure dates : 13 Dec 2019 to 28 Dec 2019 Tour manager: Tevin Sua It was an fun and enjoyable trip overall. Our tour manager, Tevin Sua, is a very professional tour manager. Not only he was well versed in the history of each of cities that we visited, he was also very knowledgeable in the geography and culture of the cities as well. In addition, Tevin also took the initiative in taking creative photos for me and my family at places like train en route to Kleine Scheidegg, Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and etc . While we were disappointed we could not do the sledging at Mount Bussalp due to the snow melting, Tevin took the initiative to arrange tobogganing at Kleine Scheidegg. He also arranged additional trip to Mount Pilatus in replacement for Mount Bussalp, in which we enjoyed very much.

We went on a 18days Europe Discovery Tour, including 2 nights in Dubai, from 7 to 24 Dec 2019. We had a great and enjoyable trip. The group size wasn't big. All the travelling buddies were very cooperative and helpful. Our Tour Manager, Maybelle Phua was extremely organised and knowledgeable. We were never once kept waiting for any meals or tours. Even checking in to hotels was always a brisk. I like how she has her own system to get things done and done almost with a snap of her fingers. Every night, she will whatsapp us with the itinerary for the following day, the weather, so we wont have too many or too little layers of clothings the next day. We also like how she will always telling us the history of the places that we are about to visit and highlighting to us what watch out for so we will not miss it. Maybelle's linguistic ability is amazing. We had fun learning the greetings of the different languages from her. It was rather useful! During our visit to Austria, she found out that my son's spectacles broke. She immediately helped us get a replacement. We greatly appreciate it and were grateful for her help. She even send me a cake during my birthday when we are in Dubai, which she didn't have to. This is our second time with EU holidays and we will be looking forward to our next trip with EU again. Hopefully, we will get Maybelle as our Tour Manager again.

Tour :- 3rd Jan 2020 10D Finland Tour Tour manager :- Darien Tang It was a very fun and fulfilling trip. All the rides in snow were exciting. TOUR Manager Darien was v good at catching the Aurora lights and making our dreams come true. He used his hp to take so many beautiful pics for us despite the cold weather. Thank u so much Darien and the wonderful group of travel kakis.

Tour manager: xiao loh 10D7N Finland trip Departure: 7 Dec thanks to xiao loh my friends and I had a wonderful time in Finland. Xiao Loh was very helpful throughout the entire trip, always recommending us places to eat, what to take note of, what should we do to make the best out of our trip. although we didnt get to see the strong lights in the end, xiao loh was very encouraging and ensured that we still enjoy the other activities. he was always ready to help us snap awesome photos. Lastly he was able to interact well with the tour members which was great! totally recommended! thanks to xiao loh!!

Just came back from 14D11N Italy/Switzerland/Paris + 2N DXB tour. Really thankful to our tour guide Ong Jiafu who are so experience and knowledgeable on the itinerary and always share with us with information and stories to keep us excited during the journey. Most importantly is he is able to adjust accordingly to the weather and situation of the place that we are visiting. It is wonderful experience with our tour mates and Jiafu because before I decided to go Europe with my family I am really so worry about the pick pocket and the conditions of Paris.
