Italy trip: 4 Dec 2019 - 13 Dec 2019 Tour Manager: Tevin Sua Tevin took good care of us during the trip. He ensured my mother was assigned vegetarian meals. He also helped me to retrieve my jacket which I left in a hotel in Sienna. He arranged for a colleague to pick up the jacket so that he could return the jacket to me in Rome. the 10D7N Finland trip was enjoyable,Activities were well-planned and clearly chosen to let us experience Finland. However what made the trip truly memorable was our tour manager Timothy Wee,who was both friendly and entertaining. His good attitude on our tour and tours before us brought us many conveniences that other groups did not have. Furthermore,he helped another tour group that had forgotten to book a bus by giving them a lift to their intended destination. unfortunately,we encounteredan incident at the eatery PAPANA,where another tour group used our reservation to eat there,resulting in barely any seats left for our own group. Tim decided to let bygones be bygones,soonafter,another group came in ,Tim informed them of the lack of seats available and was instead mistakenly accused of hogging the entire place. He did let this incident get the better of him however,and continued to give us his best performance for the rest of the tour.

Tour name: 10D7N NORTHERN LIGHTS OF ICELAND Travel date:18DEC2019 - 27DEC2019 Tour manager: Kenneth Ng Had a great time in Iceland, even though we did not get to see the northern lights this time round. Kenneth was amazing at coordinating and provided information in a timely manner in order to better facilitate our daily schedule. He was very patient and always ready to help anyone in need as well - especially when we had to walk on ice to get to our destinations, he constantly made sure that everyone was safe. The Iceland tour was great, we got to visit many different places and looked at different sights with different experiences.

John was an awesome tour leader for our 14D11N Europe tour. The tour was able to proceed smoothly despite having unexpected situations along the way such as bus breakdown in the mountain area. He was quick in making the arrangements and managed the situation really well therefore we were still able to cover the attractions as planned though we were 3 hours behind schedule. His sense of humour and his knowledge were indeed an added bonus for us during the tour which made bus rides much more entertaining. Me and my mum were in awe with how knowledgeable he is since he shared a lot with the group along the way as we travel on the bus not just on the places of attractions that we will be visiting but the places that we passed by along the way. Our group was able to go for sledging thanks to John's quick judgement. Upon knowing that there was a likelihood that our sledging activity might not be able to proceed as planned, he postponed it to the next day. He clearly went beyond his call of duty by ensuring that our needs are met and even bought a mask and ginger tea for my brother who was having flu and even followed up after the tour ended by informing us that we can claim for medical insurance if he were to visit a doctor. Really thankful to have such an experienced and professional tour leader!

Jeremiah has been an excellent tour manager for our Finland trip. Passionate and took care of our needs during the trip. Great fun!

Our tour manager, Sebastian, was really thoughtful by teaching us how to prevent pickpockets & sharing past encounters. He also recommended us to some good food & photo spots along the way. He was engaging too, by having small conversations with the group during long bus rides. Overall, we really liked the scenic places that we visited, and had fun during the trip. Also, we are glad that our tour manager helped us swap our 2 days in switzerland, such that we managed to go to kleine scheidegg with clear weather, and also ski the full track the following day

Our tour guide was Sebastian and he was very helpful by providing us with tips to prevent and look out for pickpockets. He also went the extra mile to bring us to interesting places during our free and easy timeslot. We were also very entertained by his stories and are overall very satisfied with the trip and we look forward to travelling with EU holidays again.

Europe Trip Departures: 17-29Dec, 2019 Tour manager : Jiafu This is my very first time to try a group tour and this is truly a no regret decision. There were some challenges during our trip aside from flood in Venice, changes in weather conditions. With all these, Jiafu has managed to make effective planning and strategy. Our Tour Leader, have shown sincere care to the group to constantly remind to take care of our valuables from pickpockets, things not to forget and gave extra tips, suggestions and the like. He could just sit down and do not do much of the talking but he loved to share his thoughts, views, and opinion. He is no doubt an expert in his job that no matter how stressful, we have seen his patience, professionalism, sincerity, and willingness to help the group with all of our concerns. There is no such thing as perfect with the package that we have taken, just slight comment on some of the 4-star hotels which are not extremely bad. But not to forget 5-star hotels are superb. However, and over-all those little negative comments were all compensated by having a great Tour Leader which made the trip worthwhile. We went to Dubai to transit for 2 days, our Tour Leader Jiafu, despite no longer with us still messaged and guided us in a way with some pieces of reminders until when we have reached Singapore. Well, all it takes is just a dedicated man behind the scene - and a salute to you Jiafu for a great job well done. Keep up the good work. He took great care of everyone in the group and provide us various tips on how to look out for pickpockets such that the whole group stay safe all the way till we reach Singapore. He is also flexible where he make necessary adjustments to the itinerary in Switzerland such that we can enjoy nice view during our Kleine Schedegg train ride and enjoy the snow view during our sledging experience. When we are given time for free and easy and for meals that are not included, Sebastian has also provided us with suggestion on the best food to eat at the area, best things to do and buy at the area. He also provide us suggestion on where is the best place to shop for certain brands. He is also a humorous person and keep us occupied with his jokes and stories during the bus ride. Overall, the trip is a memorable one and we have enjoyed the trip to the fullest. We look forward to travel with Sebastian again in our future trip with EU Holidays

Went for the 11D8N Eastern Europe Tour and I really enjoyed it! Hui Qing our tour manager was very kind and helpful throughout this trip! she will tell us where to get the good snacks. She will always remind us to look out for our surroundings and pickpockets which I thought was very considerate of her :-) overall the trip was good
