She was humorous and very informative on every country and their own respective culture. She took great care of all of us (especially when a majority of us fell sick in the middle of the tour) and gave us great recommendations on which restaurants and souvenir shops to go for. She also made sure to remind us of our safety. Timing was planned well too. Kudos to Alyce and will definitely book any other tours with her in the near future.

Just returned from a 14 days Italy, Switzerland & France trip. Rested and it's time for a big thumbs up

We went for our honeymoon to Western Europe for 14 days across Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany and were blessed to be led by tour manager Ong Kah Hoo Jiafu. Our first experience with EU was a pleasant one. It was very organised and well planned. before the trip, jiafu texted us useful information on Europe dos and don't, so we would be well prepared. It was a year end trip, it collided with xmas and new year with many shops closed, daylight savings and bad weather due to monsoon. We wouldn't be able to make it to Venice due to flooding which he could have conveniently changed to other destination according to our sign-up terms, however he still decided to let us visit Venice despite the heavy rain, flood and we even had to buy rainy boots, all for the reason that he wanted us to see Venice for this time before it will be gone. furthermore due to bad weather, we wouldnt be able to make it for winter sledging which he could conveniently cancel too. but for us he tweaked the itinerary to bring us to other destinations first so that we could go on another day. we were further impressed when he protected us from pickpockets by yelling and chasing them away at some tourist destinations. he also helped us keep a lookout when all of us were busy taking photos and enjoying the scenary. all in all, our tour group of 32 had a conclusion that jiafu was the best tour manager we ever met, and would not hesitate to sign up for other tours and also tours led by Jiafu. She is very knowledgeable about the country’s culture and funny as well. She is very approachable and takes good care of us when we fell sick. She also treated us lunch in Switzerland when we were feeling very cold in the mountains. She gives good recommendations on which shops are cheaper to buy from. Overall planning from her was well done as we did not miss any of the attractions and it was not rush at all. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you Alyce and EU holidays.

Tour : 13D11N Eastern Europe Tour Period: 13-25 December Tour manager : Dylan We had a great time during the time. Dylan gave many recommendations for us to maximise our time. He was also very attentive and helpful to the families and older members of the group. He even went took us on a ride in the Prague metro after the program ended for the day, so that we can explore the city on our own. Thanks again to Dylan.

My husband and I went for a 10D 7 N trip to Finland on the 23Dec2019 and had an enjoyable and memorable experience. Our tour manager was TIMOTHY WEE. He is responsible and took great care of the group. He is very accommodating in the diverse group’s many requests

I recently went for the 11D8N Europe Highlights under our lovely tour manager Ng Huiqing. The trip was well planned, covering numerous top attractions in Europe and the hotels were very comfortable. There was also sufficient free time to roam around. Huiqing as our tour manager was very informative and always took the initiative to help us even without asking, often at the expense of her own rest. For example, she went out of her way to bring our group out and showed us good places to eat and venture during our own free time. Overall the trip was worth it and I enjoyed myself.

First time travelling with EU Holidays, the whole Europe trip was very enjoyable and memorable! I must praise our tour manager Ng Hui Qing for her good service, attentiveness and friendliness!

Tour to Europe Highlights for Christmas week. It was a pleasant trip and we got to enjoyed every destinations well with the tour mates. Our tour manager HuiQing was patient and responsible person. Also, She will tells where’s the good place to shopping for every stops.

A group of 32 of us went eastern europe with EU holiday on 14Dec19. We want to give special thanks to our tour manager Whyee. We were very blessed by her professionalism and helpfulness. We were touched by her sincerity and love to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible throughout the trip. As we had 10 old folks, she ensured that they were well taken care and made thoughtful arrangements for them for e.g. dropping off at convenient places, walking them to cafes to wait for the rest to finish the tour. We were thankful for having her who went the extra mile for us! It was a great experience! A great tour manager is indeed the soul of the trip! thank you!
