The trip was totally amazing. We just finished our Finland tour and the whole adventure was full of beautiful scenery and full of active adventures! Our tour manager Jeremiah was fun and he made sure that everyone is comfortable and is well taken care of!

We had a wonderful trip to ltaly inOct 19. This wouldn't be possible if not for a bunch of nice and fun tour mates and our excellent tour manager , Simmon Lee. Simmon is professional, friendly and is always there to ensure things run smooth for us. He is responsible and takes good care of us. He is always there to see to our needs. Tour Name: 13 Days Italy Swiss France Tour Manager: Sebastian Mak Departure Date: 22 Oct 2019 My wife and i enjoyed the tour and we had a pleasant experience although the food included can be improved in quality. However, Tour manager was fabulous. he is very friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. Sebastian took the initiative to introduce and recommend us restaurants, shops and things to do during our free and easy time. He also used his own free time to bring guests to try recommended food and gelato. We had the best gelato in Milan and it was well worth it. Instructions given by tour manager was always very clear. His daily messages at night ensure all members know the temperature and what to expect and prepare for the next day. Furthermore. he will always make sure all his group members are well taken care of. He will always walk at the back of the group during city tours and be on a look out for suspicious people. Sebastian also shared many stories, jokes and entertain us during long bus rides. A knowledgeable and humorous man. We are very appreciative of our tour manager and we know he will always be there to help us and answer our questions at any time. Thank you Sabestian for the fun and pleasant trip. Cheers

He was so approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, fun loving, professional, simply just an awesome guy! He really blends very well with the group and I felt very comfortable with him and feel safe! Of course not forgetting the itinerary and optional tours and additional one which made the trip a fantastic memory! And we are always blessed to have good weather when we reached our destinations and especially to the Top Of Europe and Mount Titlis! We went for the 12D 9N Balkans adventure from 27 Oct to 7 Nov 2019. It was a very enjoyable trip. Kenneth Ng, our tour manager is a star, took care of our every need, down to the little things. we are impressed by his professionalism and thoughtfulness. This being our first travel with EU holidays, we are happy with our decision to try out another agency.

Went to Europe and Dubai tour from 16 October to 29 October. Our tour guide is Mr Ong Jia Fu. He is very responsible and know how to take care of the group. I can only say he is full of praise. Really enjoyed myself during the tour. Thank you!

Tour Reference- 10ECCHLS16/19EK 11D8N Europe Highlights + 2N in Dubai Tour Manager - Wang Jia Fu My first time travelling with a tour group and was pretty worried when I heard it was a big group of 35 that there could be many unexpected delays and people reporting late etc but it turn out that all these fears were unfounded. With a experienced tour manager like Jia Fu leading the group, everything went smoothly. He made changes to our travel plans accordingly after doing lots of groundwork on the weather forecast which made our trip to Mount Titlis so worthwhile, where we get to experience snowing which could not be possible if we had sticked to the original travel plans as weather was bad on the mountains after that. His constant reminders on pickpockets and their modus operandi gave us a heads up on what to look out for and be wary of. He was always constantly watching out for us while at tourist hot spots. Tax refund process was never a hassle as everything was guided

We had an enjoyable 12D9N Adventure to Balkans holiday led by our preferred TM Miss Maybelle Phua . I must commend EU for listening to customers' request for choice of preferred TM and it had proven to be a very wise decision. Maybelle is indeed an excellent TM. EU may not be aware that Maybelle took every opportunity to promote EU tours to the group wherever we brought up a new destination. A good TM enhances the image of the tour company and the quality of the tour programme. In my opinion, she is a valuable asset to any tour company. We absolutely appreciate Maybelle's excellent service. Thank you Maybelle.

I agreed with you 100%... our group (from Friendly travel- Australia )was lucky to be with Maybelle ..one , visited Western Europe ..all described about her ...101% correct , hopefully we can see her in the future ..as well ! (Hopefully..your guys don’t mind  !)

We have just returned from our happy 12D/9N Adventiure to Balkans led by our favourite tour manager Maybelle Phua. This is our second trip with her. 8 of us have requested for her to be our tour mgr and so glad that EU had assigned her to our trip. As usual she is so fun and safe to travel with. Maybelle has super management (of crowd) skills, knowledgeable and experienced.. With her, we were well informed of daily activities and timing beforehand thus we were very prepared for each day and everyone in the group was punctual and co-operative. Every activity was timed perfectly with the driver and local guides. It was also like a continuation of history lessons from Maybelle from our previous tour of Eastern Europe. i am not a history person but I can still remember and at least familiar with what she was talking.......hahaha I repeat here - She is cheerful, funny, witty, confident, effective, approachable, well-organised and gave very clear instructions. She is caring and always remind us to look after ourselves. She even brought tcm cream from us who are above 60 as the trip involved a lots of walking hahaha Maybelle always keep the group in high spirit and happy. Even though we were tired we looked forward to the activities the next day as we were excited by the information she gave us. Should we travel with EU again we will still request for Maybelle Phua.
