Tour: 10D7N Grand Train Tour of Switzerland 1 Oct to 9 Oct 2019 Tour Manager: 王家福（Jiafu) My wife and I went for the above tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our tour manager Jiafu is very hardworking, resourceful, caring and professional. He provided excellent services to the group throughout the trip. We will book our future trips with EU again and hope that Jiafu will again be the tour manager.

Went for 12D9N adventures to Balkans with tour guide Miss Lynette Lee on 7 Oct earlier. She is great, always remind us to check our passport and be careful of our belongings as there might be pickpockets at the tourist attractions. She will inform us the itinerary daily and what to wear for the next day after updating us tomorrow’s temperature, as well as explaining patiently to us any questions/queries we have. Can really see her passion in her job, experienced & dedicated, always there to look out for us and be the last in line while on walking tours. Kudos to her, we had a very enjoyable & safe holiday, enjoying beautiful scenery with great tour guide & tour mates!

1st time joining 13D10N Paris/Switzerland/Italy + 2N Dubai from 3- 18/10/19. Tour Manager : Ms Rin Leow( 小 玲) Our first trip to Europe with EU tour and we had such good fun. A memorable trip, each day is never exactly the same as we travel from country to country, taking in the sights, listening to the stories; the history behind the various places shared by the local guides. Special thanks to our tour manager Rin Leow too, very responsible, she stayed with us throughout the trip and took care to ensure our safety, sharing with us good shopping tips and interesting facts about the different places and brands. Overall we had a lovely time. highly recommended both the tour manager Rin and the agency.

9D/7N Best of Russia 6 oct to 14 oct Tour Manager : Russell TanWe all had a good time though its only a short trip. Itinerary was well planned.Tour group was nice and friendly. Tour manager, young Russell , is experienced and professional. He is very helpful, patient and really took care of the groups needs. This is my first tour with EU (with 3 other companies before) and Russell is by far the best tour manager i have.... caring, helpful, patient, obliging and always there for us (at our beck and call)Will definitely recommend EU Travel to my friends.5 stars for Russell Tan!

Just came back from a remarkable and pleasant trip for Spain& Portugal 10 days 7 nights on 3/10/19 to 11/10/19.Our tour leader Judy Eu really deserve a good compliment from our family of 3.As we had experience joining with other tour agencies as well but so far Judy Eu being our outstanding manager .Every night she will what app to us about the program for tomorrow and as well to keep us updated about tomorrow weather. While at the long bus journey at Spain ,she introduced the Bingo game to let us pass time.She even go to the extra mile to buy us presents to whoever win the Bingo game. And prepare her own vcd about Spain to let us see and buy for us tibtits while watching vcd. At Portugal she even forked out her own cash and the long queue to buy egg tart for the 13 pax to eat. We will look forward to join her tour group some other time.

Still reminiscing our 11D8N Europe Highlight with EU Holidays from 11/9/19 to 21/9/19, as I am looking at our family Holidays photos. He is one tour manager whom we felt he is not there just to fulfill a responsibility or obligation or even a job, but one who hav our interests above his own at heart through out the trip. We really enjoy the Italy Swiss France 091919. We have a cheerful, fun & responsible tour guide - Connie. She is capable and able to lead total of 36 ppl in our group. we really enjoy ourselves in this wonderful tour trip as we did not join tour agency since 10 years ago. Thanks for the nice memories
