When I first learnt that Jeremiah Tan was my tour manager, I scoured through the review page and read all the raving reviews about him but nothing prepared me for how blown away I would be during my 10D Finland Norway holiday with EU. I am a critical traveller and usually steer away from group tours. But I was attracted to the itinerary by EU and decided to give it a go since I would save a lot of time planning the various activities, transfers and hotels. My booking agent, Ann Soo, was very professional and she always replied to my emails quickly. I can't say the same about the briefing notes and the person who gave the briefing. Some of the information were incorrect such as luggage info, weather forecast, etc. I was worried and hoped the tour would go without any problems. Jeremiah contacted me about a week before our tour to ask about dietary preferences in my group and notified that we will be added to a Whatsapp group for easier communication. I really appreciated that because I would not have wanted to receive a group invite without any notice. During the pre-tour, he shared several useful information, promptly answered questions and I started to feel more confident that we will be in good hands. Throughout the tour starting from Changi Airport to Finland/Norway and back to Singapore, Jeremiah showed his experience in herding our group, ensuring everyone was having a good time, giving food recommendations, provided weather forecasts and taking as many photographs of us with his bare hands, even in -23 degrees temperature just so we can bring home precious memories. I hope EU realises how lucky they are to have Jeremiah in their employment. There was nothing unexpected of the itinerary and everything went perfectly as planned. Through this holiday, I can see why EU is a leading tour agency in Singapore and I look forward to booking another tour with them. When I do, I hope our next tour manager will be just as great as Jeremiah because a bad tour manager can surely spoil the entire experience. Thank you EU!!

Our families of 10 travelled to the Balkans from 9/11/19 to 20/11/19 and Steve Loh was our Tour Manager. My wife and I found him very experienced, dedicated and very responsible; always ensuring and reminding us constantly about precautions against pickpockets, safe guarding our passport and belongings. Everyone found him jovial and friendly. We also like to add that we had a very experienced, responsible, careful bus driver. His driving skills is excellent never speed maintaining a constant speed and the whole journey was very smooth to make our rides very comfortable Everyday!

My daughter Rachel and I had just returned from a 10D7N Finland/Norway tour from 8/11 to 16/11/19. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Our group gelled so well together. We had Filippino and Cambodian Chinese in our group. What a good mix! BUT nothing beats without a good tour guide, Jeremiah Tan!Two weeks before departure, he called us and told us he would set up a whatsapp group nearer to the departure date. On 1/11, he set up the group and sent us the full itinerary, the hotel list, where and time to meet at airport, the weather forecast at Helsinki and even sent us a picture of the layers to put on to keep ourselves warm in the freezing cold. On top of that he even sent us the link on the aurora apps on probabilities of aurora happenings. It seemed he never ever missed out on anything that the group needed. He was so detailed.Yes, on the 1st night at the King Crab Safari, we had our first ever sighting of the aurora. Jeremiah was just as excited as the group. He was so busy taking photos of us, lying on the snow just to capture the right angle. Most of the memorable moments were captured by him like a Pro.Even before we reached another place, he would first forewarn us of the weather, what to expect and so on. I have met good tour leaders in some of my past holidays but there is something that Jeremiah did that most of the other guides did not. He would go to great length of sending to the group pictures, details, directions of restaurants and nearby places that we could go. Not only once but to every place/hotel, he would see that we were all fully informed of where to shop and where to get the food. He even recommended where to have the best beef steak, salmon etc. Wow! That really made our day!Throughout the journey in the coach, he would relate his past encounters with other groups, his personal ones too and told us lots of humorous stories that turned us pinkin our laughter.To sum it up, Jeremiah is very professional and experienced in his work. Rachel and I really had a wonderful and enjoyable time on this trip. Honestly our whole group truly enjoyed every moment of this holiday. I will definitely join EU for my next holiday and strongly recommend Jeremiah Tan to my friends.

I don’t use Facebook much but wanted to log in just to share my experience upon the conclusion of the 10D Finland Norway tour with Jeremiah Tan.I was rather wary of group tours as there are lots of factors beyond one control such as group dynamics and of course, the tour manager. It didn’t take long into the trip for me to be assured that under Jeremiah’s care, this would be a great trip.Jeremiah looks out for us at every moment, doing everything from ensuring that we didn’t leave our belongings behind to trudging through deep snow to scrape snow off a signboard so that we can take photos with it. Where possible, he ensures that our memories are captured well by taking time to take photos of us when it is hard for us to do so (such as when we are in an artic survival suit!).The overall trip was well managed and though we had long days at times, Jeremiah always managed our expectations well in advance and also brought the right energy when needed, even when he may be tired himself.Thank you, Jeremiah, for a great trip!Also special kudos to our amazing driver, Margus, ever so careful on the road (even in a whiteout condition), moving our luggages with no complaints, and always there for us to keep us warm and safe from the blistering cold (that went down to minus 25 degrees Celsius at one point).Thanks to everyone else in the group as well, for being considerate, patient and easy-going – making this a wonderful trip for all of us.Will look forward to my next trip with Jeremiah.

We really had a wonderful time in our Finland Tour and we are so thankful to our Tour Manager Jeremiah for making it more fun and being so helpful with us. He made sure that everything is captured especially when the Northern Lights appeared on our first night of chasing. Hopefully, he will be our Tour Manager again in our next trip!

Tour Name: 13 Days Italy Swiss France Tour Manager: Sebastian Mak Departure Date: 22 Oct 2019 My wife and i enjoyed the tour and we had a pleasant experience although the food included can be improved in quality. However, Tour manager was fabulous. he is very friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. Sebastian took the initiative to introduce and recommend us restaurants, shops and things to do during our free and easy time. He also used his own free time to bring guests to try recommended food and gelato. We had the best gelato in Milan and it was well worth it. Instructions given by tour manager was always very clear. His daily messages at night ensure all members know the temperature and what to expect and prepare for the next day. Furthermore. he will always make sure all his group members are well taken care of. He will always walk at the back of the group during city tours and be on a look out for suspicious people. Sebastian also shared many stories, jokes and entertain us during long bus rides. A knowledgeable and humorous man. Went to Europe and Dubai tour from 16 October to 29 October. Our tour guide is Mr Ong Jia Fu. He is very responsible and know how to take care of the group. I can only say he is full of praise. Really enjoyed myself during the tour. Thank you!

Tour Reference- 10ECCHLS16/19EK 11D8N Europe Highlights + 2N in Dubai Tour Manager - Wang Jia Fu My first time travelling with a tour group and was pretty worried when I heard it was a big group of 35 that there could be many unexpected delays and people reporting late etc but it turn out that all these fears were unfounded. With a experienced tour manager like Jia Fu leading the group, everything went smoothly. He made changes to our travel plans accordingly after doing lots of groundwork on the weather forecast which made our trip to Mount Titlis so worthwhile, where we get to experience snowing which could not be possible if we had sticked to the original travel plans as weather was bad on the mountains after that. His constant reminders on pickpockets and their modus operandi gave us a heads up on what to look out for and be wary of. He was always constantly watching out for us while at tourist hot spots. Tax refund process was never a hassle as everything was guided

We had an enjoyable 12D9N Adventure to Balkans holiday led by our preferred TM Miss Maybelle Phua . I must commend EU for listening to customers' request for choice of preferred TM and it had proven to be a very wise decision. Maybelle is indeed an excellent TM. EU may not be aware that Maybelle took every opportunity to promote EU tours to the group wherever we brought up a new destination. A good TM enhances the image of the tour company and the quality of the tour programme. In my opinion, she is a valuable asset to any tour company.
