I am traveled with my wife on this 10D7N Italy Fiesta trip on 11 Dec to 20 Dec 2019. The trip generally met my expectation especially the sightseeing places. The hotel and breakfast provided generally comfortable, however we still hope it can be improve further in future. The transportation and time arrangement of the trip is good for us. Our tour manager Mr. Sabestian doing excellent and he is nice, helpful, responsible and knowledgeable person who can handle all the trip matter smoothly. We have no hesitate to recommend our friends and relatives to join EU trip in future.

My wife and I had an amazing experience from the day we booked our tour package til the end of the trip. The experience of good service gets even better. We recently had completed our recent trip with Tour Manager, Roger Koh to Spain and Portugal. This was our third time with EU Holidays. He has gone above and beyond a tour manager's job. Made the whole group feel like a big brother watching over our well-being. Getting us excited and motivated at every location we visited. A great thanks to him and EU Holidays. I hope you will have more of such Managers in your company!

He was quick and decisive in managing unforeseen circumstances. He was very patient and always attended to the needs of all travellers. He helped the whole group take a lot of photos during the various activities despite the cold.Great accommodation: Hotel rooms were very comfortable and located at walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants.Food: Average. Generally quite salty and only some meals are included in the package. The Chinese dinner was great!Itinerary: Generally quite well-paced, but there were many long bus rides to get from one place to another.Thank you, Ricky for the amazing experience at Finland and Norway. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves!

Knowing that we missed the sledging at Mount Bussalp due to the snow condition, he made extra effort to ensure kids were not disappointed by renting the sledges for us at Klein Scheidegg out from his own pocket. Although the itinerary was tiring, we still had a fun and fulfilling experience. Thanks Sebastian!

Just finished 13D11N Eastern Europe with Dylan Teoh. Dylan was attentive to our group needs and took efforts to accommodate the group. We appreciate that he took initiative to plan and make slight changes to our itinerary so we never felt the need to rush. He always take time to ensure we were well settled for meals/hotels before going off for his own. He is always nagging about safety and checking our belongings which we appreciate very much. It kept us on our toes.However we were not impressed with the Prague local guide. She merely named the buildings and attractions we were looking at without giving any additional information.
