We are back from the Balkans (15 Dec to 24 Dec) and it has been an eye opener because this secluded area in Europe is stunning and the sceneries are comparable to the rest of Europe. It has been a memorable and bonding trip for our family of 5 as we had ample time to soak in the sights and sample the street food as well. The itinerary was well planned and it was just suffice for several Merdeka Generation participants in our tour. The hotels were comfortable except for one with a gorgeous view of the sea and the accommodation was TOP notch. Not forgetting the meals... oh yes , we had a sampling of the local food and snacks purchased as we went to all the sights.The entire trip would not have been smooth sailing if not for the careful planning of the day’s tours by the tour manager Nichole Lim. Her commentaries on the sights were entertaining and yet informative and keep us awake on the journey from one destination to the other. Ms Nichole also cared for the senior participants who had a challenging time climbing the steep slopes and was always at the rear end of the convoy to ensure that no one was left behind.And while some of us “lepak ” en route from one destination we felt comfortable to steal a nap every now and then because the pilot of the coach Mr Draco was a very skilful and experienced driver . Mr Draco informed me that he loved his job and also helped us with our luggage even though the weather was miserably cold.Watch out we will be back EuTours.

Hi, We are happy customers that were under Susan Tan's group from EU holiday. On the 18th of december we started our Italy fiesta tour. Just wanted to thank Susan and our driver janeiro for making sure that we are able to smoothly complete all the activities listed on the itinerary despite the bad weathers we faced. My family joined 8N11D Europe trip in Dec with JiaFu as the tour manager. He is very experienced and always prioritized customers’ request first. Very detail in his explanation and even sang songs for us during Long bus journey. Appreciated Jia Fu’s contributed a lot of his personal time in solving our additional queries and surprises, some time till midnight. Because of JiaFu, we will come back to EU Holiday!

10D7N Winter Adventure in Finland + King Crab SafariDeparture Date: 3 December 2019 - 12 December 2019Tour Leader: Ricky WooMy family and friends had a brilliant tour with EU Holidays under the travel arrangement of Ricky Woo. Everyday was a new experience, from husky dog and reindeer ride to aurora chasing by bus. At the start of the tour, Ricky took the initiative to create a WhatsApp chat group, through seeking prior consent from the tour members, to ensure that everyone would be aware of what would be going on through his constant reminders. He truly cared about everybody and consistently checked back to ensure that everything was perfect. In order to make the trip memorable when the tour members saw the Northern Lights, he selflessly took photos for everyone without his gloves on despite the frigid conditions. When my friend’s son fell asleep on the sled during the aurora chasing, Ricky called for the driver to stop as he was worried that the boy might fall off. He carried the child, moved the latter beside him and cuddled him, so that the boy could sleep more comfortably. Not everyone has a big heart for children. Using his big heart to spread his love is one of the greatest things that he has done during the entire trip. I believe that his giving nature has touched every member in the tour group. Keep spreading your love and knowledge, Ricky Woo!

We recently joined the 13D10N Spain and Portugal tour guided by our tour manager Sheue Jiuan from EU, departed on 11 dec 2019. We all really enjoyed the trip a lot, love the beautiful places, the food, the hotels excellent services and most important of all great thanks to our tour manager and EU for taking good care of us and making our trips memorable and fun.  on the tour with us and we saw that he always ensures that they are well taken care of. He also made our honeymoon extra special by taking videos for the both of us volunteerily and he remembers our first march in song after telling him for only one time - he played it several times and this brought back memories for us :) Appreciate it and thank you so much Jeremiah, we really hope we get you as our tour manager again and again if we ever decide to go on tour! 10 days Winter Finland + Norway King Crab safari, 13-22 Dec 19Tour Manager: JeremiahI and my wife, Cynthia enjoy the trip very much, her dreams comes true with Christmas Spirit in Finland, especially the Santa Claus Village, with a lot of fun activities, thanks Jeremiah for his fun leading through the trip as well as the helps in photography on us..

I (Yip Ah Mooy) and my husband wanted to thanks Mr. Jeremiah because he really took care of us all the way from Malaysia to Talinn, Finland and Norway. He even borrowed us his adapter. Although the weather was very cool, he always keep our heart warm with his passion. Without his accompany and encouragement, we would not able to make it for the Frozen waterfall. Millions of thanks to Mr. JEREMIAH, our tour manager for 13th Dec 2019. Will Travel with him again in future.

I am Chong Ah Soo, 73 years old, my wife, 70 years old, Northern Light is the biggest challenge for me. I had considered whether to take back my deposit. However, I really wish my dream can come true. THANKS MR. JEREMIAH, who had tried his best to fulfill my northern light dream. He always stay alert with the northern light, took pictures and videos for us in the extreme cool weather, I am so pity of his hands. No words can decribe my gratitude to him. He is so willingness and kindness to take care of senior citizen like me and my wife. He always give us wake up call 10 minutes before the destinations. He made sure we are awake, he always remind us on slipping floor. I am not scare or worry to travel with him.
