We embarked on a 10D7N WINTER ADVENTURE IN FINLAND + NORWAY KING CRAB SAFARI on 3rd Jan with Darien as our tour manger. Despite the frezzing cold weather, Darien warmed our stomach with Asian condiments that he brought from home such as Ikan Billis chill (life saver as many of us were craving for spicy food), snacks, sweets, wasbi..etc. Throughout the journey, he took great care of us, giving his recommendation on where to eat on our F&E days, sharing nice photos and experience with us and of coz help us took so many beautiful memories…. “Don’t Move Don’t move”

This is our first trip to Europe. Joined my sister's family who has joined EU Holidays to Central Europe in 2018 and signed for Balkan Adventures trip this year. All of us including our 74 yrs Mum truly enjoyed this holiday. Weather has been super good and itinerary interesting. Thumbs up

Tour: 11D8N Europe Highlights Date:23/12/19-01/01/20 Tour Guide: Ng Huiqing My 1st time traveling with EU Holidays..Me and my wife really enjoy the whole tour and was able to visit so many nice places and stunning sites....Our lovely tour guide Huiqing was very friendly,super nice to talk to....Thou during the trip she lost her voice,but she keep on going and show us a really good times during the whole trip and show us lots of good lobang to buy back....Kudos to Huiqing...Keep it up!!! For sure i will look for EU Holidays again...Hopefully next round my tour guide will be our Lovely Huiqing again...Cheers..!

Had a wonderful & fun trip in Finland and also managed to catch the Northern Light for 2 consecutive nights. Jeremiah, our tour manager, was very good & well organised.

We witnessed the most beautiful northern light two days in a row. The most amazing trip I've ever had. Thanks to our tour manager Jeremiah!

John was an awesome tour leader for our 14D11N Europe tour. The tour was able to proceed smoothly despite having unexpected situations along the way such as bus breakdown in the mountain area. He was quick in making the arrangements and managed the situation really well therefore we were still able to cover the attractions as planned though we were 3 hours behind schedule. His sense of humour and his knowledge were indeed an added bonus for us during the tour which made bus rides much more entertaining. Me and my mum were in awe with how knowledgeable he is since he shared a lot with the group along the way as we travel on the bus not just on the places of attractions that we will be visiting but the places that we passed by along the way. Our group was able to go for sledging thanks to John's quick judgement. Upon knowing that there was a likelihood that our sledging activity might not be able to proceed as planned, he postponed it to the next day. He clearly went beyond his call of duty by ensuring that our needs are met and even bought a mask and ginger tea for my brother who was having flu and even followed up after the tour ended by informing us that we can claim for medical insurance if he were to visit a doctor. Really thankful to have such an experienced and professional tour leader!

Jeremiah has been an excellent tour manager for our Finland trip. Passionate and took care of our needs during the trip. Great fun!

Europe Trip Departures: 17-29Dec, 2019 Tour manager : Jiafu This is my very first time to try a group tour and this is truly a no regret decision. There were some challenges during our trip aside from flood in Venice, changes in weather conditions. With all these, Jiafu has managed to make effective planning and strategy. Our Tour Leader, have shown sincere care to the group to constantly remind to take care of our valuables from pickpockets, things not to forget and gave extra tips, suggestions and the like. He could just sit down and do not do much of the talking but he loved to share his thoughts, views, and opinion. He is no doubt an expert in his job that no matter how stressful, we have seen his patience, professionalism, sincerity, and willingness to help the group with all of our concerns. There is no such thing as perfect with the package that we have taken, just slight comment on some of the 4-star hotels which are not extremely bad. But not to forget 5-star hotels are superb. However, and over-all those little negative comments were all compensated by having a great Tour Leader which made the trip worthwhile. We went to Dubai to transit for 2 days, our Tour Leader Jiafu, despite no longer with us still messaged and guided us in a way with some pieces of reminders until when we have reached Singapore. Well, all it takes is just a dedicated man behind the scene - and a salute to you Jiafu for a great job well done. Keep up the good work. He was also very attentive and helpful to the families and older members of the group. He even went took us on a ride in the Prague metro after the program ended for the day, so that we can explore the city on our own. Thanks again to Dylan.
