I signed up for "The Discovery of Balkans" winter trip for 16 Nov 2017 departure. I was reluctant initially with prior bad experience with package trip but decided to take a risk with my friend's recommendation after her Apr tour with EU. The tour turned out much better my expectation. Our tour manager, Jeremiah managed the group well. He is kind, caring, patience and respectful. Never fail to entertain the group with his sporean favoured jokes. Always accommodating to the various needs in the group. Always trying to lift up our dampened spirits especially the rainy days on the start of the trip. Luckily, the weather are good after day1 and on last day. The tour ended so quickly with such a nice tour manager and of course well planned tour though at some part i felt a bit rushed. Overall it is a nice experience. Tks Jeremiah and EU

Jeremiah was such a great Tour Manager who kept all of us laughing throughout with his entertainment! We were so well taken care of right from the beginning at the airport till we reached back to SG. Even when the journey was Long bus rides, he kept talking throughout without even taking a break for himself! Everyone in the group loved him very much. We will miss him n the group ! We had a great holiday! Thank you EU!

Enjoyable Balkans Discovery, lead by tour manager Jeremiah Tan, 16-27Nov17.Lots of fun and laughters !Well organised, smooth & safe trip, great coordination, positive attitude. Managed big group well and in good order! He kept our safety in priority, alert us when strangers approach any of our tour member, very caring and responsible tour manager!He went extra miles to walk two tour members to nearest convenience store (Tommy) after dinner at Dubrovnik Arista hotel (42 mins walking distance, back and forth). Accommodate tour members needs after a long day.Jeremiah brought us a worry free and perfect holiday!Look forward to have Jeremiah as my tour manager next year.

Indeed, our most memorable trip to Balkans with Jeremiah Tan, our Tour Manager has impact our joy n fun as a group of 42 nos. He graciously attend to all needs and try to go extra mileage service, great coordination with all local tours n hotel and provide timely encouragement to stir us to walk great heights to view castles n mountains. Our group deeply appreciate his great efforts to make our trip a success! Huat Ah!!!

Never regret to enrol this package. John has arranged more time for the sight-seeing with adequate shopping time for us.Throughout the trip, he was caring for all the tour members especially members with kids and elderly couple. He has never leave anyone behind and he has took his effort to find back those members who were lagging behind the main group.I'm very touched when John personally went to find me and my husband who were lost in the group dinner at Dessert Safari in Dubai. The camp was prepared for various groups of tourists, approximately 300 plus people gathered together in a big camp for food and local shows. It's pretty hard for both of us to identify the rest of our own tour members in the open area where there was insufficient lighting. However, we managed to find the group after we walked half the size of the camp. In fact John was searching for us as well. He went outside the camp to look for us to make sure we could join back the group. I was very touched when he was so relieved after seeing us sitting at the dinning area.There was quite an issue when the aircraft service provider entirely switched all our pre-arranged seat numbers for the group of 32 of us. All the 32 of us were arranged to sit without our partners on flight for the next 7hrs. John only realised this issue after custom clearance, which left him less than 1hr to plan all the seating arrangement. However, John has never let us down, he searched for all the tour members to collect all our seat number information and rearranged for us to sit together which was not an easy task at all as some of us were assigned to total strangers who may not be willing to change the seating arrangement with us. I personally saw his hand shaking but he still keep his cool to ensure everything is under his control. He prioritised for family with kids & elderly to sit together 1st, after which he will pair the couple to sit together. Although John was not able to arrange my husband to sit with me, he did ask me to speak nicely to the passenger who sat beside me to exchange the seat with my husband. Thank God, the single passenger who was seated at 39G was willing to switch seat to 28G.Overall, we found that John is a very responsible and a caring tour manager who displayed empathy and patience throughout the entire trip even though there were a few tour members who were difficult to manage. His well-planned time management with the coach drivers and his experience in handling a large group of tour members from different walks of life enabled us to fulfil all the traveling, dinning & sight-seeing destinations on time. John is also knowledgeable to explain the attractions to us. We will like to see EU Holidays to have more tour managers like John to fulfil our future trips together with EU Holidays.

Me & my BF had a blast from this amazing trip arranged by EU. Although we signed up for a budget tour, this trip was made perfect by Mr. John. His literally took care of everything! From before departure in reminding us to pack enough warm clothing & until the very last in making sure that we got back all of our luggage when arrived Singapore. Mr. John not only fulfilled his responsibility in looking after our tummy, hotel stays, ensuring our tour follows the itinerary. He also take the extra miles in uniting the ‘family’, ensuring we made the best out of our money and time.* John, we are incredibly touched & grateful by your services! Thanks for treating us the best dinner of this tour, will never forget the 煎蛋. *

I am grateful to know John Foo as a helpful and careful tour manager , he always kept on that friendly smile and do more then what his job supposed .. Thanks to EU Holidays ,me and my family had a great time, better then I thought it would be actually.. 

We are very grateful and impressed with John, he is very experienced and I like to highlight a particular incident. We were busy with the check ins and comforting our toddler and hence the luggage that contained baby diapers and milk powered was checked in hence we started to panic. John was calm and spoke to the airline manager to try his utmost best to help us . There wasn't much choice as there was nothing they could do as the luggage was already in the aeroplane along with other luggages. Our toddler needed her milk to be comforted on the 12 hours journey on the plane.I swear my face turned white and started to panic John continued to build rapport with the officer and went with the officer to get diapers and milk powder for our toddler after an hour and we were just in time for our flight.It was such a relief and John diffused the tense situation and helped us so much. I must say he is very experienced, also on a few occasions he knew I needed water and straws for my toddler, he went all the way out to get water and straws without me asking. John has displayed so much devotion and dedication not only as a tour leader but a Friend with empathy. An extra mile without expectation EU holiday is honoured to have John Foo

This is my first trip to Europe together with my sister and friends. At first, we all had hesitated to choose the right tour agency and tour package. Finally we had made the right decision to join EU holidays and this package tour. we are very lucky to have Mr Jia Fu as our tour manager as he is really very professional, caring, helpful and taking care of all group members. Everything is well prepared and planned by him include how to do tax rebate, keep reminding us for all our belonging item, update us the weather changes, etc... I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank you, Jia Fu". You are the best.For the past 15 days, all of us had a wonderful, fun and memorable trip. Even we had waked up at 6 a.m, breakfast at 7 a.m and start the journey at 8 a.m and packed our luggage everyday as we had changed the hotel. It is quite tiring but we really enjoyed and had fun with all of 24 group members and took a lot nice picture, had nice foods and drink.I will join EU holiday again for my next trip and recommend to my other friends.

My hubby and I are avid EU supporter, have followed at least 5 trips since EU established. Our recent trip to Balkans was awesome and we really enjoyed ourselves with Sebastian as our tour manager.He is very experienced and controlled our itinerary very well. Our tour is quite big at 38 pax but he clearly has no problem managing our group's expectations. Sebastian is also very attentive to the elderly couples in our group esp. when some of the attractions requires more physical effort (long strenuous treks).During our long bus rides, Sebastian entertained us with jokes and songs, clearly very talented as he can sing in several languages. I feel very grateful for the good tour delivered by Sebastian. He is definitely one of the best tour managers I have met. He kept reminding us throughout the trip to look out for our valuable stuffs, passports and wallets.He shared many past experiences and rich stories with us through the trip, making our long bus rides more entertaining and shorter than they really are. Besides that, he made a lot of effort to explain to us how to fill in the tax rebate forms and the process of claiming the tax rebate.Most importantly, he is really friendly and funny. I had an excellent experience in Balkans. Thanks to a very experienced and excellent tour manager.Lastly, I also very appreciated our Coach Captain, Mr Zelimir. He is very helpful and friendly. Especially when raining, he asked us just left our luggage at outside the coach and quickly get on the coach. He helped us to move all the luggage into the coach. This is so touching!Thank you Sebastian and Mr Zelimir!!

It was an fantastic trip for me. Each and every stops were having its beautiful scenic even on the bus while travelling to another destination. Arrangement and tips by tour manager were all well planned. Feel grateful to have a tour manager where you can have no worries during my trip and enjoy to the max as you can.

Didnt know what to expect as this was the 1st tour we signed up with EU but the tour turned out great. Weather was unexpectedly kind to us except the last 2 days but that didnt stop us from having a good time. Many long walks (and climbs) but the sceneries are breathtaking.Sebastian (Xiao Mai) is definitely one of the best tour managers I hv come across, he ensures we hv the daily info on weather/temperature, how much local currencies we shud change, etc. and he can sing too!! �Sebastian together with our Coach Captain, Mr Zelimir, ensured we got to our destinations safe and the bonus stop for our FUN with snow in Austria was FANTASTIC!!Thank you Sebastian and Mr Zelimir!!

My wife and I were actually sceptical about joining tour groups (we usually plan our own holidays). As this is our maiden trip to Europe, we thought it might be better to follow a guided tour. EU Holidays and especially Veron immediately changed our views from the day we met at Changi Airport.The itinerary + optional tour was carefully planned out so that our time was fully maximised. I think we are very lucky to have Veron as our tour manager. She is a very responsible, meticulous, resourceful, knowledgeable and fun-loving person who makes sure everyone of us is well taken care of. She also has an amazing ability to deliver 1-2hr of non-stop history lessons so that the 2-4hr long drives between cities are not boring. And I think she can do standup comedy too! We really had fun with her for the 10 days and the group also felt like a big family.Places covered: Pisa, Rome, Siena, Bologna, Cinque Terre, Venice, Milan.Seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa, stepping into the Coliseum, visiting Vatican City and taking the gondola ride is a big tick off my bucket list.Thank you EU Holidays! I am very happy to learn that Chris Teo is still providing very good service. My family and I have had been following Chris Teo since 1998 (19 year’s) during SA and until now in EU.
