My Sister’s family, Hubby and I just came back from our Holiday and we had the most fantastic time. We made a lot of new friends and Jia Fu the tour manager. He is very professional. He kept reminding us throughout the trip to look out for our passports and wallets. As a lot of us brought a lot of branded stuff from Italy , Switzerland and France, he made a lot of effort to explain to us how to fill in the tax rebate forms and even checked through all the forms for those of us who brought. Without his help the process of claiming the tax rebate would have been so stressful. During our free time at certain destinations he would share with us where the best local food. He would also recommend places to buy cheaper souvenirs and useful items to buy for our friends/families back home. I would definitely recommend EU Holidays to all my friends because of its tour packages and it's professional tour manager. Well done and thank you Jia Fu for the wonderful 15 days. This will be one of our most precious memories.

Our first Italy trip with parent and cousin family..First of all, we are a group of 10 signed this package tour thru M'sia travel agent. But msia side update is slow, we contacted EU directly get faster updates. When our tour Mgr was confirmed, veron contacted me to inform the details of the tour, even send us private email of every details to take note for the trip. We are impressed.We got to know not all optional tour is workable, we are pretty sad. EU might need to replan their tour if optional not workable should not put in optional. When we got to know Florence is not possible, we are really sad. But Veron managed to make it happen for us, we are very happy and appreciated her effort.Veron is a very responsible, fun, kind and knowledgeable tour manager. She is very detailed and taking care of every one of us(total 28pax in our tour).We experienced special case when we heading to Venice, the checkpoint to get permit for bus was crazily long q, but Veron managed to go with Plan C to take us take public train to take the private ferry was arranged for us.. she told this is the very first time in her tour guide experience to take public train to Venizia S Lucia and took private ferry to Venice with too much delay.. we are all happy with the impromptu experience to take public train. Too much to say but difficult to put everything in words. Overall, very good experience with EU on our first Europe trip, this is much to thanks to Veron. We all appreciate her effort and would definitely recommend frens and relative to join her tour if possible. �

Overall good experience with EU package and tour manager. Our tour manager was attentive and ensured that the tour plan ran smoothly. I would recommend all to try out EU holiday’s packages!I admire Chris’s capability to take care a group of 35 pax. The whole trip was packed with activities and we felt that it was being well planned. Though I wished my partner and I had extended a couple of days to explore Italy on our own. We have opted for most of the optional tours and it was eye opening for us! However, It would have been better if we had enough time to visit Lugano on the first day of our arrival.Chris has done a good job by keeping us entertained through out the entire bus journey. Many times he would share his knowledge and experience about the surrounding histories.There was an instance where one of us got lost in a huge crowd and he put in efforts just to look for the missing one. During one of the free & easy day, he suggested a few activities and brought us there without complains.P/S: Special thanks to Chris for lending us his phone charger and wine opener!

My family's first trip to Europe with EU Holidays was nothing short of fun and magnificent. The itinerary was planned very well and allowed us to see and enjoy the best of the attractions thoroughly. Connie was the tour manager for our group and her professionalism throughout the trip is greatly commended! There were several hiccups with the novice driver but Connie was able to rectify the problems and even went out of her way to treat us dinner as compensation. She made sure that my family was seated together on the flights and helped swap seat numbers with other passengers when we were assigned separate seats. The long bus rides were made entertaining with her stories and jokes, and the trip made safe and assuring with her knowledge and sense of responsibility! We truly enjoyed our trip to Italy . It was indeed a pleasant and money worthy trip.Given the amount of money we paid, we are very satisfied.1. Trip Itinerary:Chris brought us to the scheduled places without missed. I have to say it was not easy to take a big group of 34 tourists but he was patient and attentive to our paces and questions, Basically we covered most of the important places in Italy. There is only one problem that I am not really happy is the 1 day free day in Bologna. Basically we did not know what or where to go but luckily Chris arranged some shopping therapy for us. So at least we did not waste our 1 day in Italy doing nothing.2. Accomodation & foodI wont complain much about the accommodation as I know the prices we have paid were really cheap. Nevertheless, we managed to stay in 2 to 3 very descent hotels. The food was so so though. Maybe i just prefer asian foods.3. Value for moneyA big Yes.We will definitely choose EU travel again in near future.

This is my very first time to join tour for my holidays. After researching throughout all of the travel agency in Singapore, end up me and my friends decided to join EU for our very first time Europe trip.We were lucky to have Connie as our tour manager throughout the whole trip. Everything was well planned, followed by schedule and even have more free time to let us do some shopping and explore the new places that was not included in the itinerary. Those hotels was up to our expectation, clean and comfortable enough. Especially thanks to Connie even helped my bf to arrange and gave me a wonderful proposal in Paris�Is truly recommended for those who intend to go Europe but have limited time to plan, all of us had a memorable Europe trip with EU.

Had a great 2 weeks holiday in Europe with EU Holiday. Our tour manager, handsome Michael Yap, was an awesome and great guy. Always remind us to take care of our personal belongings and stay safe and we can see how important is his reminder. He is very good at building rapport among the travellers that he's handling. He also never missed of informing us how long is the journey from 1 place to another and given us the information 1 day at a time is actually very good. I'm glad that we chose EU holiday and are very contented. The ferry and train chartered just for us, we do not need to wait or line up for any admissions. We are treated like the VIP. We do not need to worry about anything, just wait for his instructions and information and we enjoyed our holiday.

Eight of us jointed the above tour and very happy with the tour manager Mr Sabestian secivese. He not only very well carry out his duty thought out the tour, he also use his, rest time helped all the 24 customers for our personal shopping tour.

Sebastian was an amazing tour guide. In every country we went to, he provided very useful and interesting facts about the area. He is very outgoing and friendly, which makes it easy to listen to his information and he kept us all very engaged the whole time. I was truly mind-blown by all the knowledge he has on each city and their respective cultures.Sebastian was also our "father" for the trip. He constantly reminded us to take note of our belongings because pickpocketing was a serious issue in some of the countries we visited.Over the course of the trip, Sebastian became like a friend to my entire family. He is easy-going, fun to talk to and very entertaining in general. Long and dreary bus rides were made more bearable thanks to him. Furthermore, he provided us with excellent recommendations on where to eat when meals were not provided by the tour.All in all, what could have been a very dreary and tiresome trip was made unforgettable thanks to our amazing tour guide, Sebastian. I believe that a good experience is always important but to me especially, as it was my first time visiting Europe. Should I have had a poor first experience there, I would not have wanted to return. Now, I can't wait to go back again and will definitely recommend EU Holidays and especially Sebastian to anyone planning on going.

This was the first time my family and I engaged a tour agency to go on a group tour and we weren’t exactly sure on what to expect. Right from the beginning at Changi Airport, Sebastian gave us detailed instructions of what we should do and how about we should go.Though the whole trip, our kind tour manager was very considerate about our preferences. He always ensure that our dietary requirements were met as my family didn’t consume beef or pork. Also, he always ensured that my family and I stayed as close as possible in the hotels to the best of his ability. One good example was when we stayed in Rome, he exchanged his room with my parents’ room to ensure the five of us stayed on the same level at least. It was such a kind gesture that warmed our hearts right from the start. He displayed his professionalism at all point of time, giving us detailed explanations about the places we were going to. Sebastian was so knowledgable, always making our long bus rides interesting by giving us so much of information on the history of the countries we visited. My favourite part of the bus rides were the little questions he asked us before giving us valuable information. He always took the extra step to constantly remind us to take care of our belongings and be aware of the surroundings. Even though, as an individual, we should always be careful, the constant reminders kept us more alert. Sebastian also has one of the best taste buds I’ve known, every shop he recommended my family to dine in, they served delicious food. Through the entire trip, he has become a good friend who constantly looks out for every one in the group.The trip was through and through enjoyable. Even though there were times that the trip felt rushed, my family and I do not regret going on this trip. It was well spent family time. Everyone who came in the tour together with us were so friendly and thoughtful, looking out for one another. The trip was made such a bliss cause of the rest of the travel mates and of course, thanks to Sebastian.I’d definitely recommend EU Holidays and tour manager Sebastian to my friends and family!!

Really enjoyed the trip as everything was smoothly planned, almost no delays for each sights or stops. Great time management by Sebestian as he would inform everyone about the whole day plan with specific time, so we could prepare ourself of what is expected of the day trip. He will also inform in details like how much money to prepare for the toilet, what to prepare before going down the bus and beware of safety during the trip.There was 1 day where our schedule for the day was quite packed and Sebestian was very flexible in changing the day plan in order for us to enjoy more and not rush the sights. P.S My first time seeing a tour manager dressing so smart everyday.Overall, this package travelling around Europe was wonderful, it allows me to have a feel of the different places. So the next time I could know which place in Europe I would want to explore more. Also the bonus 2N in Dubai was great experience too.

His immense knowledge on Europe made our long bus rides more entertaining. While ensuring that the tour had fun, he constantly reminded us of the safety precautions that we must take to make full use of the trip. Simple reminders like " Please make sure your valuables passport everything is with you " really helps to make sure that we are accountable for what we have and we do not make our trip to Europe a bad one. He catered to everyone's personal needs as much as he could so that we still stay comfortable in a different continent. He shared past experiences, stories and interacted with us alot through this trip, making the bus rides shorter than they really are. Most importantly, he became a good friend that we could always rely on in a foreign land. I had an excellent experience in Europe thanks to a very experienced, excellent tour manager. We are truly satisfied and impressed with Mr. Roger Koh's service. He is alway ready to assist the group tour for the above. He is very responsive, answering calls and messages. What impressed me most was his professionalism. He took great photos during the tour groups, and always updates his daily events and goods schedule for our daily meals. He explains clearly what are the regulations and process. He is very experience, humble, patient, has great confidence and very efficient. He never complains, and provides great advice.Once we reached the hotel and booking has done, he will update us the weather forecast on the next day trip so we will prepare what to wear for the outing. He also assist to take photographer for each and everyone. As I was limbing left leg and inconvenient to climb the step he is alway there to assist and keep watch during the journey to make sure for safety measure is number one.During the long journey we have problem like toilet break, he would help us to resolve it and minmize our anxiety.I truly appreciate his amazing and Efficient, Trustworthy Excellent Professionalism Service and commitment to us as a Tour Manager who did extra miles in his career path.Last but no least, I want to thank the bus captain Mr Boban for all his help during the trip.
