Tour: Winter Finland & King Crab SafariDeparture Date: 3 Dec 2019Tour Manager: Ricky WooWe were in the safe hands of Ricky for the slightly eventful tour.One of the drivers was not that cooperative, a wallet was misplaced, a missed/delayed baggage by the airline overnight, a coat and glasses left behind at previous locations etc. Murphy’s Law was v much present on the tour.... but all these, Ricky took it in his stride and tried to help the tour members; chill as a cucumber and not everyone might know the issues that happened on the tour.We could tell that Ricky had tried to ensure that the tour went on smoothly. Even though we did not join the Tallinn excursion, Ricky still extended the same service to us and checked if we needed help.Out in the cold wilderness, Ricky tried his best to take photos of the aurora shots for the group when most of our hands were all freezing cold.Whilst not everyone had good shots with the aurora, Ricky tried to check with numerous local agencies for an optional customised tour for the gp. Even when that did not take off, Ricky led the gp on a memorable night walk to the lake to look for the aurora on a < minus 18dc night till midnight.Our family had a wonderful holiday to Finland. Thank you Ricky!

The Finland tour itinerary was very well paced, packed with activities yet gave us sufficient rest time. Andy Yuan, our tour manager, was always wearing a smile and ready to help. He was very patient with the group and never once lost his cool. He is very experienced, provided very accurate and good advice, kept the group safe and entertained. He was quick and decisive in managing unforeseen circumstances. He was very patient and always attended to the needs of all travellers. He helped the whole group take a lot of photos during the various activities despite the cold.Great accommodation: Hotel rooms were very comfortable and located at walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants.Food: Average. Generally quite salty and only some meals are included in the package. The Chinese dinner was great!Itinerary: Generally quite well-paced, but there were many long bus rides to get from one place to another.Thank you, Ricky for the amazing experience at Finland and Norway. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves!

Sebastian is very professional and gave clear instructions, which makes our shopping and our tax refund procedures seamless. He was able to ensure that everyone was on time and a a result, we did not have to rush through anything. Strong tour manager is essential for Long and complex trips like this. Comprehensive briefing on all the sights that we visited as well. Good food along the way .The itinerary was comprehensive and is good for first timer to Europe, as you get to touch and go quite a number of places. Hotels this round were surprising good. Snow was sufficient in Interlaken and kids had fun sledging there during our own free time.Only disappointment was that we did not go sledging, as per the initial itinerary, as we enjoyed this part tremendously in our previous trip with EU to Europe.

Knowing that we missed the sledging at Mount Bussalp due to the snow condition, he made extra effort to ensure kids were not disappointed by renting the sledges for us at Klein Scheidegg out from his own pocket. Although the itinerary was tiring, we still had a fun and fulfilling experience. Thanks Sebastian!
