I embarked on 10 June for the 12Days Indulgence France tour conducted by Sabestian Mak and had a memorable experience. Mak was knowledgeable about the history of Europe and gave an entertaining and informative account of how the Roman Empire gave rise to various developments in France. He was courteous made it a point to address our requests and concerns. He is also very approachable. Thank you Mak and EU holidays!

Our family just returned from our central Europe (13D10N Italy Switzerland France) vacation led by tour manager, Ong Jiafu and we could not be happier! Jiafu was outstanding, extremely passionate, engaging, informative as well as entertaining. This was our very first group tour with an agency as we have always opted for free and easy in the past. Since my teenage daughter had never been to Europe, we wanted to see as much as we could within 2 weeks. The itinerary offered by EU Holidays seemed to meet our needs. Our friends who have used various travel agencies also strongly suggested EU Holidays. Prior to the trip, Jiafu sent us messages on tips and articles to prepare us for the trip, in particular warning us on the issues of the pick-pockets. Throughout the trip, he constantly reminded us and always helped keep a look out for us. Personally, I was a near-victim, as one of the gypsies unzipped my bag while the syndicate tried to target our group outside the Colosseum. Thankfully nothing was stolen. My daughter fell ill shortly after that start of the vacation. Jiafu was caring and checked on her condition daily. He managed to direct us to the nearest available clinic and pharmacy. Jiafu is very knowledgeable on luxury goods and full of “lobang”. We learned so much from him. He gave very good advice on what and where to buy souvenirs for ourselves and friends. Indeed, we received a lot of compliments from our friends with the fruit peeler gifts. We also enjoyed our group members, friendly, fun and always helping to keep a look out for each other, and offering to help with photos. Most of the hotel stays were good. The Trubsee Alpine Lodge hotel at mid-way to Mount Titlis was one of the highlights. We had such fond memory walking around the lake after dinner. Food wise would prefer to stay with local, after all we were there to experience the culture and food. Perhaps EU Holidays can consider to include a half day winery tour in Tuscany/Florence. We would also like to compliment the coach driver Mira. He had such great chemistry with Jiafu. Mira was awesome, great attitude, knowledgeable on the routes, helped load/unload our heavy luggage without any complaint and most importantly, a safe driver. Regardless of how good the itinerary may be, the tour manager can make or break the trip. Jiafu made the trip a very special, memorable one for our family and will be cherished for many years to come. We would especially like to commend Jaifu for his professionalism and superlative skills.

He is very experienced, honest, and he is also someone that sincerely gives his best to lead this tour which makes him a trustable and reliable tour leader. Also, he takes time and effort to personally get to know each and every one of us and that is something very heartwarming. On the first day of the tour he facilitated ice breaking games that helped the 31 of us in the tour group get to know each other more and I thought that that idea was really interesting. He really tried his best to make the trip enjoyable for everyone - from entertaining us during bus rides with his jokes and stories, to making sure that we were given enough free time, to making sure that we don’t have to walk too far from where the bus alights us to our destination, greeting us good morning during breakfast, thanking us for being patient and waiting whenever we had to wait / there was a delay, initiating to help us take group pictures / family pictures, patiently answering every single one of our questions and many more. It’s really these little details that adds up to make this trip a much more enjoyable one. Also, he takes pride in his work by promoting tours during bus rides through his experiences. Looking forward to the next trip with EU!

I had a great time during my 13d11n eastern europe travel along with my tour manager Jeremiah! He was really friendly and funny, bringing laughter and joy to this trip. Not forgetting that he was responsible in his role as well! It really was a pleasant tour!

We travelled to Eastern Europe with Jeremiah. Everything went smoothly, food was reasonable and hotels were good. The travel itinerary covered heaps of tourist attractions. Good experience.

This is the first time my family travelled overseas together. We were recommended by relatives and friends to join EUholidays' tours and did not regret the time we spent there. Our tour leader Jeremiah is attentive in taking care of our needs and told funny jokes that brighten our coach rides. He deliberately took care of each family/groups' needs and took time to get to know each member on tour, ensuring that no one is left out.

We chose EU because of their very interesting itinerary. Hotels used are very good and really value for money. Tour managers are really great bunch of people.. very caring, personable and meticulous with details so that no one is caught unawares in what to prepare.
