We went on a 14D11N Italy, Switzerland, France + 2N Dubai tour led by Jiafu, from 13 Feb to 28 Feb 2020. The tour was well-organised with ample time for shopping and sightseeing. I would like to commend our experienced tour guide, Jiafu, for making this trip much more enjoyable. Jia fu was very knowledgeable regarding the different historical sites. His explanations were very entertaining and informative. He was also very meticulous and caring. He provided us with daily weather forecasts and advised us on the appropriate winter clothing. He often reminded us to check if we have brought all our belongings, when we moved from site to site. Most importantly, we felt quite safe in Europe as Jiafu gave us tips and pointers on how to avoid pickpockets. We would definitely return to EU for another trip.

Tour Name: 14D11N ITALY SWISS PARIS (W) + 2N DXB Date: 14th-28th Feb 2020 Customer Service : Apple Oon Tour Manager: Jia Fu Ong We started out very nervous as it was our first time signing up for a tour group package. But Apple Oon (Customer Service) replied all our email enquiries within the same day with clear details and answers that gave us the confidence to drop by their Suntec office to confirm the trip. Apple made sure we understand what every document meant before we sign on it and also kept us updated on the tour group status (10 out of 15pax signed up then)till it was confirmed. Many thanks Apple! Admittedly the trip did not start off well as the world started to feel the Corvid-19 virus effect. We started hearing news of tourist attraction closing, airport quarantining tourist and such. But once the Tour Manager Jia Fu was assigned, he immediately started to bring us back to the holiday mood again. Even before the departure date Jia Fu was always in contact with us from technical things like passport details, dietary preference, room arrangement and airplane seat preference. To even tips like travel wallet suggestion, pickpocket stories, prevention technique and travel suggestion like what to wear/buy for this trip! Originally we thought that a usual tour manager will only appear at the start of the trip, only to reappear at the end. But not Jia Fu, on the plane/bus/tourist spot his voice/instruction/nagging will always be heard. Even when you are on free and easy time/in the hotel room, Jia Fu's whatsapp msg will always appear on your phones notification. Its very easy to differentiate someone who is doing his job against someone who loves his job, Jia Fu is clearly the latter. From his never ending history sharing lessons, his love of the European culture, his personal experience to his never ending lobang/friends (eg. Eiffel Tower lighting guy who "turn on the lights" just for us to take photo) this tour has exceeded our exception! I could go on and on about his countless surprises (eg. cakes

Tour name: 14D Italy Swiss France + 2 Dubai By Ek Travelling Date: 25 Jan 2020 Tour manager: Tammy Tan Our Tour Manager who was Tammy added greatly to our visit to Western Europe. She was both accommodating and helpful and we now have a much better understanding of the history of the places we visited. Her advice on places to find "must try" local food, and places to must visit was commendable. She personally put in effort to organise a lo hei session just for the Chinese New Year festive season was something we applaud on too. Nevertheless, she made our honeymoon a memorable and meaningful one!

My husband and I just came back from our honeymoon which is the 14D Italy Swiss France + 2 Dubai tour package by EU Holiday led by tour manager Tammy Tan. We are very impressed by the services provided by our tour manager Tammy as she is very professional, responsible and helpful. Throughout the trip, she would give useful advice and recommendations for each of the locations that we visit be it on shopping deals, what the place is well known for and good food places. In addition, she would always look out for the tour group's safety and welfare by sharing with us safety tips and reminders continuously. Throughout the trip, she would also amend the itinerary after she get the group's consensus to optimize our traveling experience or to suit the preferences of the majority of the tour mates. (i.e. change food places based on recommendation, add shopping stops at outlet or have more time at shopping places that we will be going) We are also very satisfied with services provided by the local guides that were engaged throughout the trip as they are very professional, knowledgeable and responsible as well. (Like our Paris local guide, Valerie who was continuously warning and chasing away pickpockets that approach our tour members during our time with her) Though there is room for improvement for the meals included in the package, we still enjoyed the whole trip thoroughly. We would definitely recommend EU Holidays for others who are looking for Europe tour packages.

I took the package for the 14D11N trip to Italy Swiss France for me and my husband and our 18 mths old. We arrived in Rome directly to meet the group as we are on free and easy in London 5 days before. Tammy is our tour manager and i am very impressed with her immaculate service standards and initiative to assist us. We have a baby stroller with us, and most of the time she offered to help me carry it up and down the bus even without me asking. Also, she knows that we are travelling to Belgium and Amsterdam after our last day in Paris for free and easy. She immediately offered me assistance to help me arrange for my transport and also give me advice on what are the things to take note of. This is the first time we have decided to join a tour group for travelling and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you tammy!!
