10D Eastern Europe....flight cancelled due to technical fault...ShiQin..the tour guide make all the effort ensure the entire group back home by the earliest flight...and the transit at dubai was fast..... Always keep the group update for delay... Very responsible tour guide..

Back from 11D 8N Balkan tour departed on 20/4 lead by tour manager Ricky Tiang. We enjoyed ourselves throughout. Tks to our awesome leader Ricky. He is very experienced n knowledgeable. We are well taken care of and always at our comfy zone. He tell jokes n make us laugh everyday, sing for us with his sore throat voice. Good job Ricky!

Went on a 11D8N Balkan Adventure (20 -30 April) led by Ricky, our tour manager. Ricky is a fabulous tour manager. Not only is he funny, he is one of the most hardworking tour managers i have met. His knowledge on the history of the various cities we have visited was impressive and his suggestions on other interesting optional tours made the holiday exciting. What impressed me most was his willingness to take the risk to bring a group of us who wished to go to Venice. I look forward to go on another tour lead by Ricky. Well done, bro

Tour Package departure on 21 Apr ~ 13D10N in Italy, Switzerland & Paris.  Tour Manager : Sebestian Mak It was such a wonderful trip for me. Tour Mgr has taken good care of us, the tour members. At every provided meals, he would ensure everyone were properly served n settled down happily before he starts his meal. Sebestian has been observance, polite & caring thoughout the entire trip. He often reminds us to be careful of our belongings. He is well versed in many languages & knowledgeable too. On the coach, he often entertained us with jokes n songs at suitable moments. His gesture makes us feel at ease. I would say this was one of the most memorable trip I ever had & shall recommend EU Holidays to my all friends. For me...I would definitely come back to EU for my next trip with my family.�

11D8N #Europe Highlights Departure Date : 18 Apr 2017 Tour Manager : Kevin Cheng It's my first trip to Europe and traveling with EU holidays. Although this tour encountered some minor problems ..... bus break down ''(x_x) The surprise is that our travel manager Kevin Cheng did not cancel our trip because of the bus down, he re-arrange our trip so that we would not miss our trip. Our group of a member, wallet and passport was stolen, lucky got our travel manager Kevin Cheng to help, so that the unlucky man can be a smooth return to country, but the money .... >.< But anyway, this trip is very pleasant, if got next trip, I will choose EU holidays again !!!

Thanks to our Tour Manager, Kevin Cheng, everything went rather smoothly despite a couple of unexpected challenges along the road. He managed those glitches quite well, earning the trust and confidence of the group that we are well taken care of. It was my family’s first time in Europe and this particular package/itinerary suited our purpose very well. We wanted to get a taste of key European countries and we definitely got that (and more than expected).I always thought that one’s first visit to a country is very important. Everything must work out fine in order to leave a good impression of the country and, thus, make you want more of it. Well, thanks to EU Holidays and Kevin and their superb customer service, we definitely plan to revisit and explore more of Europe in the future. Travel date: 03 - 12 Mar 2017 Tour manager (Tour FRIEND): Ricky Woo My first trip to Europe with my Wife for our Honeymoon and more importantly for the Northern Lights( must see before I die). The itinerary was well planned and we truly enjoy the trip. It was a well balance with some free time/days for you to spend with your loved ones.  RICKY Passion, funny personality and humbleness really makes the long bus ride felt like a short one. Always there to facilitate and make sure every tiny detail is not missed. Truly a Pro in what he is doing and thanks to his aurora song, we finally got to see the Northern lights. It was a memorable one,  Would definitely be going for another trip with EU holidays, probably with the same group of people and tour manager. Once Again, Thank you Ricky and EU for the wonderful experience.

Travel date: 03 - 12 Mar 2017 Tour manager: Ricky Woo It's our first trip to Europe and travelling with EU holidays have changed my perception of a usual traditional tour. Surprisingly we were not the only honeymoon couple in the group. I guessed we made the right choice. The itinerary was well planned so we can enjoy the trip at ease, hassle free. It also comes with some free time/days for you to spend with your loved ones. It was a fun-filled trip with nature and fun activities. Last but not least we got to see the spectacular Northern lights on 1 of the days and we felt so lucky that we managed to see it at least... maybe the aurora song from Ricky works �. It was a memorable one. Some thought that we spent a lot more than what we actually paid for a trip like this. Would definitely consider going another trip with EU holidays, probably with the same group of people and tour manager.

Even though we did not get to see the Aurora Lights 4 nights in a row, we saw it on the night after Ricky taught us to sing the Aurora song in the coach. It is such a thrill to chase the Northern Lights via Snow Mobile at -21 degrees. The itinerary is generally well organised and thoughtfully planned. It is truly once for a lifetime trip to be able to catch the King Crab and enjoyed the King Crab Meal afterwards. So cool to be able to stay in the igloo house with individual sauna facility. My friends thought that I have paid much more for this trip than I actually have. My hubby and I had so much fun and we truly appreciate Ricky's effort to look after us during the trip. He is friendly and cheerful and always making sure we are well taken care of. We will definitely join EU Holidays again!
