Especially after the night that we stay in igloos hotel ,that morning after the hasky ride we are supposed go south to Innari but you worry that we may cannot find a good lunch during halfway stop, insisting the driver to go north to the holiday hotel (although that the driver is not happy about that but you insist) which we had stay before to let us have a good lunch there, than proceed to south to Santas hotel  We are really very appreciated that you had make a very good decision for us even that every hotel we stay you also make sure that we can had our meals Thank you Ricky look forward to joint you for another trip to Europe again

Went on a 13D Italy Switzerland France trip with hubby @[1050950528:Taylor Eng] as our honeymoon! Was guided by Connie Hay and she made our trip memorable! Honestly, without her ever ready to help spirit, we will not be able to handle when I fell sick and needed a Dr. Her friendliness and forthcoming attitude gave me a 'big jie jie' feel and with her presence, we know we will be in safe hands. Connie is responsible, gave clear instructions and went extra mile for our group needs and requests. She made sure we get the best and did a lot of backend admins and adjustments. 你的努力有被看到!!!!加油!!! Overall, enjoyed our trip but not the long hour bus ride with bad traffic. �

Our tour manager was ever so caring, friendly, approachable and concerned about our safety. She will go the extra mile to help us to plan our F&E days according to our requests. Will choose EU again if I plan to return to europe. Suggestions: Smaller tour group so that there are more space on the coach for people to rest comfortably during long distance rides. Buffer time for bad traffic conditions so that there is longer F&E time.

Came back from 10N Italy Fiesta + 2N Dubai in 1-12 April 17. Our Tour Manager was Sebastian Mak who was very patient & empathetic. For example, he took the efforts to explain the complicated European history, answering questions about the cumbersome tax refund process, & walking as slow as possible while he waited for the elderly to catch up. Dear eu Holidays, I will like to compliment your Tour Leader Connie Hay for our recent 15D trip to Central Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France) with Dubai, starting on 11 April 2017. She is attentive to everyone's needs and is very observant. She noticed one of us had blood clot in an eye and took the opportunity during our dinner time in Rome to buy for us a bottle of eye drop. As and when she checked with us on the condition. When we were leaving Switzerland, my sister had a very bad sore throat. I'm not sure how she got hold of it, Connie passed 枇杷膏 to my sister and she felt much better after taking it 2-3 times. These are only from our family of 4. We noticed she has helped with a many more requests and conditions from other group members as well throughout the 15 days. We have been to many tour agencies and the Tour Leaders there was nothing like Connie. Along the way, she provided tips on purchases, and even chilli sauce for everyone during our group meals! She has great rapport with the local guides, restaurants, and even helped the drivers to load and unload with our heavy luggages every time we change hotels! She looks small in size but is strong physically and mentally! Amazing. Being in a big group (38 of us), we understand there are some situations where some has to compromise, and Connie managed the entire trip with an awesome attitude and great amount of patience. This is our first time traveling with eu, and we are highly satisfied. Hope all your tour managers are as professional, well-organised, patient, resourceful, responsible, dedicated, knowledgeable and funny as Connie. She is a great asset and has given us a superb impression of your company.

Europe Highlights 11 days 8 nights. Departure date 07 April  Tour manager: MEI First time with EU. Iternary was splendid. Spent 11 days touring around Germany, Italy, Holland, Switzerland, Paris and Belgium. The trip was very well planned and well lead by our caring and considerate tour manager Mei. She has lead us to places and had planned according to our well liking.She is also very thoughtful for everyone and help whenever possible such as helping to unload baggages and also very caring for the tour group overall. An indeed eye opening experience for those who have never been before and those who would like to return back for more. Overall trip is fantastic. My family and I a group of 13 have just returned from Europe (11D8N Europe Highlight) and totally enjoy this trip with our experienced tour guide Mei (Ms Mei Wai Kuan). This is our 1st time joining EU Holidays was indeed a bit hesitatant if the tour will be good. Surprisingly the entire tour planning was good and our tour guide who is extremely helpful, caring, bilingual and knowledgeable has enhance our overall experience. Tour package: 10D7N Italy Fiesta + 2N Dubai  Travel date: 1-12 April 2017 Tour Manager: Sabestian Mak Just returned from this trip with EU holidays led by Tour manager Sabestian Mak and I am impressed and my expectations for this trip has indeed exceeded!  Prior to the trip, Sabestian was very detailed and organised in sharing with us the itinerary for the trip, as well as going through thoroughly the optional tours, so that we would know which optional tour would interest us in order to maximise both the money spent, and also experience gained. During the trip, all the Programmes and Travelling flowed very smoothly, with little or even no hiccups and thus everyone on trip was able to enjoy all places of interests at ease and also with great comfort. What made this possible was of course our tour manager, Sabestian, as I would like commend him for being so understanding and also an Organised tour manager, such as providing us with enough toilet stops along the way during Long trips by liaising with the driver, being able to differentiate the differing needs of individual Travellers and thus was able to accommodate to various needs and wants such as balancing out between those who preferred to shop and sightsee. He is also very well versed with the history of the place, and in the aspect of differing religions, as he meticulously and conscientiously shared with us the vast history of Italy and I have gained even deeper insights and knowledge into the places, and not just enjoy them on surface level. More importantly, Sabestian is a special tour manager as he provides entertainment on board long and tiring journies, such as sharing stories, singing songs for us, and playing movies on the bus. This had strengthened the bond within the tour group and in fact everyone grew close!  This will be an impactful and memorable trip for me, given I am only 18 years old Travelling alone after having graduated from Junior College, and my parents have grown more confident for me to travel with EU holidays in the future given the safety and good service that this company and Sabestian have provided. This has boosted my interest and confidence to travel with tour the next time, as my first trip with a tour group has indeed exceeded my expectations !  Thank you EU holidays and keep up the good work!

13D10N Italy-Switzerland-France + 2N Dubai trip Departure Date: 24 Mar 2017 - 08 Apr 2017 Tour Manager: Ng Shi Qin This is my first Central Europe trip from EU Holiday.  Both my husband and I enjoyed the trip very much. Shi qin is a very cheerful, helpful and responsible tour manager. She is thoughtful enough to remember each of our tour members birthday and picked great opportunities to celebrate them during the trip. She brought lots of laughter and joy with her sense of humor to us and made those long bus rides seem much shorter. Shi qin definitely deserves a thumbs up! We will consider EU holiday again on our next Europe trip!

Balkans Winter 24Mar to 2Apr Our tour leader Mei It has been a very refreshing trip without fuss but lots and lots of surprises. Mei is Super professional in her leading. She is knowledgable. Many stories to tell. She has the historical background of places we went at the back of her hand. With her wisdom, she planned and arranged every move carefully. We were informed of delayed lunch a day ahead or an early meal.  We have jokes n fun n lots of nice pretty pictures taken. Mei interacts with all of the different groups,no one was left out.  Mei, thank you so much. Our family of six truly enjoy ourselves because u were there for us.

14D #Italy-Switzerland-France + 2N #Dubai Departure Date : 17 Mar 2017 Tour Manager : Tammy Tan Jiang Xin It's been 3 days since my wife and I came back from our Italy-Switzerland-France-Dubai trip under EU Holidays. We are still trying to get over with the jet lag. When we were first approached by Mee Wong Lam to join them on this trip, we were a bit wary as we know nothing about EU Vacations (KL) and EU Holidays (Spore). I googled and read some reviews on Trip Advisor but got some not so encouraging reviews which were dated back to 3-4 years ago. After calling and talking to the EU people in KL, we were more convinced and decided to sign up late February 2017. My first impression of Tammy when we met at Changi Airport on 17th March 2017 was not as what I expected, looks can be very misleading. But I was so wrong about that. After we departed and landed in Rome, that was when we saw the real her, caring and considerate and see to everybody's needs especially the special ones and the seniors. All the tourmates loved to hear her babble on the bus telling us all sorts of stories and tales and sometimes it was so soothing that many of us couldn't go to sleep without hearing her voice! But seriously, she gave us lots of info and tips just about everything we need to know at every place. Her knowledge of shopping is amazing. For a girl, she even go to the extent of hauling our heavy luggage bags at every possible situation. I was very taken in by the arrangements she made prior to every hotel we were settling in on our trip and even taking our case with the hotel management when things weren't so right. Kudos! Would I go on another trip with her? 100% double confirmed. EU Holidays Pte Ltd is very fortunate to have a tour manager like Tammy. Her enthusiasm and dedication towards job should make the company proud. Keep it up Tammy. Overall EU Holidays has done a good job by giving us some extras like an extra day in Rome and also putting us in Changi Premium lounge for breakfast before departure. We love the nice Hilton Hotel in Venice, Lucerne and Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel in Interlaken. Thanks a lot Tammy especially your trouble in making sure my wife's special needs were seen to and provided for. This is our maiden trip with EU and also a last minute trip I decided to undertake with son as a reward for his good A level results before his NS enlistment. I am fortunate to be assisted by your MIss NG Huay Cheng. She is extremely understanding and cheerful! She also possess the can-do attitude and will check with the ticketing staff etc regarding my enquiries efficiently.  We embarked on the 11d8n adventure to the balkans on 24 March 2017 led by your experienced tour guide, MEL. We have gotten good accommodation, super brand new coach with an efficient coach captain who does his job quietly and reasonably good meals throughout the trip.  MEL is a kind lady who treat all with respect. Emergencies were dealt with calmly by her. She is also strong for a lady of her age and would even assist the coach captain on the loading/unloading of our luggages amongst other physical works. Our tour members are super nice and welcoming too We look forward to another trip with EU!
