I am writing this as a customer of EU Holidays, having taken up the 11d Europe trip beginning 19th December, with Mr Chong Hwee Min as the tour manager. Mr Chong was very calm, steady and knowledgeable throughout the trip, ensuring that the entire trip ran very smoothly, with no undesirable incidents (theft, pickpockets, getting lost) occurring to any of the customers. He was extremely patient, never losing his cool despite the occasional lateness by some members of the group, and handled various questions by the tour group with aplomb. Most importantly, Mr Chong went the extra mile and had a very personal touch. I chose this trip to propose to my girlfriend. Mr Chong not only gave very useful suggestions on possible venues for the proposal, but went the extra mile and offered to help buy a bouquet of roses for the event. On top of it, he surprised us with a bottle of champagne during dinner on the final night to congratulate us on being engaged. Overall, the trip was very well planned and well organised, but the presence of Mr Chong made the trip extra special and memorable.

Amazing trip to Europe with hui qing as our tour leader. She was really cheerful throughout the trip and took good care of her dear tour members. Tours led by her were interesting and fun as the bus ride talks were engaging. She was also prompt in briefing us about the schedules throughout the trip, informing us on any changes and even brought local shows and movies to play and entertain us when the bus rides were long. She also catered well to our needs by telling us where the nearest convenience stores were to purchase mineral water and other daily necessities. Sometimes she would even treat us to some of the local delights and even show us where the stores selling them were and which brand/shop had the best n cheapest kinds. She is awesome and we are glad that we have joined EU in this journey with the greatest tour lead accompanied... good job Hui Qing

Enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Shiqin has been very patient throughout the entire trip. She is knowledgeable about the places we are visiting and would share some history about them. Shiqin would always give us reminders and tips to take care of our belongings.Throughout the trip, she was caring towards all the tour members especially members with kids and elderly couple. She has never leave anyone behind and she took extra effort to help the elderly Uncle up and down the bus.Overall, Shiqin is a very responsible and a caring tour manager who displayed empathy and patience throughout the entire trip even though there were a few tour members who were difficult to manage. Her well-planned time management with the coach drivers and her experience in handling a large group of tour members from different walks of life enabled us to fulfil all the traveling, dinning & sight-seeing destinations on time.

I'm very glad to have joined EU holidays for my first trip to Europe and Dubai as I managed to visit many attractions and also had much shopping time during the trip. The tour manager, Kevin, was very well-informed and responsible as he often took the initiative to share with us shops and places that we could buy cheap and good souvenirs and food from, and he also meticulously arranged the roomings in different hotels every night so that everyone in the tour group was satisfied with their rooming arrangements. He also constantly made sure that everyone in the tour group was present when we arrive and before we left any place. As there were both English and Chinese speaking families in our tour group, Kevin made sure that he translated what he said so that everyone could understand. The local tour guides arranged to guide us were also very knowledgeable and helpful. For example, in Paris, the local tour guide alerted everyone to pickpockets walking beside us by shouting very loudly for us to beware, allowing members at the back of the group to also be alerted. I personally feel that more time could be spent in some of the places (like Brussels and Germany), as we were there for only a short while before leaving for another place but otherwise I was generally very impressed with the service provided by EU holidays. Will definitely consider to join EU again next time!
