I would like to commend on the good services of Shirley Wang. I have not yet been on a tour with EU holidays though I heard very positive reviews of them. I think while the tour managers are important in each tour group, your first touch point in a company is very critical too. I am lucky to have met Shirley as she helped me with loads of questions, my plan changes etc. She is so patient and professional and always comes back promptly with good and sound advice. I am not sure if my next trip will materialise (due to my personal reasons) but EU will definitely be my choice because of the good services from Shirley!

We brought my mother in law with us and is her first trip with EU holidays. She is very impressed with Shirley's hospitality. She has been on many tour groups but none has impressed her as much as Shirley and she hopes our next trip can be with Shirley again.Throughout the trip, Shirley has been fun, helpful, informative, experienced, advisable and we had alot of fun with her. My husband and I joined the 11D/8N tour to Turkey with tour manager Shirley Wang in Nov2019 (11MTISTW16/19EK). Shirley is a very fun person to be with. She will take care of all aspects within the tour package, but she will also try her best to accomodate to requests. For instance, we spent two nights at Cappadocia, we took the hot-air balloon on the first, but we didn't have a good opportunity to view the balloons in the air from a good viewing location. The group feedbacked to Shirley, and she arranged for an adhoc stop the next day for the entire group to take more pictures. The group was overjoyed. There is also another instance where our bus was stuck in a tunnel in Istanbul for a good 45 minutes due to a traffic accident. Shirley kept the group entertained with singing and cracked jokes. The hotels were generally good. There were some days where the travelling times on the bus was just too long because of distance (Turkey is a big country). The meals were mostly local fare consisting of salads, and either beef or chicken, there were also one or two meals with fish. The tour group also arranged two dinners of Chinese food and a steak burger lunch (optional tour). Overall, we had a wonderful time in Turkey but we felt that we could have been more relaxed if there was another extra day.
