First of all, I would like to thank our handsome tour manager for the arrangements and everything.Thank you for helping me to solve the problem of my luggage on the very first day of our arrival at Prague airport due to the damage of my luggage during the transit .Secondly, when my turn to check in luggage, I again facing some problems and thanks Ricky for his alert and assist to solve my problem once again. I was so impressed and appreciate!Well~ overall this trip was a successful ones. Thanks for being so thoughtful and taking care of us during this trip. One of our tour group members was sick and he was kind enough to help her. Beside that, he also arranged birthday cake surprises for the birthday members ~ He even forked out money to buy some snacks and shared with us on the coach. Indeed a thoughtful tour managerI still remember I ran out of the currency in Poland and he was kind to lend me his money as there’s no money changer in that area.My friend and I really enjoyed the trip so much and hope we still have chance to have him as our tour manager in our next travel itineraries.Keep it up Ricky!

My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with the services provided for this trip. From Day 1. I do notice that Ricky has put in his best effort to serve our group, which consist of 16 clients with different back ground. With detailed briefing and explanation to ensure that every members in the groups understand and agrees to cooperate. From airport to airport with transit and team movement are well arrange. Each morning and night he will brief us on what to expect for the day, or prepare for the needs of each places and next day preparation. Well verse and have good knowledge in all the locations that he has brought us there. Good communications and works well with the hotels reservation, drivers and local tour guide. Provides good quality services with good relationship with customers, friendly, helpful and calm at handling situation. Some of the customers were competitor's and were posting difficult questions and requesting for special request and also the shopping mates requesting for more time to do their shopping.We were very satisfied with the arrangement of the timing and glad that the accommodations was well arrange. Every sightseeing spots were accordingly to the itinerary and there is not hiccup or in any delays. We were very impressed with his efforts and commitment serving with passion and responsibilities. We highly recommended him to our friends to organise more trips for Europe tours with EU Holiday. We look forward for him to help us to organise a Northern Light trip in March 2018.

I’m so glad he is ours guided he make sure all his groups enjoy the sightseeing he will go around asked how the foods .. when come to us he make sure we got food that we can take likes fish or beefs.. so nice of him . It’s was a wonderful and a pleasant experience to travel with EU.. thank you Ken Yong who make make travel worth..you really are the best �tour guide..

My family and I just came back from our holiday with EU holidays, we are very happy and satisfied with this package, especially our tour manager Andy Thong.Andy is very caring, patient, responsive, humble and always well-prepared before each of our daily trips. As we have a few members age over 60 and have difficulty with long distance walking, he is constantly on the look out for them, checking on how they are coping by the end of each day. I am very impressed by his caring and responsible attitude. As I myself doesn't eat pork and beef, he will make sure that all my provided meals are replaced without me reminding him at all and what impresses me further is, he even provides most of us with sauces like rendang, belachan, local chili sauce during our meals.I remembered on our 4th day, he bought many of us umbrellas out of his own pocket eventhough, we were reminded by him that it might rain on that day, as most of us choose to ignore him ( prefers holding our hp and camera more than umbrella). I was really touched and most of us felt worse, when he refused us by paying him back.My family and I truly appreciate all that he has done for us during this 13 days . We had such a happy and relaxing holiday under Andy. I would definitely recommend EU holidays to all my families and friends and will definitely mention this awesome tour manager we had.Thank you, Andy Thong and EU for such excellent 13D

We have enjoyed the holidays. Sebastian is very helpful and efficient who ensure everything goes smoothly. Overall we enjoyed our trip very much and would join EU Holidays again!

We went to Eastern Europe recently and had an enjoyable time. Our guide Andy Thong was very friendly, patient and helpful, sharing many tips on food and shopping. Long coach rides were more bearable with entertaining in-coach movies and the little snacks Andy shared. He was well-prepared and ensured everything went smoothly. The tour didn't include porter service, however Andy was always helping with the luggages. Our group moved around in quite comfortable pace as there were a few elders, didn't need to rush too much.The coach was spacious and very clean and our driver Mr.Zika was amazing too, superb. Mr Zika, Andy and the local guides all rendered good service.We are pleased with the tour. If only we could spend a bit more time at beautiful sightseeing spots, ie Fisherman's Bastion ( Budapest ) it would be perfect. Some hotel rooms were quite tight when it comes to triple share.

It was a wonderful tour to Europe n Dubai. Although my wife and I were tired but overall it is still very much worth it to join EU Holidays and under Ricky Tiang's arrangements. He possesses great professionalism with good knowledges on the history of Europe and almost everything there. A well planned itinerary save us time to avoid large crowd and traffic jam. He also took care of older passenger when walking up slope & stairs and always caution us to keep our passport, credit cards and $$$ safe. While traveling on the coach, he was always jovial and entertaining so that we won't feel bored. Definitely, we will go back to EU once we have the next holiday plan.

Our holiday to Italy,Switzerland n France was a wonderful trip. We've made a group of fantastic good company. Schedule rather tight but compromised with good guidance n personal care by our jolly good tour manager Jiafu Ong who extended his personal service beyond his duty. Apart from food and accomodation being mediocre. The company for the whole trip went well. My last trip with EU to Eastern Europe was good. Very good tour manager ( Eddie ) food n accomodation fine,but the group is'nt as good. We'll reccomend our friends to EU for future trips to Europe. 

My hubby and I just came back from our most happy, fun and memorable holiday. The itinerary were well planned, even thought very rush but we are happy. Jiafu our tour manager is fantastic, very professional, efficient, attentive, caring and sometimes act like mafia due to our safety. He always remind us to be mindful of our belonging and safety during the whole trip. He is so entertaining and know so well the history of the country we visited. Beside entertaining he alsopromoting other EU tour such as Eastern Europe.He also help to celebrate birthday for one of our tour member’s son by getting a cake. When we were staying at MT Titlis, Jiafu sponsor wine for the group member gathering to enjoy, telling joke and it was so much fun.He also keep reminding us and helping us how to handle tax refund. This trip have been very enjoyable, fun and we get to know so many new friends and we even have our own Chat group with Jiafu. Eu travel is fortunate to have such a good tour manager: Wang Jai Fu. Well done and thank you Jai Fu for the hard work and arrangement for the wonderful 15 days. We will join EU travel again in our next holiday. This trip is one of the most memorable that we ever have. He always reminds us of our safety and be mindful of our belongings during the whole trip. He is also very entertaining and informative during our travel in the coach by singing song.He did an awesome job in arranging everything and make sure all the tour members are well taken care of. Our group bought a lot of branded stuff and cheap souvenirs from Italy, Switzerland and France, he make a lot of effort to explain over and over again to ensure we fill in the tax rebate form correctly and to deposit it to the letter box on the last day of departure at Paris. Eu travel is fortunate to have such a good tour manager: Wang Jia Fu. Well done and thank you Jia Fu for the hard work and arrangement for the wonderful 15 days. We will join EU travel again in our next holiday. This trip will be one of the most precious memorise for our family of six. Cheer!

Such a memorable experience especially under the leading from the tour manager, Veron..her humor, patience, not forgetting her extreme historical sense of “grandmother “ story about the Italy and Europe, has made us to appreciate more on whatever attraction scenes we saw and visited during the trip..Without her responsiveness and decisiveness, we might not be able to complete Vernice trip and Florence optional tour..Definitely will support Veron again, just like we support EU holiday all this while.

My Sister’s family, Hubby and I just came back from our Holiday and we had the most fantastic time. We made a lot of new friends and Jia Fu the tour manager. He is very professional. He kept reminding us throughout the trip to look out for our passports and wallets. As a lot of us brought a lot of branded stuff from Italy , Switzerland and France, he made a lot of effort to explain to us how to fill in the tax rebate forms and even checked through all the forms for those of us who brought. Without his help the process of claiming the tax rebate would have been so stressful. During our free time at certain destinations he would share with us where the best local food. He would also recommend places to buy cheaper souvenirs and useful items to buy for our friends/families back home. I would definitely recommend EU Holidays to all my friends because of its tour packages and it's professional tour manager. Well done and thank you Jia Fu for the wonderful 15 days. This will be one of our most precious memories.

Our first Italy trip with parent and cousin family..First of all, we are a group of 10 signed this package tour thru M'sia travel agent. But msia side update is slow, we contacted EU directly get faster updates. When our tour Mgr was confirmed, veron contacted me to inform the details of the tour, even send us private email of every details to take note for the trip. We are impressed.We got to know not all optional tour is workable, we are pretty sad. EU might need to replan their tour if optional not workable should not put in optional. When we got to know Florence is not possible, we are really sad. But Veron managed to make it happen for us, we are very happy and appreciated her effort.Veron is a very responsible, fun, kind and knowledgeable tour manager. She is very detailed and taking care of every one of us(total 28pax in our tour).We experienced special case when we heading to Venice, the checkpoint to get permit for bus was crazily long q, but Veron managed to go with Plan C to take us take public train to take the private ferry was arranged for us.. she told this is the very first time in her tour guide experience to take public train to Venizia S Lucia and took private ferry to Venice with too much delay.. we are all happy with the impromptu experience to take public train. Too much to say but difficult to put everything in words. Overall, very good experience with EU on our first Europe trip, this is much to thanks to Veron. We all appreciate her effort and would definitely recommend frens and relative to join her tour if possible. �

Overall good experience with EU package and tour manager. Our tour manager was attentive and ensured that the tour plan ran smoothly. I would recommend all to try out EU holiday’s packages!I admire Chris’s capability to take care a group of 35 pax. The whole trip was packed with activities and we felt that it was being well planned. Though I wished my partner and I had extended a couple of days to explore Italy on our own. We have opted for most of the optional tours and it was eye opening for us! However, It would have been better if we had enough time to visit Lugano on the first day of our arrival.Chris has done a good job by keeping us entertained through out the entire bus journey. Many times he would share his knowledge and experience about the surrounding histories.There was an instance where one of us got lost in a huge crowd and he put in efforts just to look for the missing one. During one of the free & easy day, he suggested a few activities and brought us there without complains.P/S: Special thanks to Chris for lending us his phone charger and wine opener!
