I joined a 13D10N All in Europe Footprints trip from 5-19 October with 2 nights stay in Dubai. Our tour manager was Sebastian Mak.I find Sebastian to be helpful and caring throughout the trip. He listens to our feedback and will try to accommodate our request whenever possible.I am happy with his service and will be glad to join future tours organised by EU holidays.

I joined a 13D10N All in Europe Footprints trip from 5-19 October with 2 nights stay in Dubai. Our tour manager was Sebastian Mak.Sebastian is a passionate, engaging, informative and very entertaining tour manager. He always cracks jokes to make our trip as fun and lively as possible. He also ensures we are informed of the next day schedule the night before and tells us things to watch out for including pickpockets.Overall, the trip is very good and I will be happy to recommend Sebastian and EU holidays to my friends.

We were blessed with beautiful fall foliage in USA and Canada. Our best part though was we had a great Tour Manager in Andy Yuan.He was sreet smart, very helpful, extremely humorous, meticulous in planning such that our tour went smoothly. He took care of the group's needs and comfort very well. He was also very knowledgeable in pointing the places of interest where we visited.He has a way of getting cooperation from all 38 of us such that we were always punctual and in helping one another.Though the bus trips were long but they seemed short with his great story telling skill in entertaining us with his antics and adventures.Thank you EU and thank you Andy

The tour group members and my family, total of 38, were really enjoyed ourselves.Jia Fu, the tour leader had been awesome throughout the trip. Jia Fu is a remarkable tour leader who made sure everything was in place for the trip, especially on the schedule of travelling time of trains to avoid any delay. He ensures the tour group, 38 members, to follow him on board and alight the trains safely.I salute to Jia Fu of his professionalism for the job he has led us. I felt we were lucky to have him to lead for 38 members with no coach or bus but train, train and train to see the beautiful scenery of Switzerland.A BIG thank you to EU Holidays and Jia Fu for the memorable experience.

We enjoyed this trip, thanks to the Tour Manager RICARDO who is so professionaland knowledgeable. He can deal with different age group of the participants and make them feel honored and happy throughout the whole journey. He managed the itinerary well and we are all happy with it. Meals not included in the itineraryhe voluntarily assisted everyone to order the food and make us comfortable withit.  He knows when to deliver the right message and when to make jobs and keepeveryone await in the bus.He devoted himself to his duties, even when he falls sickwhen the trip is coming to the end. The tour is good except that there is still room to improve for the hotel selecting. For the Tour Manager RICARDO, if I use the Diamond Grading Standard, he can scoreD VVS1, a rare gem stone, he is an asset of your firm. I am a repeated customer of your firm, will continue to be, especially your firm has the high standard Tour Leader like Ricardo. Many thanks and see you again soon!  Michael Chan & LIN Chorn Yu

So as you can imagine, it's not always easy considering there were many in their 50s and 60s. But Steve for the most part, did well to manage his stress levels and ensure everyone had a good time for the duration of our trip.Steve looked out for everyone, volunteering to take photos as well as suggest venues for eating, shopping etcPersonally, i found Steve to be a nice guy to chat with and very genuine as well.Thank you Steve for making this trip a very memorable one for all of us.

Just did a 13d10N Central Europe tour from 5 oct to 17 Oct 2018 with Tour manager Sebastian Mak. Defintely an awesome and memorable trip! Our TM tried hard to make the 20 odd of us interact with each other so that we could gradually become comfortable with each other and hence could enjoy the tour even more. Beautiful attractions are better enjoyed with a group of people you feel comfortable with than strangers ya. In the end i even made new friends, which was an awesome bonus from this trip. The longgg bus journeys from one country to another were made very entertaining by Sebastian that i laughed till my sides ached. After the jokes, stories and etc, he still had to patiently answer the 101 questions we had. A lot of extra information on shops, food recommendations were also given. But what helped most was the MANY MANY MANY safety tips and reminders Sebastian gave, and for being alert warning us on the spot when needed. This kept us all safe and not having to leave Europe with the unpleasant experience of getting pick pocketed and etc. All in all, i think this tour was a good memorable experience that came at a reasonable price. :)

I must say it's very awesome experience with well planned itinerary.Along the bus journey, he really entertained and shared valuable knowledges about the US & Canada trip. Every single member really did enjoyed the tour.Mr Andy is an excellent tour leader who made sure everything was in place for the trip, be it places of interest, to our meals, accommodations and the travelling time, to avoid any delay in the schedule.Mr Andy made it to a point to cater to any requests within his means and made everyone in the group feel comfortable throughout the entire trip.It was because his initiative to talk and break the ice, that’s why the group members are able to know one another and be united and cooperative in this group. So far this trip, there are no absolute delays in the whole itinerary.This is the main reason why I decided to join his tour again after my first trip to Finland, that was led by him on Jan 2018.From being stranger to acquaintance to friend, I am really glad that I signed up for this awesome USA and Canada trip.
