Ciao Roma! Start the day with a visit
to the Rome City. Be awed by the
magnificent sight of the Colosseum,
the largest amphitheater ever built
that has a capacity of up to 80,000.
Visit the Vatican City – a walled
enclave within Rome and feast your
eyes upon St. Peter’s Basilica, a
Catholic shrine renowned for its
Renaissance architecture. View ‘The
Pieta’, a magnificent work done by
Renaissance sculptor Michelangelo, as
well as enter the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museum - entrance
included for both attractions. Then,
marvel at the masterpiece of Trevi
Fountain, the city’s largest Baroque
fountain.
Journey south to the well-preserved
ruins of Pompeii. Enjoy a guided tour
of the archaeological site and find out
how this ancient Roman civilization was
buried following the eruption of Mt.
Vesuvius. Explore the well- preserved
buildings, temples and other fully intact
structures, all of which offer an insight
into the fascinating day-to-day lives of
the citizens during ancient times.
Continue to Sorrento, where you will
have some time to walk about the town
beginning from Piazza Tasso and
admire the local traditional craftworks
of wood inlay.
Today, make your way to Amalfi, a
historic town situated along the
picturesque Amalfi Coast. Stop by
Belvedere Positano to admire the
picturesque scenery of this authentic
jewel anchored to the rock. Continue
to Praiano, fishing village and seaside
resort. Last stop at Amalfi, the oldest
Maritime Republic of Italy. See the
Cathedral and enjoy free time at the
lovely old town before returning to
Sorrento.
Enjoy the day free at leisure to explore
Sorrento. You may wish to make an
optional trip to discover the Isle of
Capri. Experience Capri's spectacular
cliffs and take a boat tour to check out
the Blue Grotto, a renowned sea cave
whose waters glow a brilliant shade of
turquoise blue, presenting an
absolutely magical sight. After the
cruise, head up to the town of Capri for
a brief stroll in this jet set haven and
enjoy some local treats.

Escape from the city and make your
way to Civita di Bagnoregio - a village
perched on a precarious rockstack.
Founded in the 7th century and
accessible via a pedestrian bridge,
admire the Romanesque San Donato
Church that sits in the main square.
Then, move on to the mystical town of
Assisi, the birthplace of St. Francis,
under whose protection this medieval
city is said to remain. Make a stop at
the Basilica of St. Francis, before stroll
down to picturesque streets of Piazza
del Comune.
Head to one of Italy’s best-known
luxury shopping outlets under The Mall
and enjoy savings up to 70%! Check
out some of Italy high fashion's biggest
names such as Prada, Ferragamo,
Versace, Armani, Furla and a host of
other fashionable brands. After which,
visit Pierotucci, a leather factory shop
where you can catch the craftsmen in
action! The next stop is Florence, the 'Cradle of the Renaissance'. Stroll around
Piazza della Signoria and its historic
monuments, cross the landmark Ponte
Vecchio bridge, then admire the
legendary Duomo and the iconic
Florence Baptistery of St. John. Enjoy
panoramic views of Florence from the
top of Piazzale Michelangelo.
Brighten your day by proceeding on
today’s highlight, Cinque Terre – an
enchanting cluster of villages perched
on the rugged peaks along the Italian
Riviera coastline. Begin with
Monterosso al Mare, the largest of
the five villages and get on a train to
Manarola. Take a jaunt down
Via dell’Amore, otherwise known as
the ‘Pathway of Love’, and enjoy the
beautiful landscapes and amorous
grafitti along the path. Upon reaching
the end of the path, you will find
yourself in Riomaggiore, a village
boasting romantic vistas overlooking
the Mediterranean Sea. Then proceed to
the famous city of Pisa and its Square
of Miracles to get your pictures taken
with the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Venture to Venice and spend the day
exploring the 'Queen of the Adriatic'.
Board a private water taxi to the heart of
Venice to commence your guided tour –
roam round St. Mark's Square and the
famous St. Mark's Basilica, which is
nicknamed the 'church of gold' due to
its opulent design and gold ground
mosaics. Swing by the Doge’s Palace
and the Bridge of Sighs, two of Venice’s
main landmarks, for some breathtaking
pictures to bring back as mementos.
Lastly, visit a glass blowing factory to
learn more about the art of Murano
glassmaking. Enjoy the rest of the
evening exploring at leisure before
retiring for the night.
Optional: Gondola Ride
Travel to Verona, the home of
Shakespeare's star-crossed lovers,
to admire Juliet's Balcony and the
1st-century Roman arena, that is still
used today to host large-scale opera
performances. Afterward, cross the lush green plains of Lombardy to
sophisticated Milan, Italy’s capital of
design and fashion.
Our first schedule of the day is to
undergo the requisite Pre-Departure
Test together as a group. Afterwards,
set off on an orientation tour that takes
you to Sforza Castle, a majestic fortress
where noble lords of Milan used to
reside. Drop by the grandiose Milan
Cathedral for some shots of the
elaborate Gothic exterior façade. Next,
take a leisure stroll through Galleria
Vittorio Emanuele II for some
shopping, which will then lead you to
Piazza della Scala before we stop by
the lavish La Scala Opera House for
some pictures.

We enjoyed this trip, thanks to the Tour Manager RICARDO who is so
professionaland knowledgeable. He can deal with different age group of the
participants and make them feel honored and happy throughout the whole journey. He
managed the itinerary well and we are all happy with it. Meals not
included in the itineraryhe voluntarily assisted everyone to order the food and make us
comfortable withit. He knows when to deliver the right message and when to
make jobs and keepeveryone await in the bus.He devoted himself to his duties, even
when he falls sickwhen the trip is coming to the end. The tour is good except that there is still room to improve for
