First trip post-covid and I really enjoyed myself in The Netherlands, Bruges and Cologne. Our tour guide Sabestian was knowledgeable and very helpful, always giving clear instructions to ensure our timeline does not get disrupted. He also put in extra effort to make sure he attends to all our needs and requests, which is not that easy especially when we have a big group. The few local guides also did a good job in sharing the highlights of each city/town we visited, and all the guides gave good suggestions on places to eat, things to see and do during our free time. Overall, my mum and I had a fantastic and memorable time in all the areas covered, just wish we had more time in the beautiful cities Bruges and Cologne, as well as Amsterdam itself with the tour group too. Thank you Sabestian for the great tour! Will definitely join more of his tours again

I was lucky to have Sabestian as my tour manager. I joined the land tour and went a few days earlier. However I hurt my back and needed some medicinal plaster from Singapore. I contacted sabestian and he helped me bring over to Amsterdam with no questions asked. In fact I understand that he hurt his neck even before the travel but still persisted to help all the team mates with our bags and things. Sabestian also tried to meet all our needs and it is a tough job managing the requests from 37 passengers. But he still tried his best to meet all our requirements. Well done.

The Netherlands trip was a good mix of free and easy time for our own exploration and guided tours where we can learn more about the rich history of the different cities. The coach was spacious and the tour group friendly.Sebastian, our tour manager, was very knowledgeable on the ways of Europe and taught us all the do’s and don’t’s, going out of his way to make sure we’re comfortable and get the most out of our trip. He’s approachable and our trip could go smoothly thanks to him. Would recommend to go see the beautiful tulips in spring!

Also, we appreciate his detailed sharing about the country and other fun facts that made our bus journey so enjoyable. This is also the first time that we are joining EU Travels and so glad that we have made the right decision! It was really a memorable trip for me and my sisters.
