Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport and depart for Munich, the capital of Bavaria.

Once you arrive, make your way to the town of Fussen, where you will be able to see the façade of the Neuschwanstein Castle, one of the most popular of all palaces and castles in Europe. The biggest draw is that Neuschwanstein was built as a place of retreat for the King Ludwig II, transformed into a medieval dream world filled with his longing and ideals. Thereafter, drive to Wattens and stop by the Swarovski Crystal World, a place that’s home to the world’s biggest crystal, before proceeding to Salzburg for the night.

Discover the beautiful setting of the famous film “The Sound of Music” in the city of Salzburg. Waltz through the lush gardens of Mirabell Palace, and visit the birthplace of famous classical music prodigy Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at No. 9 Getreidegasse. Continue on the walking tour to the Old Town of Salzburg to admire the ensemble of baroque and medieval buildings, and drop by the magnificent Residence Square with its beautiful fountain. Next, proceed to Hallstatt, an incredibly gorgeous village that sits along the banks of Lake Hallstatt in the mountainous region of Salzkammergut. The salt mines in the mountains above the village has made Hallstatt world-famous, along with the glistening views of the surrounding lake and mountain peaks.Later, journey on to the ‘city of music’, Vienna, as the sun goes down. We recommend an optional concert at any of the famous concert halls for your evening’s enjoyment.

Embark on an unforgettable excursion of the romantic capital of Austria, Vienna. Step foot in the renowned Schönbrunn Palace and revel in the stunning interior of the massive 1,441-room baroque complex – think white porcelain tile stoves, exquisite bohemian crystal chandeliers and white-lacquered ceilings and walls covered in gold leaf ornamentation. Then, continue to the glorious Ringstrasse with its wealth of parks and monuments, the State Opera house, the majestic Reichsrat Parliament Building and Rathaus (city hall), and the Hofburg Imperial Palace. Finally, end the day with a visit to one of the most important Gothic structures in Austria – St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Afterwards, carry on to Budapest, the capital of Hungary for the night. Along the way, visit the Designer Outlet Parndorf for a spot of shopping
Get to know the true culture of Budapest, also known as the ‘City of Baths’ through a guided city tour that will help you pack as much as possible into your exploration of the city. The first stop of the tour is the renowned Matthias Church, one of the oldest buildings in Budapest with over 700 years of history and frescoes done by famous Hungarian painters. Next, head up to Gellért Hill next for some of the best panoramic views of the entire city. Continue to Fisherman’s Bastion for a view of the beautiful turrets, see the impressive Heroes’ Square and the Millennium Monument located in its middle, and stroll along the fashionable shopping street, Váci Utca. In the afternoon enjoy a Danube Cruise lunch. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner while being entertained by a Hungarian folk show.
Embark on a scenic drive to Kraków by crossing over the border into Slovakia to wind through Donovaly and past the Tatra Mountains. Proceed to the renowned Wieliczka Salt Mine, a world class monument of Poland that is among the UNESCO’s World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. With a history of several hundred years, the mine has involved the work of tens of generations of Poland miners. Go on a magical journey through the saline labyrinth to learn more about the history and traditions of Wieliczka and get a closer look at the various salt formations and deposits.
Take a trip out of town to the infamous Auschwitz Concentration Camp for a historical tour. Auschwitz was Nazi Germany’s concentration camp and is the establishment of the main extermination camp. The main purpose of the camp was to exterminate the Jews through demanding labour, mass executions, and human experiments. In 1979, it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 2007, UNESCO named the camp “Auschwitz - Birkenau German Nazi concentration and extermination camp (1940- 1945)”. Embark on a half day walking tour of Kraków and see its captivating medieval structures. Visit the Gothic- Renaissance Wawel Royal Castle, and venture down to the historic Old Town to explore Europe’s largest market square along with its medieval houses, palaces and churches. Marvel over the spectacular interior of St. Mary’s Basilica and the medieval masterpiece of the Cloth Hall.
Journey to Wrocław, the historical capital of Lower Silesia in Western Poland. The town is perched on the Odra River along with the veritable maze of islands and bridges have thus earned it the nickname ‘Venice of Poland’. Explore the Old Town of Wrocław, a remarkable area filled with Baroque splendour that was painfully reconstructed after WWII. Next, have a blast at the vibrant Market Square, which is bursting at the seams with cafes, restaurants, shops and hotels.
Make your way to Berlin and start off with a half day city tour to get a feel of its dynamic culture and turbulent past. Start with the beautiful Unter den Linden, an elegant boulevard in the heart of Berlin connecting the Bradenburg Gate. See the façade of the Reichstag, the seat of the German Parliament that reflects the tumultuous history of Germany. Next, stop by the famous East – West German border crossing Checkpoint Charlie, which is also the scene of various thrillers and espionage novels. Last but not least, see the main highlight of the tour: the Berlin Wall. Trail along the double row of cobblestones that formed the symbolic boundary separating the democratic East Berlin and West Berlin.
Carry on to Prague, but make a pit stop at Dresden along the way for their significant art treasure, architectural sights and alluring landscapes. Explore the city on foot for a tour of the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche), Semper Opera House, Zwinger Palace and the Saxon Wall. Today, you may wish to join the excursion to Bastei. Continue to the capital of Czech Republic – Prague, known as Praha.
Begin your day with a half-day walking tour of the city nicknamed the ‘City of a Hundred Spires’. Get an up-close look at the famous Prague Castle and the symbolic structures housed within it – the state’s spiritual symbol St. Vitus Cathedral, the best preserved Romanesque church St. George’s Basilica and the Old Royal Palace. Cross the iconic Charles Bridge and proceed into the Old Town for a glimpse of the Astronomical Clock, one of the greatest treasures of the city. Then head towards the last stop of the day – Wenceslas Square, the vibrant social and commercial centre of Prague.
Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure till it is time to transfer to the airport for your flight home.
We hope you enjoyed your trip with EU Holidays and we look forward to seeing you again for your next trip.

13D10N Highlights of Eastern Europe6 June - 18 June 2018Tour manager: Sebastian MakBeing an architecture lover, love the cathedrals, castles & palaces visited. Top most loved place is Prague, Budapest & Hallstatt for the nature & beautifully decorated houses along the lake. Our tour manager Sebastian deserves some credit. Find his recap message very helpful end of every evening which includes morning call, breakfast, departure timing & temperature for next day which aids in preparation of clothes to wear the previous night. Appreciate his effort to translate Mandarin for our Chinese speaking parents though it’s supposed to be an English tour. Noticed he was always keeping an eye at the back of the group whenever there is a local guide around, ensuring everybody catches up & no one was left behind.Sebastian, thanks for sharing your pickpocket encounters & constant reminders. We enjoyed your singing on board bus would like to travel with EU again.

13D10N highlights of Eastern EuropeDuration: 6 Jun to 18 Jun 2018Tour manager: Sebastian MakI travelled with my parents and we had a wonderful trip. Thanks for the care of our tour manager, Sebastian, who is considerate and thoughtful to assist my elderly parents in all means. We enjoyed his jokes and sense of humour which made our Long coach journey not that boring. He always warned us on the danger of pickpockets and will recap on the timing we need to pay attention on the following day. All in all, we had an enjoyable trip and we trust that we will join EU holidays again.

Tour: 13D Eastern EuropeDate: 4th to 16th JuneTour Manager: Jeremiah We had a very enjoyable trip and Jeremiah definitely played a crucial part in making the trip a memorable one. He is a very professional tour manager, giving clear instructions on meeting times, itinerary and peppered dry info with lots of humour. Our daily tour went on almost seamlessly except for some hotel glitches which were not within his control but were resolved. We really enjoyed his professionalism in the way he managed the tour, the way he related to the local tour guides, coach captain and his sincerity towards taking care of us. He is always looking out for us, ensuring all of us are well taken care of. On a daily basis, we were spoilt with his long but engaging stories and most of us will ask for more of his lovely anecdotes each day. On days that we had to travel hours on coach, what looms as long dreary coach ride journeyed on into an engaging inspirational ride as Jeremiah animatedly related stories after stories. Jeremiah is a dependable, professional, sincere and one of the best in-style Tour Manager I had ever met. We are very blessed to have had the pleasure of being in his tour group.

Tour : 13N/10D highlight of eastern EuropeDate : 4 Jun to 16 Jun 2018Tour manager : Jeremiah TanFirst time joining eu holiday tour package. Tour manager Jeremiah took care of us well, always briefing us on whats ahead for us. Like every package tour, there are optionals and he was not pushy at all. In fact, he gave us honest advice on which ones are worthwhile joining.Typically once we get up the bus, we would all fall asleep but not on Jeremiah trip. He would keep us entertained with some history of the place and many other of his jokes and life story which sometimes are very true and helpful. At stops, he helps the group with photos and precautions.Had a really enjoyable trip.

Tour: 13 days 10 nights Eastern EuropeDate : 6 to 18 JuneTour Manager : Sebastian MakOur first time booking a tour with EU Holidays. The trip went beyond our expectation for the price we paid. Food and accommodations are satisfactory with only 1/2 hotel rooms were warm due to the aircon not turned up sufficiently for hot European summer time. The highlight is having a good and patient tour leader. Mr Sebestian Mak ensured that the group are together before moving off to another tour destination. I noted that he will walk from the front to the back of the tour bus to ensure all have boarded before we set off to another place. Unfailingly, Mr Mak will watsapp the night before, a reminder of the next day's itinerary, weather, specific notes, etc. Reliable and constantly in touch as he has promptly answered some of my queries via watsapp. During the long bus journeys, he entertained us with destination's facts/info, jokes and even sang for us!Will definitely look for EU Holidays for our future holiday trips! We will drop by EU to visit these wonderful tour managers, Sebestian Mak and also not forgetting Alicia Pang who explained the itinerary so in detail and enthusiasm when we booked this tour !!RegardsA&V

We enjoyed the tour alot and would like to commend Sabestian, our tour manager for being such a kind, caring and professional person throughout the trip. Even though he was not very familiar with the places we went, he was honest about it and still put in his best efforts to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. Every night he would also consolidate the important info regarding next day's wake up, breakfast and departure time and whatsapp us to remind us abt it. This is very useful for us as the timing is different everyday and we might forget it. He is also very patient with us. During the last day when we needed to do the tax refund, it went smoothly as he constantly reminded and explained to us how to do it. When we expericed issues contacting the reception at some hotels, he would help us to contact them and ensured that the issues were resolved. Overall we had a good experience with the trip and tour manager and would definitely travel with EU Holidays again.

13D10N Highlights of Eastern EuropeDates: 6 - 18 Jun 2018Tour Manager: Mr Sebastian Mak Customer: Mr Jeffery Hooi and FamilyFirst and foremost, I would wish to commend on our caring, humorous and knowledgeable Tour Manager, Sebastian, for his tour professionalism throughout the entire trip. He was very patient and prompt in addressing our queries and doubts especially during our luggage delay experience in Munich. He lend his phone to us to make calls to the airline to enquire on the status of our luggage and also update us as and when there is any new update. In addition, he made an effort to watsapp the whole tour group (not as a group but to individual member) on the pointers to take note for the following day itinerary (eg, what time to gather, morning call timing, weather forecast etc). This move is definitely a plus point as not all tour mates paid attention listening to him when he briefed us on the coach before we reached our next hotel / after collection of room keys, As some of our tour mates are elderly, he made an additional effort to translate the pertinent points in Mandarin. He also briefed us on the Tax Refund procedures accurately and reminded us umpteen times to have all the necessary refund forms to be filled up properly. He even went to the extra miles to go down personally to the hotel reception to address our request when the numerous calls to the Reception Counter went unanswered (eg Hotel Abacus). The tour itineraries were generally well-planned with sufficient time to shop especially in Wroclaw and Prague and most of the hotels and breakfast were pretty ok except for Hotel Abacus in Budapest which was located in a secluded location and the service staff at the reception was really unprofessional. Nevertheless we truly enjoyed the trip and Sebastian really set a high benchmark on the quality of a Tour Manager assigned to our future trip with EU Holidays.Lastly, to Mr Sebastian (Sebas), Gut gemacht!
