Tour Name : 12D/9N Adventure to the BalkansTour date : 8-19 June 2018It was a very pleasant holiday. The itinerary was great, the food was good and the hotels are generally new and comfortable (perhaps with the exception of Grand Hotel Neum). Our manager Jerry was very experienced and organized, and he attended to all details, making our journey smooth and comfortable. The driver Deju was very careful and helpful. We will be glad to choose EU again for our next European holiday.

He was responsible and constantly went the extra mile to take care of us. He took the initiative to bring extra Sambal chili for our tour group and also bought local delicacies to be shared during the itinerary. The tour itself was well organized although the water heating system at certain hotels could be better. The weather can be erratic but we were forewarned sufficienly by Jerry. The area is rich with cultural and historical old towns surrounded by natural scenery - be it the sea or mountains. It was a good trip.

12D9N ADVENTURE TO THE BALKANSTour Date: 9 June 2018 to 19 June 2018Tour Manager: Jerry OngDefinitely a memorable trip for my family and I, this tour offered many wonderful sights to behold; from the majestic city walls of Dubrovnik juxtaposed against the clear waters of the Adriatic sea, to the unique architectural style that each old town embodied, and cobalt blue waters of Lake Bled embellished with Bled Island. During the Montenegro Blue Half Day Tour (optional tour), a hike up the city walls of Kotor revealed a beautiful panaromic view of Kotor Town, Kotor Bay and its embracing mountains. Also, we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel which had the Adriatic Sea near its doorstep. Our tour manager, Jerry, was key in allowing us to have such an enjoyable trip. Every night, without fail, he provided us with the next day's timeline and itinerary. The time allocation for each location was also sufficient such that we were able to explore each place thoroughly. Jerry was also meticulous in taking care of our welfare; he always ensured that we were aware of when the next washroom stop would be and made adequate stops such that we could have a comfortable ride in the bus without compromising on travelling time. He was also very conscientious in giving constant reminders about pick-pocketers at each place of interest. In addition, at hotels which some rooms posed problems, he was prompt to attend to the respective tour members' concerns and made sure everything was settled. We felt comfortable asking him lots of questions about the places of interest we have been to / are going to. He is also very knowledgeable about travelling in other parts of Europe and never once hesitated to answer our queries about them. It is also definitely worth mentioning that Jerry was a great photographer who often offered his help in taking pictures of us, leaving us with immortalised memories of the beautiful places we visited. There was also one day we went to the Plitvices National Park and there was (unfortunately) a drizzle and overcast. Knowing that our photos will be less than ideal, Jerry voluntarily sent us very nice pictures of the park on a clear day. His initiative to send his pictures of the various places of interest, not only on that gloomy day, was very much appreciated by all of us as we'd have lovely pictures to remember the various places by.Not to forget our driver, Duje, who was excellent in navigating through many narrow and winding roads and brought us safely from place to place. He was also very friendly and helpful in loading and unloading luggages on and off the bus.A big thank you to Jerry and Duje!

Tour- 12D9NAdventure to the BalkansTour Manager - Jerry OngDate - 08 Jun to 19 Jun 2018Best guided tour ever. Jerry has all members' contacts on a chat group. Information, schedule for the next day were disseminated thru the chat group.Members also used the chat group to share photos, jokes and issues encountered. Hotel Sheraton got the thumbs up. Hotel Neum was last on the list with members experiencing : no blankets, door dropping all due to ignorance. We had a good laugh at the so many ignorant questions posted on the chat group. Yes and lovely pictures taken on Jerry's camera and share with the group.A very memorable trip made possible by EU hardworking, thoughtful and knowledgeable tour manager.

Europe wasn’t in our trip options at first, but I’m glad we made the final decision to join EU holidays on this 12days Balkans trip that we really enjoyed. At the various itinerary stops, sufficient time was allocated for us to explore the place and take beautiful photographs. We also really appreciate the walking guides as it gave us a lot more freedom to walk at our own pace while still being able to hear what the guides were saying. Local food was great and most hotels were also fantastic, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. Apart from the picturesque scenery, the service provided by EU Holidays also contributed to this pleasant experience. We would like to specially thank our tour manager Ricky Tiang for always going an extra mile to ensure that we customers are happy. During the walking tours when the local guides introduce the cities to us, they would sometimes use words and terms which we are not very familiar with. For example, they would use architecture jargons when introducing buildings which we are not very familiar with. Ricky will then use the time on our long bus rides to explain to us what those terms mean. Apart from that, he also likes to share his knowledge on the history and fun stories of places we are visiting, which makes visiting those locations much more meaningful. The recommendations he gave us on the optional activities using his knowledge and experience were also very good and we surely do not regret going for them. Not forgetting the porridge and tom yam he prepared for everyone in the tour group for breakfast when he realise we might be missing home food. They tasted really good! He also used his own money to buy little snacks for us to eat on the bus, or local food from there to try before we decide if we want to buy. During our final stop in Munich when we needed some advice on watches, he also acted as a watch encyclopaedia, introducing to us the various models and functions of watches he knew. His interaction with our fantastic coach captain was also really funny to watch. Lastly, we would like to thank our coach captain for bringing us from one place to another safely, and for being fun and helping us haul luggages everyday. EU Holidays will definitely be our preferred choice for future holidays and we will recommend them to our friends as well!

My daughter and I had joined EU holiday trip recently with Huiqing Ng (10/05/18-20/05/18). We enjoy the trip so much that now I am missing her laughter. She is always patient and understanding towards the elderly and constantly remind us of pick pockets and safety around the area we are visiting . She noted that some elderly are not able to walk for long so she stays behind and root for them to keep up .The places of interest and hotel are also relatively good except for the hotel in Venice , like from heaven to hell . Overall , we made friends with each other and hope to travel again with Huiqing to other European destination !Coach driver Sylvia also a good and conscientious driver.

It’s a wonderful and memorable tour. I was roped in by my sister-in-law Mary Chee to join their group. I was told that they have a young, friendly and experienced tour manager leading the group. After the trip I can confirmed that Huiqing is a friendly, caring and experienced tour manager. The lady coach driver, Sylvjia is a very experienced driver too. She is also friendly and helpful.3 cheers to both of them
