My wife and I went on the 12D9N Adventure to Balkans from 2 Oct and thought that it was really an enjoyable experience that packed more than what we had expected. The itinerary was well planned and most of the hotel stays were great, especially during our stays in Zagreb and Dubrovnik. For sure, our tour manager, Ann Soo, also made a positive difference to this trip (coincidentally, Ann was also our tour manager for our Italy trip with EU last year!) Always going the extra mile in her duties, I must say Ann took care of us very well this trip, as usual. I remember that during our hotel stay in Slovenia, we were allocated an attic room, which we knocked against the roof ceiling above our bed and the toilet seat from time to time, due to space constraints, and the room wasn't well ventilated. We informed Ann of this and she immediately arranged for a change to a better room the next day when it was available. In the meantime, she got us a table fan, which helped to better ventilate the attic room during our first night stay. That speaks a lot about her dedication to work, we believe! On meal arrangements, however, we find that EU's meal selections for this trip probably needs some improvement, especially the lunch provided after the Pltivice Lakes National Park tour (pork main course) and one of the lunches provided in Dubrovnik (fish main course).

Our Balkan Adventure from 18-28 Sep 19. This is our second trip with EU Holidays. Our first trip we didn’t have a Tour Manager with us as our group did not exceed the number required. Andy Thong was our Tour Manager and initially I find him quite quiet and he seem to do his own things and his own queueing. Along the trip we got to know him better and he started sharing his experiences with the group. He started to liven up and soon he was giving us not just more information about the places but also advising us of what is good and beneficial for us. His eagerness to help us secure better hotels and eateries were indeed a great blessing. Andy was jovial and more approachable as the days go by. At one point a few of us were late and due to the limitation of the road the bus had to move away and then returned to us. Unfortunately one of them fell and hurt herself. Andy showed his care and concern and it was very thoughtful of him to check, advice and follow up with the lady the next day. I was also having a bad cough and his small thoughts and constant checking made me feel good. Overall the group felt he did a great job and helped us to relax and enjoy and better experience this trip. #MoreHolidays

12 Days Balkan Adventure. September 03, 2019 My initial skepticism about joining an escorted group tour was put to rest as it was well organized. Glad that most meals provided were localized to explore , although some requires an acquired taste. It certainly helped when the other tour members are great to hang out with. A good driver who is punctual, safe and helpful. No lesser credit should be for Jiafu, our tour manager whose wits, regular updates and attention to details is vital to the success of the trip. Thanks!

Tour : 12D9N Adventure to Balkans Tour Departures: 7 - 17 August 2019 Tour manager : Hui Qing I had just returned from Balkans Tour with many happy memories mainly because of great group of people in our group and awesome tour manager. Hui Qing she is very bubbly and funny which really helped to create a lot of fun and bonding among other tour members during our travel. She is extremely patience and attentive with my requests especially on food (no pork/lard). She always give us good advise and recommendations on what and where to buy souvenirs/food stuff and at the same time not forcing us in buying things that we don’t need. She is not only a guide but also our photographer

12 days adventure 07EEBALS11/19Ej covering Croatia/Bosnia/Slovenia/Venice. With 30x of annual travel and not the first time with EU, this tour guide (Jack Seet) is the best that I have ever came across. With his vast knowledge and interesting narrative of history & events during the road trips preparing us for the next tour site makes me eagerly looking forward to every upcoming itenary. There was not a single boring moment for the whole 12 days. I have to be frank that I was initially a little apprehensive about the tour cost during booking, but trust me it's worth every cent with the meals, hotel, coach, scenery & most of all the quality of the tour leader from EU Singapore. Thanks for the great time that we had, on behalf of my 85 years old mum, my family and friends. EU is really the right choice for Europe...

12 days adventure 07EEBALS11/19Ej covering Croatia and even ending off at Venice For the price we paid for is really reasonable considering the food, the hotel type, airlines and even your coverage. Our group of 25 ranging from 32 to 87 years of age with the bulk being 55/56 years old enjoyed tremendously. Eu holidays gave us a very experienced and knowledgeable tour leader, Jack Seet that made the trip so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Eu holidays and I would travel next time via Eu holidays.
