Europe wasn’t in our trip options at first, but I’m glad we made the final decision to join EU holidays on this 12days Balkans trip that we really enjoyed. At the various itinerary stops, sufficient time was allocated for us to explore the place and take beautiful photographs. We also really appreciate the walking guides as it gave us a lot more freedom to walk at our own pace while still being able to hear what the guides were saying. Local food was great and most hotels were also fantastic, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. Apart from the picturesque scenery, the service provided by EU Holidays also contributed to this pleasant experience. We would like to specially thank our tour manager Ricky Tiang for always going an extra mile to ensure that we customers are happy. During the walking tours when the local guides introduce the cities to us, they would sometimes use words and terms which we are not very familiar with. For example, they would use architecture jargons when introducing buildings which we are not very familiar with. Ricky will then use the time on our long bus rides to explain to us what those terms mean. Apart from that, he also likes to share his knowledge on the history and fun stories of places we are visiting, which makes visiting those locations much more meaningful. The recommendations he gave us on the optional activities using his knowledge and experience were also very good and we surely do not regret going for them. Not forgetting the porridge and tom yam he prepared for everyone in the tour group for breakfast when he realise we might be missing home food. They tasted really good! He also used his own money to buy little snacks for us to eat on the bus, or local food from there to try before we decide if we want to buy. During our final stop in Munich when we needed some advice on watches, he also acted as a watch encyclopaedia, introducing to us the various models and functions of watches he knew. His interaction with our fantastic coach captain was also really funny to watch. Lastly, we would like to thank our coach captain for bringing us from one place to another safely, and for being fun and helping us haul luggages everyday. EU Holidays will definitely be our preferred choice for future holidays and we will recommend them to our friends as well!

My daughter and I had joined EU holiday trip recently with Huiqing Ng (10/05/18-20/05/18). We enjoy the trip so much that now I am missing her laughter. She is always patient and understanding towards the elderly and constantly remind us of pick pockets and safety around the area we are visiting . She noted that some elderly are not able to walk for long so she stays behind and root for them to keep up .The places of interest and hotel are also relatively good except for the hotel in Venice , like from heaven to hell . Overall , we made friends with each other and hope to travel again with Huiqing to other European destination !Coach driver Sylvia also a good and conscientious driver.

It’s a wonderful and memorable tour. I was roped in by my sister-in-law Mary Chee to join their group. I was told that they have a young, friendly and experienced tour manager leading the group. After the trip I can confirmed that Huiqing is a friendly, caring and experienced tour manager. The lady coach driver, Sylvjia is a very experienced driver too. She is also friendly and helpful.3 cheers to both of them

Thank you, EU, for conducting a very memorable holiday to the Balkans. We had a wonderful time there touring the lovely sites, thanks largely to the tour group members and our tour manager. To Mr. Wong (the 'boss'), Hanjie and Ronald, Mrs Cheong said that you kept your word in assigning us one of your better tour managers. Jerry was very friendly, approachable and easy to get along with. He took care of us very well and went all out to make our experience at the Balkans a truly enjoyable one. He also went the extra mile occasionally and spontaneously to help our group members in need, bought us snacks and drinks out of his own pocket and even surprised several birthday members with birthday presents. Many thanks, Jerry, for the services you rendered to us. It is a trip we will always remember and cherish.

We are truly satisfied and impressed with Mr. Roger Koh's service. He is alway ready to assist the group tour for the above. He is very responsive, answering calls and messages. What impressed me most was his professionalism. He took great photos during the tour groups, and always updates his daily events and goods schedule for our daily meals. He explains clearly what are the regulations and process. He is very experience, humble, patient, has great confidence and very efficient. He never complains, and provides great advice.Once we reached the hotel and booking has done, he will update us the weather forecast on the next day trip so we will prepare what to wear for the outing. He also assist to take photographer for each and everyone. As I was limbing left leg and inconvenient to climb the step he is alway there to assist and keep watch during the journey to make sure for safety measure is number one.During the long journey we have problem like toilet break, he would help us to resolve it and minmize our anxiety.I truly appreciate his amazing and Efficient, Trustworthy Excellent Professionalism Service and commitment to us as a Tour Manager who did extra miles in his career path.Last but no least, I want to thank the bus captain Mr Boban for all his help during the trip.
